It's been a week since the Hall of Music, unfortunately Matt and his band weren't able to make that much of an impression on the music industry, but that didn't stop them for trying.

"Okay guys, we have a couple of days until the concert, so let's get this right"

He said as he stringed his guitar, as he was about to sing the sound of a door opened and closed. Matt turn and was surprise to see Tai with Mindy and Sofie.

"Sorry to interrupt, we just wanted to go see the rehearsal. We'll be quiet"

Sofie said as she made her way to sit in a nearby chair along with Tai and Mindy. Matt nodded with a smile as the practice went on. After two hours of practice, they finally had a break. Tai was leaning against his chair.

"I'm bored"

He said with a groan. Matt looked to the three with a smirk.

"What bring you guys here?"

"We wanted to see how the rehearsal was going and we brought Tai along because we couldn't find the place"

Mindy said. Sofie happily stood up and walked up to the microphone.

"Can I give it a shot?"

She ask with a wink.

"Go for it"

Matt smiled as went to sit beside Tai. Mindy went up to grab another microphone, while the band members left to eat in the lounge room. Sofie let out a sigh as she closed her eyes and began to sing.

Mindy joined in with Sofie. Matt was impress and star struck on Sofie's voice and her movements, Tai also had his eyes stuck on Mindy.

Their voices were bouncing off the wall with the speaker, causing the band of the Knife of Day to return back to the studio as they listen standing by Matt and Tai's side.

The guys couldn't help but move their heads to the rythm. Especially Tai since he wasn't a big fan into music but maybe Mindy can change his mind.

As the song finished, Sofie opened her eyes and was surprise to see the group and smiled with a blush. Tai was the first to start clapping along with the others.

"That was great girls"

Tai said.

"Hey Sofie, Mindy how about you girls were to join in our band?"

One band member asked. Mindy smiled sheepishly.

"Thanks but no thanks, I have some photo shoots that needs to get done and I won't have time to practice"

"What about you Sofie?"

Matt asked.

"Sure, I won't mind singing on the side"

"Yeah by Matt"

The other member said with a chuckle.

"Sounds great"

She said giving Matt a wink causing him to slightly blush and caused the guys to laugh.

"Let's just hope Sora doesn't get jealous"

Another member said causing them to laugh. Sofie walked up to Matt.

"Will Sora have a problem with us, working together?"

She asked. Matt smiled at her.

"Don't worry it's just band, nothing more"

He said but once he said those words he felt his chest tighten.

'Come on, Sofie is my friend only and plus I already have Sora'

He thought.

"Okay so it's official, from this day forward Sofie will be part of the band Knife of Day"

The guys happily cheered, causing Sofie to blush. Matt felt the butterflies in his stomach as he saw Sofie's blush on her face making her look glowing.
