DIY 

I wanted to see something

I thought I'd never see

But to do it could be dangerous

So it was completely up to me

I found a piece of cardboard

And put a pin hole through the centre

I would hold it to the sun

Which would let its brilliance enter

Until this planet crossed in front

and was positioned in the centre

Then I could look upon that something

I thought I'd never see

The image of a total eclipse

My, my, how clever of me.
