I danced around the flowers in spring, humming to myself and enjoying the sun shining down my body while my white floral dress spun around with me, following my movements and the way the wind was blowing. I can't get enough of how sweet real freedom feels like.

"Nate-kun!" I yelled out as he left my house with a plate of cookies he made with his moms recipe. He walked over to me as I jumped to help him carry the plate "Arigato!" I said in Japanese.

"That means thank you, right?" He asked as we went off to sit back down on our picnic he set up for us earlier in the ranch. I had complained that there wasn't enough sweets since he kept babying me for not being allowed to have sugar, so he went off to make some.

"Yes!" I smiled "it's convenient to be bilingual, since I've lived in Sinnoh for a long time. I still can't help speaking this way sometimes"

"Hugh told me that you were friends with the champion of Sinnoh" I nodded proudly and munched on a cookie.

"She was my roommate back in the mental hospital" he nodded "She actually remembered me even after everyone lost their memories. Same goes for N. People who are corrupted in the head wasn't effected by the nightmare" I peaked to the side "I think that's why Phoenix remembered me without physically touching me"

"Yeah" Nate sipped his soda "He's pretty messed up in the head, but he's alright" he chuckled "We became friends the same way we met up again when he captured Virizion. I was out on a stroll one day and I found him losing a Pokémon he tried capturing. I was pretty young at the time and he's way older than I am. He caught me watching him and scared me at first 'cause of how he acted, but he taught me everything I know, plus some practice on my own" I put my hands together.

"And then he introduced you to the rest of the group?" He nodded "I'm sure they were proud of how talented you are! Do you still snipe?"

"No way" he huffed "that's the last time I'll ever do that. I didn't even fulfill the job because of you" he shivered a bit "I'm sort of traumatized" I giggled and ate another cookie "Seeing you like that... I didn't know how to feel. I couldn't keep my eyes off you as you were stabbing that guy" I lowered my cookie down a bit while watching the troubled look on his face "You were laughing, but what I noticed most was your expression" my expression? "Behind the laughing, I could tell you didn't want to do it. That darkness made you do so many bad things..." I looked at my cookie, frowning "I should had just stayed in the room with you. I kept blaming you, but I failed at my job"

"Don't be silly. You're talking about something that happened a long time ago"

"You were asleep for a whole year" I nervously laughed and ate the cookie again "Without remembering for a whole year and suddenly remembering, the memory became fresh"

"I see..." he sighed and finally ate a cookie with me "Cresselia helped me regain most of my energy back, but I don't think I'll ever be that strong again. Remember how I picked you up and threw you like nothing? And Hugh too!" I laughed "Definitely don't have that strength anymore" I ate another cookie "But that's okay. As long as I can live my life and take care of my champion duties and get to spend time with you and Rosa, I wouldn't want it any other way"

"Yeah" Nate smiled "I just wish we didn't have to work all the time. I miss being with you" he cleared his throat with a slight blush on his face "And your crazy self... though even if it's been a few months since we got together, I'm still getting use to your new personality. We don't get to spend that much time together for me to get use to it"

"I'm still me, but still a bit jumpy" a Mareep came up to me to lay next to me "Pokemon are no longer scared of me. I get scared easily, and I'm very shy still. To be honest, I'll need to get use to you being so nice to me"

"I mean what do you expect- hey! Cam! You ate the whole plate!?" He freaked out at the empty plate of cookies I ate "Why do you always do that?! Where does it all go?!" I laughed at his reaction, use to him acting this way whenever I eat a bunch of sugar "That's it! No more cookies for the rest of the year!"

"H-Huh?!" I flinched "No! I love those cookies!" He huffed and looked away "Nate-kun!" I shook his arm "I'm sorry!! I'll make it up to you!" He peaked back at me "What should I do??" He completely faced me, confusing me until he held my chin and looked at my lips. My face went completely red "W-What are you..?"

