After our investigation around Nimbasa, we could finally explore the place and ride on some rides in the amusement park. As much as I wanna say it was super fun, I wasn't in the mood to have a good time. I just didn't want Nate to question me since he's the one that makes my heart skip for some reason.

"Gone on enough rides?" Nate sweat dropped, not knowing I'm only getting on them so I can stop thinking about whatever is making my heart beat so fast every-time he looks at me with those gentle eyes!

"You even haven't gotten on one" I giggled "But it's okay, we can go on the Ferris wheel now. It's slow and we can see from a great view" I held his hand and pulled him over to the Ferris wheel, waited in line, then finally got in a cart.

"What are we doing after this?" Nate asked as the cart starts to move up "I know you want to look for Rosa as bad as I do, but it sort of doesn't seem that way"

"Well, what do you expect?" I looked at the view and gasped at its beauty "I have to be with you at all times and not talk to anyone by myself. You're doing all the work and I'm just following you. How can I make it look any other way?" He leaned on his elbow and looked at the view with me.

"I suppose..." he sighed. I leaned back on my seat to look at him lost in his own little world.

"What's on your mind?" I asked.

"Don't worry about it" I smiled at his attitude and looked back at the view, taking in the quiet and the sunshine "Why do you make it sound like ending your life is so easy?" I looked at him still staring at the view "Why the security? Why a contract? You're so weird... I can't understand anything" I looked down and played with the necklace in my fingers of the crystal that belonged to a old friend of mine.

"I'm sorry... I can't tell you for the same reason why you're hiding your reason. I pretty much know nothing about you, while you seen more of me than anyone else, it's not enough. You say I'm weird... But it's normal for me. Do you want to know something?" I took off my necklace and stared at the pink color "This necklace came from a place I gone to without my family knowing. Losing my father started everything that's happened to me. I witnessed his murder at 7... and I was kidnapped when I was 13" I closed my eyes, squeezing my crystal "I was mentally distressed already... and I was sent to a mental hospital on my request after I escaped my kidnapper" Nate didn't say anything to this, looking shocked from the corner of my eyes.

"I was kidnapped by the most wanted kidnappers in all of Unova, and because I was found with them, I was rewarded the prize money they were worth for their capturing. Not including my father's inheritance, I've gained an essentially amount of money that I could own the police force" I chuckled "I bought their silence, and told them to keep my family from knowing what happened to me. I made my family suffer, and I knew that, but even if I went to that hospital, nothing really changed... that's why Looker is still on my back. This contract was to keep my mental distress from disturbing others. Looker didn't know Pokemon didn't like me, he only kept them away so I won't use them for something the bad side of my brain may want to do, but I can't prove my sanity. I'm lucky enough to keep Oricorio, but that's it... I thought I could hide her the whole time, but it wasn't fair on her. That's why I just had to say something" I bit my lips "I know what I'm doing all the time... I'm not going to distress anyone, but I know I stress you out allot just by me being me. It's best that you keep an eye on me anyway, even if I don't seem as emotionally unstable, you should do your job as you've done already" I put on a smile "Sorry I said all that, but you wanted to know" I waved my hands "I don't expect you to tell me any secrets after this or anything. It's just a background story. I'm sane for the most part" I froze when he held my knee and looked at me in the eyes. I lowered my hands to stare at him back, watching his gentle eyes watching me.

"You're in good hands, Cam" I smiled weakly and squeezed my necklace, feeling tears leaking down my face with no control.

The ride ended shortly after my story and we were on the way to the exit to leave the city in search for other people that can help us. Nate kept his eye on his Xtransceiver while I looked around the place, seeing how pretty the colors were and how Oricorio looked flying around the bright sky.

It felt good to tell Nate a side of my past I wouldn't want anyone knowing about, aside from the things the force knows, I'm glad Nate now knows a chunk that can help him understand me more. He doesn't look as frustrated as before when wondering why I had the force on my side. He just looked relieved now.

There's still so much he doesn't know about. He knows where my trauma and business with the force comes from, but he doesn't exactly know who I am as a person. I will only reveal that truth when he tells me his truth.

