Hope all your doubts are gone but still I will brief this.

Tae and forth are 2 gangster  and identical twins where tae is known to the world and forth hides in dark to help tae.he is like a shadow to tae.

mr k was a black dragon of the underworld ,and the whole world is searching for him where he  lives in an island as mr.kongtom which shortly called as mr k by all.

Mr k has twins phana and thanit. who are also identical but due to some incidents both seperated.

Where phana lives with mr k in an island  and was a doctor  by profession and thanit ends in an orphanage.

That's where thanit meets ming.ming lost his parents in a car accident and ended in an orphanage.

Thanit and ming grow like brothers. 

thanit is a medical student and ming is engineering student.
Thanit fell for tae and ming for forth.

taes rival kidnap  thanit and ming to take revenge from tae.

Both are saved by mr k and thanit knows who he really was .how he ended in orphanage.

But in that accident ming lost his memory.he remembers only thanit.

Mr k adopted ming as his son and gives him the family that he carves from his childhood.ming forgets about forth.

Thanit believes tae cheated him and ming at once.since no one knows that tae and forth are twins.

So guys ,clear up to now.

And the last one is kim.

Pha who was mr k son studies in states and fell for his classmate kim.
Mr k approves kim for pha and the love story is a super successful  and ended with the marriage.

Kim looks exactly like ming but they don't have any relationship by blood.
