"Never avoid your slumber..." the voice spoke to me in my sleep "You agreed to always sleep when the sun goes down. You must... I've made exceptions, but this will receive a punishment" I chuckled.

"Oh you, do you really think I'm scared?"

"You're fearless nature comes from me, Camilla. Never forget where you came from" I played with my hair.

"I have other things to worry about right now, you know? Listen... You can give me a punishment all you want, but I'm ready to give it up soon. Just give me a few weeks or whatever. I'll know when it's time" I held my chest "You can have my body. I don't mind sacrificing it after all you've done for me. You can threaten me with a punishment all you want, but you'll get your promise sooner than what we agreed on" I held my hip "now please, wake me up so I can help everyone fight"

"... very well" I snapped my eyes open to see Nate carrying me outside.

"Hey?" Nate put me down when I wiggled to get back on the ground "I thought you were tired"

"I don't have time for that" I looked at the snow around us "Where is Hugh and Rosa?"

"They're out looking for Ghetsis. I was going to take you back to the city to get you some sleep"

"Are you crazy? This is more important than taking me somewhere to sleep. Why couldn't you go and help?" He shook his head.

"I'm not allowed to leave you alone" I smiled weakly.

"Yeah... like you weren't allowed to let me battle, yet I did" I looked at my hands "That was fun... I can't believe I won"

"Congratulations" Nate smiled "You learn fast" I smiled back and took his hands.

"I got enough rest. Nate, let's go help the others" he nodded without question and followed me around the forest area until we found Rosa and Hugh facing Ghetsis and Kyurem right behind him.

"Camie! Are you alright to be here?" Rosa asked. I nodded and looked at Ghetsis glaring at us, annoyed

"Great, more of you arrived" he huffed "I have a memory that has continued to haunt me. Just one. That unpleasant look in your eyes reminds me of it" Rosa held my hands, keeping me close since she was shaking in fear "that aside, this is my gift to you to show my respect for making it this far. I'll freeze you solid right here so you can watch my glorious ascent!" Ghetsis slammed his cane on the ground "Kyurem!-"

This moment... I have a feeling it's going to end up like that nightmare. I have to be quick "Rosa?" I called "Protect your head" Rosa looked at me confused before I shoved her into Nate's arms and pushed them as hard as I could far away. I lifted Hugh's body like a sack and threw him after them.

"Glaciate!" Ghetsis shouted the demand at Kyurem, making it start making the ice form beneath, forming sharp ice crystals around and transfer them to surround me with them in a spiral motion, ready to stab me.

I prepared for a burning moment of instant death, but my eyes didn't see flashes. Time felt like it slowed down for a moment, only showing me memories of my dreams where Hilda and N were watching each other after a long battle between truths and ideals. Truth had beat the past, but ideals is going to fight in this present.

"Zekrom! Fusion Bolt!" A male voice shouted from the ceiling, causing blue bolts of lightning to strike and destroy the ice around me. I dropped to sit on my knees and held my nose leaking black liquid.

"Camie!" Rosa ran over to me, sobbing and hugging me from behind "Why on earth would you do that?!"

"Why? I used my strength to protect you. I want to protect those I care about. That's all I ever wanted" I stared at the black liquid dripping to the floor "Even if I thought I was going to die, I wasn't worried in the end" I sighed, taking her hand and looked up at a black legendary with a man on its back flying down the ground and land right in front of us, facing Kyurem.

"So you came..." Ghetsis said "The freak without a human heart... N!"

"Zekrom told me Kyurem is suffering" N said in slight monotone "I can't allow selfish humans to make Pokémon suffer, and I like Unova. It's a place that taught me how to live as a human... It's the place that made me notice the harmony between Pokémon and humans living together... It's where she lived that started it all. I will protect the Pokémon and humans who live here!" Zekrom shouted in agreement.

"Who is that?" Hugh asked, standing beside me. I looked down, keeping everyone from looking at me, but I know the only one watching me and not the situation was Nate.

"Excellent! That was a moving expression of your determination!" Ghetsis told N "So the education I provided to make you king wasn't a complete waste, then! But I haven't forgotten that even though I was kind enough to find you when you were living in the forest with Pokémon, and take you in, and care for you, in the end you were selfish and disrupted my plans"

Some footsteps walked from behind us. My friends and I turned around. Rosa and I froze at the sight of our cousin walking into the cave with a casual walk coming towards us.

"Hilda?" Rosa cupped her mouth.

"Hilda...chan?" I questioned.