"Looker gave us a few days where we can go meet him. It should be enough time to get to Driftveil from here. It's not too far away" Nate said, keeping his eyes on his Xtransceiver while holding onto my hand with his free one "I hope he doesn't punish me for being so light on you"

"Light isn't the word, but I think you're doing a good job" I smiled. He nodded and let go of my hand to adjust his Xtransceiver at the same time a hand pressed on my mouth from behind and pulled me into an alleyway, away from Nate walking and into the darkness. I screamed, or muffled between the hand, to be freed and got pulled into another alley so my sight of Nate would be gone.

"Great, another one in the bag" a male voice sneakered. I was shoved onto a wall, nearly hitting my head, but landed on my elbow that it went numb. I groaned in pain and looked up at three guys smirking down at me.

"You got a beauty here" one kneeled down and held my chin to observe my face before removing my scarf and brightened his eyes "No way... She looks just like that actress!" The others came closer for a better look. I eyed them, wondering if they knew grabbing me like this was a good idea "She'll be even more valuable!"

"Right" my chin was turned to the side "The only difference is that this one has a more bold jaw and her hair is almost blond" I was pulled back to look into his eyes "and her eyes are strange... say, aren'tcha scared?"

"What are you going to do with me?" I asked, not at all scared. The three guys looked at each other confused before turning back to me.

"Well, since you asked so nicely, we're going to sell yah off to the black market for some good money" the guy in front of me softly rubbed on my cheek "I'm sure you'll be worth a fortune... I might use a sample before I sell you off" I wasn't impressed, and they knew it "What's with yah?"

"She probably thinks this is a prank" another said. This comment immediately made me receive a punch to the face, a punch that made my face go numb. I didn't make a sound, just fell on the ground and hold my lip that was bleeding.

"Does that sound real enough to you?" My hands started shaking. That excitement again... It's been awhile since I've felt it "There you go. You're scared now, aren't you?"

"Can I ask you something..?" I asked "You said I looked like a specific actress... Tell me, did you take her too?"

"Don't be ridiculous. If she suddenly got grabbed, it would be all over the black market" I chuckled and looked up at the guys with hunger in my eyes. The one in front of me fell back and pointed a knife at me, shocked at my reaction.

"Good, I would hate to know if she was" I laughed and softly grabbed his hand holding the knife, catching him off guard "otherwise, we would have some problems"

"Yo... What's wrong with this girl..?" The guys standing pulled back the guy with the knife "Hold her down! She's a special one!" I giggled as my arms were pinned down behind me while being pressed on the floor. It was hard controlling my drool that was caused by my excitement. Oh my... Will I do something I'll regret?

"Use thunder bolt!" A woman's voice shouted, electrocuting the guy on top of me. I sat up and looked up at a supermodel looking woman with long black hair with a Emolga floating beside Nate heavy breathing and staring at me with wide eyes. My excitement died down when looking at how worried he looked.

"Nate..." I gasped. He glared at the guys behind me and ran at them to beat on them senselessly. I sat up and watched how hard he was beating on their faces, shocked that he'd do that for me...

"Are you alright?" I turned to the woman coming down to help me back on my feet "Your lip is swollen..." she frowned "you need immediate medical attention" She furrowed her brows and looked at Nate hand cuffing one of the guys while the other two were knocked out on the floor.

"You're under arrest for attempt kidnapping and putting your hands on my partner. Your sentence will be cruel and I hope you're ready for it" I stared amazed at how he handled that. In no time, police came to take the men away and made sure I was okay after what happened. I waved, convincing them I was just fine.

"Really, I'm okay" I smiled. Nate softly held my cheeks and pulled me to look at him.

"How are you okay? You were snatched away and attacked by those idiots. How can you be smiling like it didn't happen? Look at you!" I softly held his hands.

