Ethan's POV

"OK guys. We have 10 minutes for a quick briefing. Dawn shoot." Derek says.

Dawn comes forward with some papers and pins them to a large board on the wall I frankly never noticed.

She picks up a pointer and begins speaking. All the while pointing for better emphasis and understanding.

"Reds tracker indicates that she is being kept at an abandoned factory about 40 minutes from here.

Spence has pulled up some information on the factory. This includes the name of owners, blueprints, and activity.

Turns out an anonymous buyer purchased the factory land a year ago. There has been no significant activity since then, but what is really suspicious is that there has been a fairly large number of electricity bills addresses to the factory during the time it has been purchased.

We have studied the blue prints and came to the conclusion that our best chance of getting in and moving around unnoticed is through the waste pipes.

It was originally owned by a beauty production company, so there are waste pipe lines that lead straight into the factory."

She pauses to put the pointer down, and takes a sit on a barstool before she continues.

"There is an 80% chance that the waste passage will be shut from inside though. So that is where Derek's undercover abilities come in."

She finished at that. Giving Derek a chance to speak.

"We did the math, and concluded that it takes about 7 minutes to move from the front entrance to the control room. Those of you moving in through the pipes will set a stop watch to 15 minutes.

If the passage is not opened up within that time frame, plan B is to blow it open from outside. Though we will have to risk the element if surprise.

I will sneak in through the front. We don't know how the guards dress, so I will quietly take out a guard to steal his outfit.

When I get to the control room I'll take care of the waste passage if it happens to be shut.

We will meet up at the storage room and pinpoint Reds exact location from there.

We have no idea who these guys are and we won't stick around to figure it out. At least not today.

So we simply estimate good positions to plant explosives to make our escape as clean as possible."

He comes closer to the group, a stern expression on his face.

"This will be one of our sloppiest missions so far. But I trust every single one if you.

Make smart choices and keep your head straight.

We all know from experience that red will never leave us in enemy hands without putting everything on the line to change that.

And today we will do the same."

"Gear up guys! We leave in twenty." He finishes.

Everyone disperses to get ready, leaving Carson and I alone with Derek.

"What about us?" Carson blurts out after a few seconds of silence.

"I know I can't convince you to stay back Ethan. So you will come with us. We'll probably need all the help we can get." He says with a small smile before turning to Carson.

"I'll rather you stay here. But there is no way I'm leaving you in a house filled with explosives, a huge weapon collection and priceless gadgets.

So you will stay outside the factory in a van with Spencer. Both of you will be our eyes on the outside and our getaway ride as well ." He finishes.

"Got it?"

"Yeah"

"Sure"

We both reply together.

Derek simply nods and walks away.

Twenty minutes later we are all piled up into a van and on our way.

The entire trip I keep playing scenarios out in my head on what Izzy could possible be going through. The outcome only gets worse, so I close my eyes and try hard to think positive thoughts.

I have no idea how long we've been on the road but I'm jolted out of my head when Derek calls out.

"We're here"