"You got it all wrong" Hilda smirked, making Ghetsis snap his head to see her and glare hardcore "You say you care, but it's not really caring when you lie and make a child sad their whole life. How is he selfish when you only made him believe in lies and spill more lies after the final battle. You inconsiderate, worthless, piece of trash" I blinked confused, not expecting those words to come out her mouth "Using a child for your own benefit"

"I admit, I could had gone everything differently, but I knew what was best to revive Zekrom, and it worked. After everything you put me through, I'll forgive you for what you caused" Ghetsis told N "after all, Zekrom, which you were kind enough to bring with you, can shatter ice! Now you've saved me the work of searching for it! Well, actually, I knew you'd appear if we fired ice missiles into Ocelucid City and you noticed the change!"

"That's an ugly formula! It won't work!" N said. Hilda hurried to stand beside him. I held my head, seeing more memories of the nightmares I've seen before.

"Oh, but it will!" Ghetsis laughed, opening a case in his cane and show off the DNA splicers. As soon as I saw those, the memory of the nightmares struck my instincts.

"Return Zekrom!" I shouted. Hilda and N quickly turned to me "You have to remove Zekrom from battle!"

"I-I can't do that... Zekrom doesn't have a Pokéball" N frowned. I gasped and looked at Ghetsis using the splicers and stab them onto Kyurem's body. Kyurem gave an immediate reaction and attacked Zekrom with beams. Zekrom quickly flew off to dodge the beams, but failed.

"Zekrom!" N shouted. The beams wrapped around Zekrom and turned it back into the dark stone. Everything was silent. Nobody spoke, too in shock to see what happened. I groaned to myself, wishing I'd remember these stupid nightmares before I have to remember them last second.

"Z-Zekrom..!" N was shaking in shock.

"How dare you?!" Hilda glared and took out her ultra ball "You have no right! Reshiram-" Rosa hurried to stop her "Rosa!"

"Zekrom and Reshiram came from one Pokémon. Keep Reshiram away before it suffers too!" I said. Hilda frowned before turning to N slowly reaching out for the dark stone.

"Kyurem! Absorb Zekrom!" Ghetsis demanded "Use absofusion!" I shakily went over to grab N's arm to stop him while Kyurem used it's beams to grab the stone.

"You can't do anything when Zekrom is in that state" I told him. Kyurem took in Zekrom and started transforming into a different Pokémon from the mixture of Zekrom and Kyurem. Hilda held onto N's arm in panic.

"That's impossible..." Hilda cupped her mouth.

"I never would have believed that Pokémon could fuse together... That there was a formula like this..." N spoke in a shaky voice.

"You fool..." Ghetsis said "last time, I was going to use you to capture people's hearts and minds to rule them! But this time, I'm simply going to use overwhelming power and rule with an iron fist! Do you understand? If you had simply become king, Unova would have remained beautiful!" He looked at every one of us "come now, trainers. This time no one will save you. But to make things interesting, I'll give you a chance. Let's see if you can stop THIS Kyurem!" Hilda looked at her ultra ball, seeing it shaking.

"No Reshiram... You must not leave the safety of your capsule.." Hilda held onto it tightly.

"What's this? It seems that Reshiram is angry about what happened" Ghetsis said "Come now, give it your best shot. Don't bother catching it either. This staff I hold acts as Pokéball function"

"I'm getting tired of this already!" Hugh shouted and sent out his Pokémon. The rest of our friends did the same, even with N and Hilda using other Pokémon to try to defeat Kyurem, but nothing was budging. Kyurem didn't even look in pain and watched as if it was feeling a few pillows hitting it. I stayed there in shock, unable to process the strength the fusion legendary possesses.

"Why..?" I frowned "Why did I forget such important messages in my nightmares?" I leaned to the floor "I asked you to give me strength, but you can't even show me how to protect those I care about. Kyurem is suffering. I blame you for letting this happen. If I were given the option to remember those important messages, I could had prevented this" I closed my eyes quickly, letting the black liquid drop to the floor from my lips "Give me strength, dammit... I want to protect everyone"

"I am part of you, which gives you the strength you need" the voice said to me "If I give you more strength, I would need to come out" I laughed.

"I want to help everyone. Just do something already!"

"The sun is coming up now" I cupped my mouth in shock "I had the feeling this would happen from the situation you're in, so I have the liberty to take care of it. I've saved your punishment until now" I hissed at the pain escaping my body and it hopped over towards Rosa's body.

"Wait-!" Rosa screamed after feeling an impact behind her and fell down, covered in blood. Hilda screamed after, then Nate, then Hugh, then N. "No!" I pushed my feet to stand again and hurry to check on everyone as fast as possible. The voice had made itself physical and attacked those I've wanted to protect.

"What the hell?!" Hugh shouted at the pain.

"What just happened?!" Nate shouted, holding himself up on the ground. Rosa was laying sideways, sobbing at the pain.

"Rosa!" I sobbed, forcing her to lay on her front "Stay off of it! Everyone! Stay on your fronts!" I was hyperventilating and got Banette to throw me as much clothes and goss as possible so I can aid everyone while shaking like mad.