"Hey..." he frowned "It's okay, it's just a little swelling" we let go of each other "nothing ice can't fix"

"You are very brave" The woman, whose name was Elesa, told me "You were kidnapped and man-handled by three large men, yet you handled yourself like a champ" I smiled at the compliment "I'm glad nothing too extreme happened. Other than that swollen cheek and busted lip, are you sure you're alright?"

"Totally!" I hugged Nate sideways "Now that I have my knight and shining armor, I'm more than okay!" Nate sighed "I'm sure you freaked out when I disappeared"

"No kidding... I let go of you for one second and this happens" Elesa giggled.

"Maybe you should hand cuff each other so you can't separate" he looked at me. I questioned what he was looking at, until I noticed my scarf wasn't on my head anymore.

"Maybe" he looked away, uninterested "We should go now" He grabbed my hand and pulled me away "We should get a hotel room before it gets dark..." I smiled and waved to Elesa waving.

"Thanks for saving me!" I told her.

"Be careful out there... I hope I can see you soon" she waved back, disappearing once Nate turned a corner and pulled me into an alley unexpectedly.

"Nate, what are we doing here-" he wrapped his arms around me "huh?" I looked at him confused "Nate?"

"I thought I lost you..." my eyes widened "I got angry that you ran off like you did before... but seeing you handled like that, I got angrier. Getting kidnapped again and hurt. I'm sorry" he held me tightly "I'm so sorry..." I frowned and hugged him back.

"It's okay... I'm fine now. I'm not seriously hurt" It was hard hugging him with the elbow that was numb "Don't act like this. It's not a big deal" I looked at my hair on his shoulder, slowly figuring out why he was acting like this "You... thought I was Rosa, didn't you?" He flinched. I smiled and softly pushed him off me "I'm sorry I didn't tell you before..."

"You two are twins..." he looked down "The first time I saw you without your scarf was back when we left home and you were attacked. Your scarf fell, but I didn't see that you two were identical... You two just looked a lot alike" I looked away "Your face looked similar to Rosa's, even with the scarf and towel... I didn't want to believe you had the same face because you two were completely different. Once I got a clearer look at you after I beat up those guys, I understood" I played with my hair.

"I only hide myself because I don't want to ruin her reputation..." I shaded my eyes with my hair "I'm a mess... and if I do anything wrong, her face will be recognized. Sometimes..." I looked at my shaking hands "I try to make my face different... tried physically, but I only thought about what my family would think. They would be concern. If I was out of the picture, it'll be okay. My face... I don't deserve it. Beautiful as my sister, I'm disgusting" I bit my lips "I don't want this face if you're just going to look at me like you look at her" I pulled my hair "I just want to find Rosa as soon as possible... so I can just go away" I felt Nate's hand coming closer to me. I moved away and walked off, knowing he was following me. I kept my head down so no one would see my face, or the distress look I was wearing.

"He didn't act like that because he wanted to protect me... he thought I was Rosa" I whispered to myself "With a great guy like him, I hope they're happy together. Why am I acting so selfish..?" I stopped walking and sobbed, sobbed so loud that I fell apart and sat on the ground in the middle of the street, crying into my knees. Why..? Why am I being like this..?

Nate carefully picked me up in his arms and carried me away from the city to a park with food trucks all around us. He sat me on a bench and sat beside me, letting me cry and softly rubbed on my back.

I stayed like that until my tears ran dry and I was just sitting here without looking at Nate. He tried talking to me, but I didn't want to talk to him. Oricorio was sitting on my bag, staying close to me and looking up at my dry tears I was hiding in my knees.

"Hey, are you hungry?" Nate asked, perking his voice to probably make me feel better. I looked up slightly to look at him between my hair strands "There's a bunch of food trucks to choose from. Hungry for something?" I looked around as best as I could, but it had gotten dark and it wasn't easy looking through my hair.

"Surprise me?" I suggested.

"Alright, can I trust you to stay here?" I looked at him and smiled, nodding. He sent out his Dewott "Dewott, watch over Cam, okay? Make sure she doesn't go anywhere" Dewott nodded as Nate ran off. It looked up at me and flinched, looking creeped out. Well... this won't start well.
