Matt had been saving money for he can catch a plane ticket to America even though he knew Yolei's uncle could give him a ride but Davis gave him a heads up that her uncle is a lousy pilot. So Matt took his chances on buying a plane ticket and headed to Los Angeles. He soon found out that Sofie was actually more popular than expected, he discovered that Sofie will be performing on a concert. Luckily before he got there, Mindy gave him some pointers of her studio. Matt was surprise that her studio was a lot bigger than his in Odaiba. He entered into the studio quietly as he heard soft music playing and from a distance he saw Sofie holding a microphone being surrounded by guys who were also dancing and holding a microphone.

"You don't have to be beautiful, to turn me on. I just need your body, baby."

Male #1 : "Hello..."

"From dusk 'til dawn."

Male #1 : "Is it me you're lookin' for?"

"You don't need experience."

Male #2 : "Take..."

"To turn me out."

Male #2 : "These broken wings."

Male #3 : "Let's talk about sex, baby. Let's talk about you and me."

Sofie turns to the huge crowd of males following her.

"Boys, boys! Give a chick a chance!"

They guys had backed away until one guy appearing on the top of the ceiling on the railway looking to Sofie as all eyes looked up.

"Well, since my baby left me I found a new place to dwell. It's down at the end of Lonely Street at Heartbreak Hotel. And I said, I'm feelin' so lonely, baby. I'm feelin' so lonely."

"I'm feelin' so lonely..."

They sang together lowly.

"...I could die."

The guy came down a pole sliding down and slowly walked to Sofie.

"You don't have to be rich to be my girl."

"Don't have to be cool to rule my world."

"You rule my world."

"You're the particular song I'm compatible with."

"I just want your..."

"...extra time... and your kiss."

They sang as they got closer leaning close to their faces. As the music ended they both pulled away with a smile.

"And that's a wrap, thanks guys"

Sofie said with a smile as everyone walked off stage to take a break and pack up to go home. Sofie grabbed her water bottle and began to drink but she spun around when she felt a hand on her shoulder and was surprise to see Matt and spit out her water causing it to spray on Matt's face catching him by surprise.

"Matt?!"

She shouted. Matt let out a sigh as he cleaned himself off.

"Hello to you too"

"What are you doing here? How did you find me?"

She asked glaring at him as she placed her hands on her hip.

"Can we talk...please"

He stated sincerely. Sofie let out a sigh as she rolled her eyes.

"Fine, just give me a few minutes to change"

Matt nodded as he waited. They soon walked to the back entrance of the studio to find a limousine waiting for them, it soon dropped them off at Sofie's high class home. Matt was surprise that Sofie had everything that would just make anyone jealous. Sofie told him to sit on the couch as she grab a glass of water. She then seated herself on a single couch.

"What is it that you wanted to talk about?"

"You left without telling me"

Sofie glared at him.

"You have no business to know where I was. You're nobody to me"

"Sofie I am still your friend"

He stated.

"At one time yes, but you fired me"

"That doesn't mean we can't still be friends"

"Yes it does. I told you before I left that I want nothing to do with you"

Matt narrowed his eyes to Sofie.

"From what I was told, you were happy to leave"

Sofie stood up angrily.

"You're damn right I was happy to leave, for I didn't have to deal with your bullshit and Sora's bullshit. Nothing was holding me back on staying there. I thought I could have something with you but you were playing me. So excuse me for trying to live my life the way I want"

Matt looked towards the ground as he let out a sigh.

"I'm sorry okay, for hurting you"

Sofie's anger soon deflated as she sat herself next to Matt. Matt smiled slightly as he looked to her.

"You know the guys really misses you back at home. They want you back"

"Do you miss me?"

She asked looking into his eyes.

"Of course I miss you, you're still my best friend"

Matt said with a smile. Sofie sadly looked away from him.

"It's like I don't know who you are anymore. You don't treat your best friends like this. You chose Sora over me"

A moment of silence pass.

"Do you want me back?"

"It was actually a teams decision. I was being selfish in only thinking about my opinion when I fired you"

A smile crept up on Sofie's face as she looked to him.

"In other words..."

"In other words, I want you to come back to the band"

"I'm sorry for..."

"I'm sorry for being a jackass"

"Because..."

Matt raised an eyebrow in confusion.

"Because what?"

He asked.

"Because Sofie is better than me. Now you say it"

She said with a smile. Matt playfully glared at her.

"Because Sofie isn't better than me"

"Hey!"

She shouted playfully at him, as they both laugh. After a while, Matt looked around and nodded.

"You have good taste, for a girl"

Sofie playfully glared at him.

"When I was a little girl I wanted to be a billionaire so bad, for I could but everything I never had. I even bought my mom and dad a house so they won't worry about financial issues"

"You're a good person Sofie"

"Somebody has to be"
