"This is deja Vu all over again"

Sofie said with a sad pout as she slouched on the couch.

"Pass the chicken wings"

She said to Tai who was sitting beside her slouching as well. They were both once again heartbroken in Sofie's apartment.

"Here you go"

Tai said as he handed her the tray of chicken wings while he ate a slice a pizza on the coffee table. Ever since the heartbreak, Tai and Sofie would eat junk food until it satisfy their needs. Sofie took a bite of her chicken.

"Tai I have a question"

She said as she licked her finger. Tai looked at her with a raise eyebrow and chuckled.

"Is that how you seriously eat?"

"Yeah so?"

"It's not really lady like"

He said as he handed her a napkin. Sofie rolled her eyes with a smile.

"Only when I'm heartbroken and this is my first heartbreak so deal with it"

Tai chuckled as he shook his head.

"Okay, so what was your question?"

"Are we the problem?"

She asked. Tai thought for a moment.

"No it's just complicated"

"So how are you going to deal with Mindy?"

She asked. Tai let out a sigh.

"Well first I need to apologize"

"That would be a good start"

"Yeah but the problem is that I don't know what to say"

Tai said as he sat up to take a gulp of his soda and let out a loud burp causing Sofie to laugh.

"And you said I have no manners"

Tai laughs.

"I didn't say that, I just said that it wasn't lady like"

"It's the same thing"

"No it's not"

"Yes it is and you know it"

Tai let out a sigh once he was done laughing. The smile soon disappeared.

"What does Mindy see in him? How did she even get with him?"

Tai asked.

"Just about everything that a guy have, muscles, the deep voice, the stamina in bed, sweetness, kindness, bravery, the list goes on"

"I'm all of those things"

"I know you are, but Derek came first. They met at the beach, Mindy dropped her purse and Derek came up and picked it up for her and ever since then, they began to talk"

Tai let out a sigh.

"You know I had sex with her on the cruise"

He admitted.

"It was the best night"

"Mine's too"

Tai raised an eyebrow and looked to Sofie in surprise.

"What?"

"Matt and I had sex in the jacuzzi"

Tai immediately sat up in shock.

"What?!"

Sofie raised an eyebrow.

"What's up with you?"

She asked confused at his reaction.

"How come you didn't tell me they had a jacuzzi in the cruise?"

"I thought you knew, it was on the tour pamphlet"

"I lost the pamphlet"

"Well too bad, it was amazing. I'm even surprise Mindy was even able to go through with having sex with you"

Tai slouched back on the couch.

"Yeah it was incredible but when I tried confessing to her, she told me she had told Derek and I saw she had a bruise, black eye and a busted lip. She was saying it was her fault"

He said sadly. Sofie sadly smiled.

"She's too stubborn to see it, and plus I'm on the same boat. Matt told me it was a one night stand, and that I was the one who intended to have sex, but I know he's lying. I just want him to see that he really loves me and not just a friendly way"

"Well he's your best friend, so you also know him better than I"

"From far distance, but you were actually the one there. How did he get with Sora anyways"

"Sora baked him home made cookies and took them to him before his concert and ever since then they been inseparable"

"Why do you think he didn't want me to know that he was in a relationship in the first place, it could have save me the trouble and heartbreak"

"You mean you thought he was single that's why you came all the way out here?"

"Basically, simply because he didn't tell me"

"Wait you're telling me that you came all the way here for some guy?"

"Matt was special, the way he writes with such deep emotions through the letter makes my heart go boom boom boom"

"Yeah, you're heart is suppose to do that. Are you planning to move back, now that you know the truth"

"Probably but I still don't know but one thing for sure is that if I go back then I will no longer want contact with Matt"

"Matt will probably get heartbroken"

Sofie raised an eyebrow as she grabbed a slice of pizza.

"Why? He has Sora"

"You should have seen his reaction when you first arrive he was so excited, way too excited to the point it was looking like he was waiting for his long time crush"

"That doesn't prove anything"

"Like I said you weren't there, but he is just like Mindy. He claims he's happy with Sora which clearly he's not but is to stubborn to admit it"

Sofie shook her head.

"You know, I wish you would have met Mindy before she became a mess, she was a tough cookie"

"And clearly she is since she can still deal with him"

A moment of silence past between them, Sofie looked over to Tai who looked at her.

"What?"

He asked.

"Does Sora knows how to fight?"

"She knows how to stand her ground, why? You're not planning on beating her up until she gave Matt up right"

Sofie laughs.

"No, I was just wondering but I think I might give up on Matt, I mean just a little"

"What brought this on? Just a few minutes ago you were in love with him"

"He's making me confuse, but I still don't know what to do"

"Well I know what I'm going to do"

Sofie smiled at him.

"Then I wish you the best of luck"
