You didn't go to the same school as your boyfriend, which was good at times because you had your own friends at school and they didn't have to mix with your friends from the pack but at other times it sucked because if you had a crap day, then you had to wait until the end of the day to see your boyfriend.

Seth and you had been in a relationship for just over a year, and your friends didn't know all that much about your personal life – all they knew was that there was a guy in your life and they didn't know if you were friends, more than friends, who he was or anything like that.

You preferred to keep your personal life to yourself at school, purely because you didn't want rumours or comments floating around school about you and Seth, especially when Seth didn't even go to your school so it would be unfair on him.

The school day had just finished, so you were walking out with your friends, "Are you coming Y/N?" one of them asked, causing you to snap out of your thoughts.

You turned to them with a confused expression on your face "Coming with you where?" you quizzed in response.

"We're going to the café" they answered and the rest of your friends were nodding in agreement.

You checked your phone to see the time, and then shook your head as you sighed "I can't. I've already got plans" you said apologetically.

One of your other friends rolled their eyes "Right" they stated sarcastically "With the other friends we've never met" they continued to talk in a sarcastic tone.

You rolled your eyes in response, and then spotted Seth stood with Paul and Jacob by Jacob's truck "I'll see you guys later" you told them as you ran down to where your boyfriend and friends were stood.

Seth enveloped you in a hug, before letting you go so that the other two guys could hug you, "Why are they staring at us?" Jacob whispered in your ear, nodding his head over to your group of friends that had halted their actions.

You sighed and went to stand by Seth, who slipped his arm around your shoulder, "They didn't believe that I actually had friends outside of school and they thought I was making it all up as they had never met you" you quickly explained.

Paul growled slightly and glared at one of your friends, but Jacob placed a hand on his arm "Let's not attack Y/N's friends" he stated and Paul muttered something under his breath before climbing into the driver's side of the truck.

Jacob followed Paul and got into the passenger side "I bet they'll believe it after this" Seth said as he looked down at you, crashing his lips to yours soon after.
