Immortals - 3

"So, where now dear?" Missy asked holding onto his hand as she hopped around the console.
"How about we save the galaxy?" be answered, checking the monitor for crisis points. "You know break everything that stands in our way". This is what Missy wanted, though she may now have lost the evil in her smile and eyes, she still wanted to keep up appearances. Manipulative cow seemed to be the way she was going. The Doctor was the universe's saviour, but now he didn't know the difference between saving the world and destroying it.
"Sounds good, but we will need weapons. I've got something in my TARDIS, but I seriously can't remember where I parked it". The Doctor smiled and started to walk Missy down the metallic corridors, turning left and right until they reached a room. A room unlike all the others. It was black titanium studded with nails, and there was a fingerprint lock where there should be a handle.
"I had to hide this. Thought it would put people off if I showed them". He unlocked it hesitantly, and opened the steel down with an elongated creak. Behind it was the most extensive range of weaponry known to any man, different alien technologies. Silurian, Sontaran, Jadoon, Dalek, Time Lord, they were all there lined up against the wall.
"Well this is my kind of room", Missy muttered under her breath. She walked through it, staring at them like a kid in a sweet shop. "Can I take anyone?"
"Of course. But this one's mine", he said, going over to the end of the corridor (which had to be over 50m long) where there sat a long sceptre.
"The sceptre of the Time War? It was made for the emperor, forged from dark star alloy and with the heart of a dying star planted in it. How'd it end up here?"
"A gift. For saving his life a few hundred years back. Obviously he didn't know what power it had".
"Do you even know Doctor? I mean it's not like it comes with an instruction manual".
"Of course I know. The star in the middle contains a virus that feeds on the protons in an atom. Once it hits one of will continue on and on, destroying everything in it's path. Organic and manmade, everything goes".
"So what are you planning to do with it?" Missy asked curiously, picking up a nearby A-98K blaster. "And before you say 'save the universe' again for the fortieth time, I know. So, how are you going to use it?" In a moment of playful madness she pointed the gun at the Doctor's forehead, hearing the buzzing of the ammo inside. The Doctor didn't react at all, just picked up the sceptre from the wall and watched as the gun disintegrated to the floor.
"Well that's not very fair", she huffed like a toddler.
"Who said anything was fair? And to answer your question earlier, I'm going to cleanse the galaxy of it's greatest threat". Missy didn't have to look in his mind to know which planet he was talking about.
"Earth".
"Exactly. Why did Davros create the Daleks? He was running from humans. Why were the Cybermen created? Because the human race wasn't sufficiently being successful enough to survive. But what if we took the humans out of the equation? There wouldn't be anything left to fight. We'll have won".
"I could live without Earth. Easily".
"Then help me Koschei Saxon. Help me complete our conquering of the galaxy".
"Fine. But one condition".
"We will bring Gallifrey back".
"And?"
"You can be the official Queen of Evil", he sighed as Missy beamed. A weapon caught the corner of her eye, shining gold and silver.
"You kept it?" she asked as she carefully took it off the wall. It was her old blaster, the one she had used in the final battle of the Time War. The light still bounced off the burnished barrel and she experimented with it, pushing the button on top so a long blade flicked out. "This is my weapon. It has been since the dawn of time".
