🤎🤍✨Jane Volturi -Daughter Of Hermes ✨🤍🤎

Hermes cherished his little girl, held her close, and forbad her from going to the mortal world. She was always placed in the care of Athena while Hermes was away, but one day she was quickly handed off to Aphrodite as Athena was forced to rush down to earth to punish a mortal who claimed to be better than her.

Alissa was only ten at the time, and sense her mind was filled with curiosity of the earthly world, she took the advantage she had and slipped away from Aphrodite, though the woman barely noticed. It became a routine for the girl. Beg her father to let her be babysat by Aphrodite, and then go down to earth. She was surprised she was able to get away with such an act for so long, seeing as she'd been doing it for six years without her father catching her.

                   ---------------------------------------

Jane was walking through the city of Volterra at night, wanting to be alone from everyone and everything. For a Tuesday, it sure was a stressful day. All day she seemed to be anxious, but she didn't know for what. It was like she knew something was coming, and wanted to be ready for it when it did.

Jane moved out of the way of a couple, giving a small smile, trying to appear normal to the publics eyes. Sighing, she picked up her space, and crossed the street. She had no clue where she was going, but it didn't matter. The farther the better. She kept her eyes low, but her ears picked up the sound of fast approaching steps, looking up, she was too late to stop the young girl from bumping into her at full speed.

"Oh Zeus almighty! I am terribly sorry madam." Alissa quickly backed up, amazed that she didn't knock the smaller girl over.

Jane had to keep herself from going off, so she took in a deep breath and straightened out her clothes. "It is quit alright, you're in a rush, understandable. It's late, and there are many monsters who roam these streets at night." Jane all but threatened, smiling softy, but her eyes showed a different story.

Alissa straighten her back, and clapped her hands together. "Indeed there are, madam, but you'd be surprised to know that I am not scared of any of them." She spoke softly, leaning forward, not bothered by any of her curls that fell in her face.

Jane locked eyes with the mortal, and froze, no longer feeling anger build up in her, but a deep curiosity, but before she could say anything else, the girl was walking around her.

The two kept eye contact as Alissa passed Jane, only breaking once Alissa turned her head and walked off humming an old Greek hymn. One Jane had heard Demetri sing multiple times in her time living with him.
