Six
After chasing Victoria to the border, Rosalie was ready to fly out to Katherine. It's been nagging her since she was told the girls were going to Florida. Deep in her gut, Rosalie sensed something was wrong and unfortunately she was right.
"They just got there yesterday! How is Katherine missing?" Rosalie demanded, shoulders squared back, ready to lunge at Edward. "Edward how did this happen?" This was his idea, she thought.
"I don't know. Bella said Katherine was acting strange on the way there, she left her moms last night and never came back. She said her phone was going straight to voicemail meaning it's off, or it died." Edward explained, more to the fuming blonde. He knew she was furious with him, but he couldn't help it. Edward had the same idea as Rosalie, he was also worried for Bella's safety.
"This is terrible." Alice looked off out the window. She never had a vision of this happening. Perhaps it was spontaneous? No, she would see it.
"So what do we do now, sit around and wait?" Rosalie felt her body waver if possible. Her stoney expression solidified even more to a grimace. "We have to go and get her back." Rosalie was confident in her words, though doubts still lingered around her mind.
"It's still early to tell isn't it?" Emmett looked to Carlisle and Esme for confirmation, who didn't know how to react. Esme held onto her mate with a worrisome face, Carlisle' arm around her waist.
"It's hard to say. Is this something Katherine would do? She has had her troubles, but would she leave like this, given the chance?"
"No." Rosalie was the one to speak. "We need to go there. We have to look ourselves. Edward." He looks to her before nodding, already know what she was going to ask.
"We will buy the tickets and send you the information." Carlisle left the room to his study.
"She'll be okay." Esme tried to smile but it was weak. She knew by the looks of Rosalie she wouldn't be okay until Katherine was back, safe and sound.

It felt like she was on fire. Her entire body burned like on hot iron but couldn't do a thing. She couldn't think of anything but the pain. How long has this been going on? Minutes, hours, days, weeks?
It was never ending. She felt it all over, reaching every crevice, vessel, organ. It shaped her, hardened her, reforming her to the one thing she dreaded, immortality.
Was it always meant to end like this? She didn't want it. She never did.
An eternity ended the moment Katherine opened her eyes.

This chapter was supposed to be a hell of a lot longer but I decided to just post what I had!
