Now at the finale of season 11 and Off Topic was asked to sing a song, they gladly accept. Lauren hasn't been feeling well the past few months and has slowly being losing the ability to see color. Adam has been losing the ability to see color but he has yet to get physically ill.

"Lauren, you can't go out there like this. You are too sick." Ryan said.

"I'm fine. You worry too much. I am NOT sick." Lauren said.

"Lauren.."

"James."

"You know not to call me James."

"You know not to question me and act brotherly, I don't need that from you. Come on we need to get on stage now."

Lauren got half way through the song, when she fell to her knees coughing up blood. Adam ran to her side, the show cut to commercial, and Lauren was rushed to the hospital with Adam never leaving her side. The hospital was able to stabilize her but if she will survive is unknown.

"Lauren stay with me please." Adam said. "I need you here with me."

"Adam.. Live on.." Lauren said weakly.

"No, I made the mistake of not saying anything when I first met you. I am not letting you get away from me again, not like this."

"Just remember that one night we had together and remember, I will still be with you... everywhere you go."

"You aren't leaving me Lauren. Stop acting like you are! You are going to live. I'm not letting you die." Adam said now crying.

"You have the prettiest green eyes Adam."

"Stop that Lauren you aren't going anywhere I need you! I love you. I love you Lauren."

"I love you too Adam."

Adam leaned in and kissed her dry lips, and her head. "We are going to get a nice house, we are going to build a video game room just for you, and if you want we can add a room for all of our instruments. We are going to have such a magnificent future, together."

"You know... that won't... happen."

"Yes it will. Just hold on."

"I... don't..... think.... i.... can.. any...more."

"No, no Lauren... Don't leave me here alone. I love you."

"I... Love.... You... Adam..." Lauren said before passing away.

As Lauren took her last breaths color completely faded from Adam's eyes - the last color he ever saw was the color of Lauren's eyes. Adam fell onto his knees holding onto Lauren's hand crying, crying like tomorrow was never going to come, like his own life just ended.

As for everyone else in Off Topic, they had gone back to their hotel, all in Ray and Ryan's room, they couldn't see Lauren like that, they didn't want to. They knew she passed when Ryan started to cry saying, "I can't see red anymore."

Everyone from Maroon 5 got a really big house together so they could all keep an eye on Adam. He was never the same after Lauren's death. He ended Maroon 5, he couldn't live that life anymore, it was the life Lauren wanted, the life he wanted to have with her, without her he just couldn't do it anymore. Everyone made sure he stayed healthy because they all knew that Lauren wouldn't want him to throw his life away, but he began to feel ill like Lauren had, to which there is no cure. Exactly one year after Lauren's death, Adam passed away in his sleep.
