Now that Eunjoo finished rest of the cleaning , she decided to check her phone for any pending messages .

She opened her messages to 20+ notifications from Sua , who seemed visibly annoyed about her 12 year old sister .

Eunjoo! Nina is being so annoying ! I wish mom didnt adopt her in the first place . I don't want her , and on top of that it's her birthday tommorow . I love her , but taking care of her really stresses me out. like help!

Eunjoo always had a special love for both Nina and Sua and since Sua was busy , Eunjoo decided to volunteer and spend some time with Nina .

Nina was turning 13 in 2 days and eunjoo wanted to do something special for her and ofcourse she dragged namjoon into it

Namjoon: hey there , dumbass

Eunjoo: sup peasant

Namjoon: I'm a chicken tho

Eunjoo: and I like eating chicken

Namjoon:  so , wanna eat me then ? *Smirks*😏

Eunjoo: yah! Aren't we just friends ? Hold your self young man.

Namjoon : be careful with your words you don't know how dangerous l can become

 OK moving on , make sure you order a nice cake for Nina's birthday surprise , MAKE SURE YOU LOOK GOOD FOR PHOTOS , what are you wearing ?

Eunjoo: I think we're kinda matching ..uhm

Namjoon: Well this is kinda awkward

Eunjoo : SKKSKSK , make sure you get a nice cake . I'm gonna hangout with her today .

namjoon: Pshhh , you and Nina get along well and are similar despite the age difference  lol , you should be kinda embarrassed you relate so much with a kid-

Eunjoo: PSHHH. like I give two shits. Nina is fun .

Namjoon : I guess , ok bye pabo , see you for Nina's birthday (unless I barge in earlier

Eunjoo : Yes yes byee

Time forward

Eunjoo Unnie ! A cheerful voice filled up the room . It was Nina , who skipped into the room holding her piano  bag happily . 

Eunjoo kneeled down to reach Nina's height squeezing her chubby cheeks lovingly .Her eyes were glimmering with excitement and innocence as she cutely stared at eunjoo .

Come, sit down. Eunjoo pointed as  she picked up 2 small bars of chocolate . One for herself and one for nina

Despite the age gap they had no formalities between them . They were very similar and besides eunjoo did not like unnecessary respect.
They both jumped onto the velvety couch and lay their heads on both ends. Just as they thought it was just them girls...

Ring RING Ring

Namjoon stood there by the door , but not alone , a little boy was right next to him  . It was Namjoon's little brother Joonwoo . 

Eunjoo was taken aback by namjoon's sudden barge in .

"Hey Eunjoo , sorry for the sudden entrance but , I needed help with something and this punk wouldn't leave me alone so um..I bought him along , is it ok?"

"I'm not a punk you boomer".! Joonwoo reacted

Eunjoo had now calmed down , and gladly welcomed namjoon in .

"Oh , Joon sir , you're here too". Nina said .

Yah! for the last time Nina , call me joon , I don't need much respect, its ok , call me joon . " He said  , annoyed yet laughing.

"Yes Sir" Nina replied cheekily

"Aishhhh , this girl". Namjoon reacted .

"So what can I help you with Joon?" Eunjoo asked politely with a crescent eye smile .

"A lot of stuff , the deputy school head has been giving us so much work that I could collapse any second  , and..um I hope it isn't too much to ask for some help ?" He said , as he pulled out what seemed like a mountain of files from his heavy bag.

As Eunjoo was going thru the files , she turned to her left to see a lot of chaotic noise , and she dropped her mouth at the sight. She knew she shouldn't be shocked at such things but she was shocked anyway .

Nina and Joonwoo were gaming and seemed to be having a lot of fun gaming and pushing each other around .

Convo between Joonwoo and Nina

I will win Nina , no one can beat me ! Joonwoo pushed Nina's shoulder aggressively .

No , loser , I will ! Nina said filling with Joonwoo's game buttons .

"get the hell out of my way" He pushed in return .

"Ok lets make a bet , who ever wins will get a treat from the loser". Nina suggested , sticking her tongue out in annoyance.

"Ok dumbass , I agree". Joonwoo reacted .

Eunjoo couldn't help but be amused at the conversation , they seemed to be quite close friends already . 

Out of curiosity , she questioned the two fighting kids . "Are you guys already friends ? " I thought you never met ."

"You bet , we have been friends for 3 years now , we go to the same school" Nina replied . We even have a special greeting , yeah Can you belive I have a greeting with a idiot like him"?

"Hey shut up!" Joonwoo replied . 

"Come on Joonwoo, lets show them our greeting , Nina requested .

ok ok , fine . Joonwoo replied letting out a irritated huff.

Soon they both started doing their greeting

"Fist bump , peace and wink" . Both of them said together , almost sounding like they were singing . 

Eunjoo chuckled at how cute it was , it reminded her  of  the time she shared with joon in primary school . 

She closed her eyes , as she leaned back into chair , going back to the past in flashback .
