Edward~ 

You and Edward liked to cuddle with your head on his shoulder and his arm around you. This way you felt safe and happy, and he felt as if he could protect you from everything.

Jasper~

Jasper loved it when you both laid on your back with your head on his shoulder and his arm looped under you so that it was on your chest, this way it was comfortable ad it made him feel more human.

Emmett~

Emmett liked to spoon, and he liked to be the big spoon. There was no real reason he just liked to spoon.

Carlisle~

You tended to sleep on your side with your knees pulled up slightly and since Carlisle wanted to give you your space he slept with only his hand on your shoulder.

Alec:

You slept on your side facing him, your knees curled up to your chest slightly. Since Alec was a vampire he couldn't sleep, even so, he loved laying with you, watching your face as you slept (Stalker O.O) was one of his favorite things.
