Queen Of The Volturi

Imagine being the Queen of the Volturi, and many years ago you made a deal with the Leader of the Cullen clan. They could keep their human daughter, but the first child she has will be given to you. When that day finally comes, you learn they have turned back on their end of the deal and decided to keep the child from you.

"I'd die a million deaths before I allow them to take what is mine," You announce to the room of people. Your brother's each sat upon their thrones, each giving their own thoughts to the situation at hand, while you stood, hands joined, eyes blackened in rage.

"Sister," Aro speaks up, his voice soft. "Perhaps there is another way?" He puzzles, hoping to bring you down from whatever high you were on. One of anger, he assumed, by the look in her eyes, and the way you held yourself.

Your gaze switched to Aros, and you moved around your throne to stand before his. "Another way? Brother, have you not heard what this man has said? The Cullens owe me a debt, one they promised to pay, but now they hold back!" You could feel the room grow warmer with each word. The elements were tied to your emotions, but you didn't care for the consequences in this moment.

Turning to your guest, you take a step down, and look the man in his eyes. "And you swear to us that you saw these things?" You ask, knowing that once Aro touched the man's hand, all would be brought to light.

"Yes, my Queen. The human belonging to the Cullens was in labor, she gave birth to a little boy. But the leader was quick to take the child and rush him behind the house to one of the shifters. I only was able to catch onto a few words that were exchanged, something about hiding the baby where the Volturi can't pick up its scent and telling the Queen the baby was stillborn."

The man's words only bring more anger, causing a fire to spread around you on the steps, a strong wind pushing past you, bringing your hair behind you, and smoke rising. Aro sighed, placing his forehead to his palm. His friend had dug his family's grave, and Aro couldn't help this time.

You look back at Caius, who you knew would back you. "The Voluri don't give second chances, correct?"

"The Volturi doesn't give second chances." He repeats with a nod.

Looking at Jane and Alec, you give a soft smile before approaching. "Would you travel alongside me to Forks to collect my payment?" The twins bow their heads, and together both say, "Yes." You didn't even have to utter a word to Demetri and Felix, they were already by your side in silent support.

"Good, we leave in the morning. If any others wish to join me, you may do so, but I do not plan to come back until I have taken what is mine. Even if that means killing those Cullens."
