School had just dragged that day, you were not in the mood at all and nothing had been on your side.

You felt like you were ready to collapse, you felt so drained with school and you didn't see anything getting better. Everything was becoming so stressful, and you just didn't know how to handle any of it.

Sometimes everything was a little worse because your boyfriend went to a completely different school, he went to school on the reservation whereas you attended the high school that pretty much all of the teens went to.

You walked out of school, to see your boyfriend Jacob waiting for you. He noticed you, and smiled almost immediately "Hey Baby" Jacob greeted you, pulling you into a hug as soon as you reached him.

You hugged him back, and crinkled your nose at what you smelt "You smell like wet dog" you said as you stepped back from him.

Jacob pouted and pulled you into him by your waist, "Well I have just gotten back from patrol" he told you and you smiled a little "Sam let me off early so that I could come and pick you up" he explained, so you leaned up to kiss his cheek.

"Can you please have a shower when we get home?" You begged, as you slipped your helmet over your head.

You had your own helmet for when you went on Jacob's motorbike, purely because you rarely took your own car and that meant that you were on Jacob's motorbike the majority of the time.

Jacob laughed at you, and the two of you got onto the bike "Whatever you want Baby" he answered you.

You wrapped your arms around Jacob's waist, and Jacob sped out of the car park of your high school. Needless to say, you were glad to be getting out for the day – you did not want to be there any longer than you needed to be.

Jacob pulled up outside Sam and Emily's house, Emily was basically your best friend so you were always at her and Sam's place.

You got off the bike, and placed your helmet on the seat before walking up to the porch and opening the door.

Sam saw you first, and smiled at you before coming over to you to give you a hug "Thanks for letting Jake off early Sam" you thanked him as you hugged him back.

Sam pulled away from the hug, "You're welcome Y/N/N, I knew he wanted to pick you up" Sam responded gently.

You went and hugged the rest of the pack, and ended up on Paul's lap considering he was your guy best friend "How was school?" Paul asked and you sighed, grabbing one of Emily's amazing cookies.

"Don't even ask, I just want to leave now" you told him, Paul rubbed your waist lightly as a comforting gesture.

"Well it is your last year Y/N/N" Seth stated, and you smile gratefully at him because he was in a similar boat to you, but he had a few years of school left.

"Soon enough you'll be able to leave and be with all of us, all of the time" Embry joked and you threw a muffin at him.

Unfortunately, Embry caught the muffin and started eating it. You rolled your eyes, and made your way over to Jacob who was leaning against the doorframe of the front door.

Jacob welcome you into his arms, as you stood at his side "Wait, Jake got off patrol early?" Quil questioned, with a cookie in his hand and he was waving it around.

"What's it to you?" Jacob asked, before you gave him some of your cookie – which he accepted with a smile, because let's be honest, Emily's cooking was awesome.

"Because I had to stay on my patrol longer" Quil answered, lightly glaring at Jacob.

Jacob chuckled at his pack mate "When you get your imprint, I will cover your patrol for you" Jacob promised, making Quil seem satisfied.
