Place - Shamar Gaia Temple - 5 days after Twins Arrival

The group had now just exited the Gaia Temple with the 1st Dragon Emerald in their possession.

"Okay we found the First Dragon Emerald now we just need to-"

'SLASH!'

Sonic was cut off by a slash to the face and he got knocked back a bit.

"SONIC!" Everyone yelled. and they ran to him.

"You ok Blue blur?" Twin asked in concern as Sonic now had a scratch mark on his left cheek!

Sonic gets up slowly with Twins help, "I'm okay" Sonic reassures Twin "Ok who Did that?!" Sonic demands and suddenly a very familiar robot to both Sonic and Tails appears Holding a piece of sonics fur that's on fire!

"Inferior Just like how I Know my copy to be!" The robot said menacingly.

"Metal Sonic!" Sonic says serious!

"Metal Sonic?" Twin and Energy ask out loud

"Its a robot version of me that Eggman made, we've fought a bunch of times but I always win." Sonic responded to the two.

"Did I hear My name?" A voice asked with an evil Laugh!

Everyone looked up to see Doctor Eggman In his Egg-mobile hovering right next to Metal Sonic and a dozen other robots appeared behind Metal Sonic as well!

"Well look who it is, the mustached rotten overcooked Omelet!" Twin Joked out loud.

Eggman Growled at Twins Taunt while the others laughed.

"Enough chit chat Now Hand over the Dragon Emerald You annoying Meddling Rodents!" Eggman Demanded.

Twin held the Blue Dragon Emerald close to him protectively.

"Like I would ever Give it to you Egg face!" Twin Shouted.

"Yeah What Twin Said you'll Never lay a hand on This or the other Dragon Emeralds!" Sonic Yelled at the Doc in response, and Energy and Tails both nodded in agreement with what Sonic said!

"Well then, Perhaps this will convince you all!  Metal show your fellow robots how to deal with pests and Crush Them then Retrieve the Dragon Emerald for me at once, for the glory of the Eggman Empire!" Eggman Ordered His creation.

Metal Sonic's eyes lit up and looked at Twin and the group.

"Priority 1 Dragon Emerald in the possession of a Priority 20 Hedgehog Threat level Mild, Beginning retrieval of Dragon Emerald!" Metal States Robotically and starts to walk over to Twin menacingly all while turning his right arm into a cannon!

Sonic Steps in front of Twin protectively.

"If you want to get to Twin and the Dragon Emerald you'll have to get through me Metal!" Sonic states bravely.

"As you wish, My loathsome copy." Metal replied very harshly as harsh as a robot can to Sonic and then they both charged at each other which created a Shockwave as they clashed!

Twin looked at The Dragon Emerald in his hand his face in the reflection of the Emerald and then he looked at Energy and Tails, he reached his hand with the Emerald out to them.

"You two take the Emerald and get as far away from here as you can!" Twin told them hastily

"But Twin, Me and Tails can't just leave you and Sonic to face Eggman and Metal alone!?" Energy argued.

"Your not leaving us behind, we're covering you while you escape with the Emerald now hurry!" Twin responded.

"And Tails, call the others.  We may need help soon!" Twin asked and Tails nodded then energy grabbed the Dragon emerald from Twin's hand and the two foxes ran off.

Twin Skated over to where Sonic and Metal we're fighting.

With Sonic and Metal . . . 

Sonic was starting to get tired as this was a way different fight for Metal Sonic than he was used too!

Metal was about to strike Sonic again Until he heard a voice yell something.

"Here's Blue In Your Eye!" Twin Then speed punches metal away from Sonic and he metal skidded across the ground then he used his claws to stop himself.

"Here's blue in your eye?" Sonic asked Twin in disbelief for the bad taunt.

"What? You try and come up with a good taunt in just a few seconds flat!" Twin responded

"Well I certainly couldn't do any worse." Sonic Responded. "Bad taunts aside, Ready to take it to this Junk pile?" Sonic Asked the Cyan Hedgehog.

"Blue blur I was born ready!" Twin Answered with confidence as he cracked his fingers

And the two hedgehogs charged toward Metal Sonic!
