"The Master", Koschei whispered to himself as he walked out the doors. "I like it". He said it over and over again, before it lost its meaning, and then the same soldier that brought him here called him over.

"Sir. You are needed in your squadron".

"What now?" Koschei spat.

"Daleks. Lots of them. They're approaching the Citadel, but have no ship, nothing for them to arrive in".

"Got a sword on you, um..."

"Ruliss. And yes", he said passing over a leather sheath with a silver handle pointing out. On the side was R.A, the boy's initials perhaps.

"Do you mind if I borrow this?"

"Of course not. Please". With that Koschei ran like lightning across the town and joined the line of soldiers that had converged at the edge of the city.

"Took ya time Delta", the commander said at the front of the line.

"Well, I wasn't exactly expecting a Dalek attack this early". The commander scoffed and moved to the side, inserting a round of bullets into his gun. Soon enough, the whistle sounded and Koschei charged against the approaching Daleks. A man beside him screamed as one of the Daleks extermination rays hit him. In the distance, behind the smoke and gunfire was the camp that him and Theta scouted out.

It reminded him. On that day he had taken one of the Dalek Leherketa packs. He had kept it as a sort of souvenir, but that could just end this battle right now. The Leherketa pack was an explosive device that had a fifty metre range, but wouldn't hurt the person letting it off. No, Theta wouldn't want him to do it because it wouldn't just kill the Daleks, it would kill the whole Gallifreyan squadron. But he wasn't here.

"Be the Master of all, and let no person be the Master of you", he said under his breath as he detonated the Leherketa.

Smoke surrounded him, the smell of blood and oil filled the air and he could hear screaming, of both Daleks and Gallifreyans. The smoke cleared to a graveyard of bodies, Dalek machinery sprawled across the barren land and Koschei smiled.

"I am the Master".