"Kiss me" steam came out my ears from how hot I felt. He continued looking at my lips while I panicked in the inside. I haven't kissed him since New Years! We've been so busy with work that we've only video chat! I know we're a couple, but I don't know if I'm confident enough to kiss him without getting a nose bleed!

"N-Nate!" I shut my eyes nervously "That's so sudden! We don't do this often!"

"That's because we don't see each other very often. If we do this, we can get use to each other" he lifted up my chin to look at him. I slowly opened my eyes to look at how serious he was. I-I'm so nervous... I want to kiss him, but what if I get a nose bleed in the middle of it? "I love you, Cam" I calmed down a little and embraced the warmth between us. My heart was beating so fast I felt like I was going to pass out.

"I love you too, Nate..." he slowly lean into my lips. I closed my eyes to let it happen, loving to be so close to him. I always wondered... if I was never so shy to be around other people, would Nate be attracted to me after I saved him from being lost in the forest as kids? If I just walked with him to where Hugh and Rosa was, would things be different if time reversed?

"If you're curious, would you like to see?" I snapped my eyes open when hearing Cresselia's voice and looked at my surroundings. I was in the darkness while my dream catcher was the only thing that was lighting my path "If you changed your actions just a little, of course things would turn out differently" I listened to Cresselia while looking around. Where am I..? "Go on" my surroundings slowly turned into a bedroom I recognized to be the exact same since I was little, but I don't remember that poster being so high in the ceiling.

"What's going on here..?" I looked down at my dream catcher no longer shining "Weird.." I looked around and walked to my curtains to see where I ended up. I gasped that Aspertia City changed all of a sudden! That building is under construction!? But there was already a building there!

"Camie?" I heard Rosa knocking on my door "Are you awake? It's already evening" she opened my door and walked in with a small body. She's so little! "What are you doing there?" I looked at my small hands, realizing what was going on. Cresselia... You did this?

"Rosa-chan?" I called. She turned on the lights, showing me how adorable she was! Oh my goodness! I miss the days when she was a baby! Even though we had the same face, we don't have the same hair and eyes.

"What's chan?" She asked me, coming up to me "What's the matter? You seem different" she touched my forehead "Are you sick?" I quickly shook my head. Just confused, that's all "I was going to ask you something. Let's go down to have dinner" I slowly nodded and looked at her little hand holding mine.

We went down the stairs and saw the decor look how it did when I was little... I still don't know what's going on, but it's trippy to see things back to the past.

"Camie" mom called me. She looked a lot younger as well... "I didn't expect you to leave your room so soon. Normally it takes awhile for you to get out of there" I blushed and peaked away, remembering how I use to be back then "well, it's nice to see you out in the light" she chuckled "Dinner is ready" I nodded and looked at Rosa smiling at me before we raced to the table to eat some food. The whole table smelled amazing... This is just a dream. Right?

From the corner of my eye, I saw something flapping and come towards me, making me freak out and lift my hands to protect myself. I peaked up when nothing happened and saw my Oricorio sitting behind my chair "Oricorio..?" She's back to her ghost-type form. Or should I say, never changed.

"Did your own Pokémon scare you?" Mom giggled while finally joining us to eat "I worry about you alot, you know?" I blushed again embarrassed and started eating with everyone. Even the food had flavor... "Your dad got you that pokemon. It's a strange one. It's not from here, but you promised me that you were going to raise it so it'll stop flying all over the place. I find feathers everywhere" she sighed "of course your dad would give you such a troubling Pokémon. He even got Rosa and her friends some as well" she looked like she was getting a headache. I looked at Oricorio staring at me.

"I will... Don't worry" I reached out to scratch her chin. She cooed and let me. Strange... She use to be pretty timid in the first year of having her. She was a hatchling who didn't have a mom to take care of her, so she was cautious of humans because of the smuggling "You're back to your first form... And you're so young. Are you aware of what's happened?" She nodded her head, shocking me.

