"Hey." Claire seemed startled when I walked up to her. "Hey. You did great out there..", "You as well.." I looked in Claire's direction and it was towards Josie, "Something wrong?" I said. "Your sister seems a bit off. Like she knows something..did you ever tell her about the world.."

I shook my head no, "I panicked and got the letter back..", "Well what if she already read it.." my eyes widened, "then she's in danger..Blinky said once a family member knows, a type of gargoyle will come sweep them off their feet in the full moon night.", "and tonight's a full moon.." I looked at her, "Then we better stay indoors." Claire nodded as Steve came up to us, I really despised him and for him making a move on Josie. "If it is a half of a Lake..seems like you have more courage than I thought.."

"Oh I have courage Steve unlike you.." Claire stood in the middle of us. "Can you two just be nice for this one night.." Claire said as Josie walked out, "I suppose..", "Everyone ready?"  we all nodded, "What if we ate at the cafeteria.." Claire suggested, "I second that.." I said as only me and Claire knew about the gargoyle. "Umm..sure..I guess..I third that.." Josie looked at us after saying that.

"Sounds good to me..today was pizza day.." Steve said, "I'm going to get some air before we do.." Josie said and as she walked towards the back door, "Wait! Can I come with you?" Claire laughed nervously as the lights started to flicker. Garogule has arrived or either bad electricity. "I'm good Claire..I just need to be by myself..Ms. Janeth has been by my side almost all night quoting Shakesphere."

She headed out as Claire and I seemed frantic. Steve followed behind her, "What are we going to do.." I said, "We could stake out on top of the roof..by my guess Steve went to her along with the gargoyle.." we nodded to each other, "Before we do..do your thing and get prepared for killing the bad.." I nodded as Claire headed to the roof. I took out the amulet and read the andication and had the armor on. "Oh you did so good out there my  Honey Bee..", "Mom?!" my eyes widened, "Yes, honeybee?", "I'm late for the double date..I'll talk to you later.." I ran to the backstage and saw the ladder that led to the roof.  I headed up on the roof towards Claire as she just was looking down at them.. "What did I miss.." I whispered, "Nothing much..he only came out here to comfort her.."

"So no sign of the Gargoyle.." Claire shook her head no. "I'm glad I asked you out.." Steve held Josie's hand, "eww.." I mumbled, "Me too.." and held his hand. "I can't bear to watch this gush fest.." I mumbled as there was a screech, "I hear the Gargoyle.." Claire said as I brought out the sword of Daylight, "Oh great.." as the screeching continued the Gargoyle wasn't in our sight. "You guys are so cute together!?!" Said Eli as me and Claire looked at each other."Eli?" We both said as Steve looked at him, "What do you want Pepperjack..", "Oh. Just saying hi also Coach is looking for you.."

Steve sighed, "I'll be back.." he left as Eli looked at Josie, "So have you told him..", "Nope..I have written and photo proof but none verbally.." Eli shrugged, "Photo and written proof? Proof of what." Claire mumbled, "Well why not go straight forward and you ask him the questions..and can't you try and do well with telepathy.."

"If only we were close then I could feel his pain but never transmit thoughts.." Claire looked at me, "I think she's talking about you.." I raised a brow, "Telepathy?" Claire hits my shoulder, "Twin Telepathy..it is when one twin can access the thoughts and feelings of the other twin without the other giving any prompts or signs. Almost like a sixth sense exists between twins."
I nodded. "Ouch.." both our eyes widened staring at Josie as she rubbed her shoulder, "Told you it exists.." Claire mumbled. "You okay Josie.." Eli went to her, "Yeah just pain in the shoulder.." There was a screech as this time it wasn't Eli, there was a shake in the ground and I saw pebbles bouncing off the floor.

"I'll stay above, you go below." Said Claire as I went down. "Earthquake?" Mumbled Eli as he stood up and panicked, "Earthquake!" He ran away as Josie was all alone. I went to the side as I saw the gargoyle as it landed and screeched towards Josie, "AH!" She screamed and got off the bench and fell back. "Josephine Brooklyn Lake.." she scouted back as it said her name, "What..How..AH!"

"Josie!" I yelled and went to go defend her, but as I did, it screeched again but then flew off. I turned and saw that she was gone, "Josie?" I said nearly out of breath and fell back as the armor disappeared. "Jim!" Claire came to me, "I'm good!" I said as I sat up. "Did you see where Josie went.." Claire shook her head no. "When you were fighting the Gargoyle, I heard her screech and then poof went away the next minute.."

I got up as mom came out and hugged me, "You did wonderful.." she turned towards Claire, "So this is Claire..", "Nice to meet you as well Mrs. Lake.." she laughed, "you as well.." she smiled and then raised a brow, "Where's Josie?", "Oh..she is with St-" As I was about to say Steve, she shows up with Mr. Strickler. "I'm right here Mom..don't worry..Mr. Strickler wanted to finish a history lesson, he couldn't wait til monday to tell me.."

"Yes I indeed tell her the wonderful history behind nature's beauty of art.." mom seemed to smile as I breathed out knowing the Gargoyle didn't take her. "It's getting late we should probably get going..", "It's only eight o'clock mom.." said Josie, "Yeah I know but I'm getting tired..I worked till five in the morning and I have to get up early again tomorrow..", "If it's not a problem with you, I could drop them off at home after their date night.." Mom laughed, "I suppose that would be okay, just no later than ten..", "You have my word Barbara.."
