Echizen Ryoma stared coldly at the two detectives beside him.after his parents and cousin left happily. He also noticed that Mouri Ran just stayed on where she was seating, and so, he put his hands under his head and asked Kudo Shinichi, "Will you let her stay and hear secret information, Kudo-senpai?"

It was his sign that he didn't want anyone except for Shinichi and Hattori Heiji to hear, so, even she was annoyed by the way he want her out of the room, she left.

"Lock the room, Heiji," Shinichi said. They didn't sit after that but asked Ryoma, "Why do you want to meet us?"

"Who is he first, senpai?" he asked Shinichi as he was looking at the new man in front of him.

"Me?" asked Hattori. He scratched his back and introduced himself. "I'm Hattori Heiji. Sorry for the late introduction."

"It's fine. Now I can tell everything I know," he said and started, "Fujiwaka Aioko wanted me dead because of Fujiwaka Miyano. It's a personal reason anyway, that's the real reason why she's hunting me."

"Irene Lee seemed to know your past and her past with you. He created a letter for three people. Mine, yours and Aioko's. Fujiwaka Miyano, how did you remember all your past? Did you dream about it?" he said and handed it to him which he gladly accepted. After he read that letter, he grinned and told him, "I don't need to remember my past by someone's point of view. There are even wrong things written there. Also, it seems Kamisama wanted me to know everything before I return here. He showed me my distant past before I came to Japan."

Both smiled, "Are you saying you remember your connection to her?" Hattori asked.

Ryoma nodded and told them his dream when he was still unconscious.Kudo and Heiji were all surprised after Ryoma finished what happened to him at that time when he was still residing in United States. After a few hours, a small, white cardboard flew towards him from the window just beside him. He read the written text in the card:

Echizen Ryoma, congratulations for waking up and remembering your past connection to me. I'll come and greet you as a nurse. You'll die in my hands. I will take justice for my sister! -Fujiwaka Aioko.

Then, he turned to Shinichi and gave the card that fell into his hands. "She knew I woke up and she'll get inside disguised as a nurse. If ever she shows herself to me, don't react. I want to talk to her."

"We can't just let her go close to you!" Heiji exclaimed. "I protected you for two days inside the ICU and there were numerous times she tried sneaking up inside to kill you!"

"I need to talk to her! She hasn't forgiven me yet because of her sister's death! She was lovely and kind before but changed like this because of me. I let someone who wanted to get strength from me deteriorate! She begged that I come for her sister... I have to make up for my mistakes! I have to ask for her forgiveness again! She... she is taking her revenge against me! I broke my promise!" he screamed. He was still in pain, after all.

Hattori Heiji stared at the little boy. He was so amused that a boy like Echizen Ryoma is strong inside out but to ask him more things, he said with a smile, "It's not your fault, you know?"

"I know but there's a better way to end things up. She'll know the truth why I haven't come to her in the hospital in the United States and I want my questions to be answered, too!"

"Ok. If that's what you want. We'll stay here to protect you against her," they said.

"What do you want to talk to her?" Kudo added.

"I want to know why she joined the Black Organization. She was a happy person before until her sister died with something I don't know," he said.

Shinichi answered his question for him. "She died because the artificial heart didn't last long. She died after the operation and as he was saying in his letter for you, she kept wishing to see you again."

"I know. Kudo-senpai, she'll keep hunting me if I don't speak to her. Both of us need to talk to end the line!"

"You're saying that this won't stop unless she is allowed to talk to you?" he asked but it was like he already knows the answer, so, Echizen didn't need to respond.

As Mouri Ran was talking to Sonoko in her phone, she noticed a strange-looking nurse having long blonde hair. She turned to look at her as she was headed to Echizen Ryoma's room. The three boys have waited for her for over thirty minutes. "Ran?" Sonoko asked.

"Ahh... gomenasai, Sonoko."

"Seemed you're worried about someone. Are you worried for your husband?"

"HUSBAND??? NOT IN A MILLION YEARS!' she screamed. Sonoko on the other line laughed but as she was laughing, she still stared at Echizen's room. She seemed to feel that there's something strange inside.

Fujiwaka Aioko took her disguise off her after closing the door. The two men tried to be his shields but she was strong enough to get closer to Echizen Ryoma who is now seating on his bed. He was smiling, actually. It annoyed her, so, she pointed her katana to the two detectives and told him, "They'll die in front of you if you don't answer me."

Echizen grinned on his bed and told her, "Your Katana's kissaki is missing."

She put her katana closer to them. "ANSWER ME!"

Echizen lost his smile and told her, "Will you be happy if you kill me if that's the only way your bitter heart will forgive me? Her death, Fujiwaka MIyano's death is something I will never forget. I regret not coming for her but her soul still lives in me. I want to visit her but my father wanted me back here. I wanted to go to her and support her but fate prevented me from going. I had to choose between myself or her. Fate lead me to break my promise. That's my fault. Kill me if you want, Fujiwaka Aioko!"