"Well, seems like it calmed down" mom leaned on her elbow, eating "When it's not freaking out, I guess it's pretty cute" I smiled and put Oricorio's head, glad that I'm not alone in this passage of time we randomly showed up in.

"She came all the way from Alola, so she needs to get use to her surroundings" I said, surprising my mom of how I spoke.

"Where is that?" Rosa asked. I told her what I knew about that place and about the nectar Oricorio can eat to change forms "Wow! That's so cool!" She took a big bite of her spaghetti "Listen, listen! Since daddy gave me and my friends Pokémon, we wanted to go out and train them! Mommy said I can't go out late with two boys, so she asked me to tell you if you can come along!" I blinked confused. Wait a minute... This is the day when... "Please! Please! Please!" She hugged my arm "I really want to go!"

"It's not safe to go out in the forest with two boys, dear" mom said. I sweat dropped, barely remembering that the forest outside of the city was safe enough for kids at this day and age, so she was more worried about boys.

"Mom..." I sighed "We're just kids. We haven't even hit puberty yet"

"How do you know what that is?" I chuckled and turned back to Rosa begging me to go with her, like she did years ago from my memory.

"I'll go with you, Rosa" she gasped happily "Though..." I blushed and looked down "I'm kinda nervous to meet your friends, so I think I'll hide" I don't know how I'm going to act when I meet younger Hugh and Nate "But I'll stand close!" Rosa cheered and hugged me, thanking me over and over.

"Alright girls. Eat your food and get ready for your trip later. Don't go out too far" Rosa nodded excitedly while I looked at my small plate of food. This simply won't do... I know I hardly ate as a kid, but I'm going to need a lot more food as I am!

"Can I have a second serving?" I asked mom. She almost choked on her food and looked at me shocked, which made me a bit embarrassed "I-If that's okay..."

"Are you okay?" She reached over to touch my forehead "You don't feel warm" she took my plate and hurried to give me more food. I then ate my entire plate happily, chatting with Rosa talking about school and what her Pokémon did earlier today while mom and I listened before it was time to go.

"This is the first time you're coming out with me without having to beg for long time" Rosa giggled happily. I smiled and looked at little Oricorio on my shoulder "Are you ready?" I nodded and we both turned around to face mom "We'll be back soon!" We waved to her before leaving.

"Be careful out there! Don't come home too late!" We nodded and went to Aspertia city when the sun was starting to set.

"Why didn't you go train with your friends earlier today?" I asked, walking with her on the sidewalk to head to Nate's old house.

"We had homework" she chuckled "it's all done now, so no worries" she smiled at me "You seem different" I looked up ahead "You normally would refuse anything I ask when it comes to leaving your room" yeah, up to the point after dad's death and my sacrifice. Which reminds me... If I'm not going to wake up anytime soon, will I get the chance to see dad again and prevent his death..?

"I don't know. I guess people change out of nowhere" I claimed.

"You think so?" I nodded and held her hand "I'm glad you're coming with me. It's going to be so much fun training Snivy!" She smiled at her grass type leading the way "isn't she a cutie? I wonder where daddy got her" I smiled at the fact that he probably bought Snivy and the others for a high price since they are native to Unova, unlike Oricorio.

We eventually found Nate's house and saw Hugh and Nate waiting outside. I hurried to hide behind a tree before we got too close to be seen "Camie!" Rosa frowned "Are you seriously going to hide again?" It's not that I'm not able to go with her and meet up with everyone... It's the fact that I'm going to meet Nate and experience the day he thought he fell in love with Rosa. I'm too nervous to even face him, even if he doesn't know of me.

"I'll be hiding while you spend time with your friends. Don't mind me" I waved. She pouted and went over to the boys rushing over to her when seeing her show up from the corner. I heard them excitedly chatting with their Pokémon beside them before heading out to the route. I gulped and hurried to follow them, not knowing how this is going to turn out.