"What did you do?!" N shouted at Ghetsis, who was on the floor with blood leaking from his mouth "Wha..?"

"I said stay down!" I shouted, panicking, struggling to tie a knot on the goss I wrapped around Rosa. I hurried to go to Hilda to dress her, then to everyone else "Why?! Why?! You bastard!" I sobbed "Why did you hurt everybody!?" Lampent came out and spoke to me to probably calm me down "I can't understand you! I don't know what to do?! Dammit!" I pulled my hair with blood all over my hands "I can't stop the blood flow by myself! Ahh!"

"C-Camilla..." Nate pulled on my ankle.

"Nate-Kun!" I rushed to his back before he stopped me.

"Calm down... Get out everyone's Pokémon" I gasped, not thinking clearly to do so and hurried to everyone's Pokémon, sending them out and desperately asked them to help their trainers by applying pressure.

Everyone's wound was being taken care of while I had to get the situation under control with Kyurem and Ghetsis, who was sitting in pain while holding his stomach, getting his neck covered by the blood he was drooling.

"Look at what you did!" I ran to grab his staff and slammed the end of the Pokéball function controlling Kyurem. Kyurem screeched before Kyurem and Zekrom separated.

I lifted the staff to struck Ghetsis for causing everything that lead to this point, but as soon as I thought about attacking him, I dropped the staff and watched the trauma unfold in my head. At that moment, I wanted to scream and cry all over again, but my voice was silenced by someone hugging me from behind.

"Cam. It's okay" Nate's voice spoke into my ear. I lifted my hands to see all the blood I was covered in "Calm down, please"

"Everything... It's my fault" I pulled my hair, hyperventilating "Make it stop... Make it stop..."

"It's okay, Camilla" I turned around to look at how in pain he looked. Everyone's Pokémon was helping their trainers while Nate's Pokémon was behind him, holding onto his back.

"You need to lay down. You're hurt" I told him. Ghetsis grabbed my ankle, grabbing our attention.

"What's happened? This was suppose to be a perfect plan. Where did this attack come from? I'm the absolute ruler who will change the world! But something stopped that from happening... I've lost to some unknown trainer not once, but twice" he groaned in pain "I can't accept this... I won't let some trick you pulled with your Pokémon go by! I can't be bested by fools who can't even use Pokémon correctly!" I held onto Nate's hands tightly, in pain.

"Your punishment is complete. May you seek help if you don't want the ones you wanted to protect to die" I bit my lips at the voice before I received a slap to the back, gaining my mentality back. I sighed in relief, but felt the drowsiness coming back. I fell on my knees and held myself up with my hands, trying to stay awake.

"Father! Please understand!" N shouted at Ghetsis "Pokémon are not tools. Pokémon and humans take each other to greater heights. They are our wonderful partners. Some humans understand this. Why can't you?"

"Shut your mouth!" Ghetsis shouted above his lungs "shut up! Shut up! Shut UP! Don't talk like a person, you freak! No real person could talk to Pokémon!" He coughed out blood from the attack that voice caused more than what it did to my friends.

"Lord Ghetsis..." the Shadow Triad showed up "had lost control... We'll take it from here..." he told N.

"Okay..." I shakily went to everyone watching me tiredly walk up to them after their Pokémon had helped stopped the blood flow. I safely took care of everyone's wounds while my vision slowly started failing more and more.

"Camie... what happened?" Rosa frowned at me.

"What attacked us..?" Hilda asked. I sniffled, finishing the first few and go up to Nate sitting down without his shirt. I did what I needed to do and started stitching the wound like everyone else.

"You've must've been so scared..." Nate said without looking at me "You've lost sleep you desperately needed, and you witnessed the ones you cared about getting hurt... I'm so sorry"

"You have nothing to do with this. I stayed awake, even if I had to suffer. I'm taking care of everyone. It's the least I can do. That's all I ever want" I didn't say anything more and went to finish up with N.

"You're so brave" N smiled at me "Kyurem is fine now. Its free, but it will be back soon" Zekrom made a noise that sounded cautious "What do you mean she's dangerous?" I ignored the comment and started dressing his wound "You should thank her!" Zekrom made the same noise again "I'm sorry, I don't know what's gotten into it. I don't know what happened earlier, but if you weren't here, all of us would be in danger" no, if I weren't here, everything would had been okay... I became a burden who is picking up after her punishment.

After finishing with N, some former Team Plasma grunts came to help us. Relief to see this, I laid on the ground while curled in a ball, passing out without hearing a sound calling out to me.

I've been awake all night, and I've received a punishment for it. I never thought a punishment would be done on someone else, but I can understand why. Allot has happened and it was fine in the end. My friends and family are alive, and Team Plasma is finally gone. I can finally rest...
