It is time for Lauren's audition, and she is singing Waiting For Superman.

Gwen is the first to turn around, followed by Blake and Pharrell with Adam turning around last. When he did Lauren was met with a huge surprise. She can see color.

"What's your name and where are you from?" Pharrell asked.

"I'm Lauren Haywood and I was born in Georgia, moved to New York at four and now I live in L.A."

"Well Lauren, your voice is amazing, you sung with so much emotion." Gwen said.

"Gwen is right, but it sounded like you were holding back."

"Are those cowboy boots?" Blake asked knowing that it's the only chance to get her on his team and build the "Country Mafia".

"No, no those are combat boots, city cucky boots." Adam said. "She is a city girl."

"What boots?" Blake asked.

"Combat boots." Lauren said.

"Combat boots...."

"Yeah."

"You still should be on my team. Your voice is amazing and I definitely feel like we would make a good team."

"I will walk through a burning building for you." Adam said.

"Alright Lauren, who do you pick as your coach?" Pharrell asked.

After a minute of thinking it over Lauren said, "Adam."

"Yes! We are going to win this thing!"

After Lauren left and the chairs were reset Blake said, "Don't you own a pair of combat boots Adam?"

"No, I have work boots, okay some might be considered combat boots."

"You have girls boots then."

"No, they are completely different, tell him Gwen."

"Adam is right Blake."