Fujiwaka Aioko was so surprised by all he told her and so, she pointed her sword to him and told him, "Miyano waited for you! You are truly a selfish brat! Do you know that by Miyano's death, our parents died next? I cannot believe that by joining the Black Organization after her death, our fates will meet again! I was so happy that I got the chance to keep tormenting you! I joined Black Organization because they gave me strength and willpower. I also knew that I can take my revenge because I joined them! Your amnesia is also done by the Black Organization! Do you know where the large trunk of tree came from when you were training with your dad? I cut it myself but your father saved you from drowning! You should have died long before! You only had amnesia but it wasn't enough for me! I want you dead!"

Echizen bravely faced her, "Do you think Miyano want this?"

Hattori and Shinichi soon grabbed her and put handcuffs to her after they noticed that she froze and her Katana fell in her hands. Hattori quickly took it away from her and Shinichi put handcuffs to her but Echizen told him, "Put it away. I want her to surrender to the police herself."

"You want me to surrender? You want me free for the mean time and kill myself?" she asked him.

Echizen stared at her sad and painful eyes, She fell on her kness and cried,"You're apologizing to me because you think it was your fault why she died? It wasn't your fault. It was my fault. I blamed everything to you.. It was too late for her... the artificial heart didn't accept her."

Kudo Shinichi looked at Echizen asking if he will free her from the handcuffs and so, he told him, "I want her free."

"She killed Meiju, Echizen! Don't you remember? Look at her Katana!"

Echizen and Aioko lowered their heads. "The real man who killed him wasn't me. I gave him my Katana to force him to kill Echizen but he used it in the way we didn't expect. Gin liked him. Also, I taught him to wiretap. When he knew that Meiju saw him, he learned that he has to eliminate people who knows his secrets. I won't tell you who that is but I know that from this clue, you already know who I'm talking about, Isn't it?"

She stood up and looked at Echizen, "I shouldn't have followed them." She opened the door and told them, "I wish I have the strength like Haibara Ai, Kudo-kun!" She left Echizen's room without a disguise and without her katana.

He closed the room next. "I have a feeling I'll meet her again."

"Shinichi-senpai, it's the end of the road. You can now live normally."

"You're right. She honestly talked to you but I have a feeling actually that she'll only go missing."

"What do you mean, Kudo? Do you think she'll take that cursed APTX 4869 and turn as a chibi like you?" he asked.

"How do you look like as a kid, senpai? I haven't yet seen you with that form."

Hattori showed him Kudo's picture as Conan. Echizen looked at it and told him, "You're cute, senpai but more people would think you're more of a dwarf than a kid in this form!"

Kudo fired up and took the picture away from him. He really felt embarrassed when Heiji showed him his picture. Heiji laughed at Echizen's description while Kudo felt very angry to him.

"A dwarf! A dwarf! When you turn as a kid again, I'll call you a dwarf!" They were very loud now, suddenly, Doctor Akino Akira went inside, stopping them from playing around Echizen who just sighed in relief.

Echizen Ryoma was having his rehabiltation with his doctor to help him feel his legs again when Tezuka and Sakuno appeared in front of him. Sakuno still looked sad at him which annoyed Ryoma so much and so, he said to her, "What's that look, Sakuno? You see, I'm getting better."

Sakuno burst out a cry. "I'm so worried at you! You even mumbled my name! I... I..." She stopped crying when Echizen hugged him. His doctor left them for a while. "Tezuka-bucho, arigatou gozaimasu."

"How are you, Echizen?" Tezuka Kunimitsu asked.

"I'm getting better, bucho. I'll be back next week for practice."

"Don't push yourself too much, ok? How about your breathing? Is it getting better?'

'The doctors told me that I can't play for over an hour for this season. My lungs still need to heal. That's what they said."

Tezuka smiled for him, "Why do you want Sakuno to meet you?"

Sakuno stopped crying and he let her free from his arms, "She's important for me." Sakuno blushed and ran away with her red cheeks.

The next day, the Seigaku Regulars visited him surprisingly. "Ochibi! We brought your special someone!" Eiji said.

Ryoma blushed, then, Sakuno gave him his bento which he cooked, "I came to apologize for being rude."

"Heh...," he opened the bento and quickly ate it. "This really tastes good, Sakuno! You're really a great cook!"

"Hey, Echizen," Kaido spoke up, "Are you together now?"

Both freshman blushed but Momo shrugged him off, "It's ok to tell, Echizen!" Echizen confessed their relationship in the end. After the last two days in the hospital for having his breathing exercises and walking capabilty, he still needs to relax his lungs and not overdo himself. It will be a large problem if he overdo himself, anyway.

At last, he was back in Seigaku without any problems or worries. A new peaceful line is about to start for him. Well, the new line started with Fujiwaka Miyano's smile but realized that the person in front of him is Ryuzaki Sakuno. He happily entered Seigaku excitedly by holding his hands to her.

A/N: Thanks a lot! I'm thinking of a sequel of this, well, the new story might go with Prince of Tennis entirely and with new mystery there but it will stay as a crossover.
