3rd POV

"Huh? One of our managers left?"

"Yes. We are currently looking for another one so stay put."

"I'll tell the other members, PD-Nim," Jihyo said.

At the Dorm

"Where's Jihyo? I can't find her," Mina said.

"She went to meet PD-Nim. She'll come back soon," Nayeon yelled in the dorm.

"I'm back," Jihyo announced, making sure everyone in the dorm heard.

"I have news from PD-Nim!"

"Really? What is it," the rest of Twice asked, huddled up.

"One of our managers left and currently, PD-Nim is looking for one."

"Which manager? Hyejin?"

"No. Kwangsoo."

"Ohhhhh. That's unfortunate. Does anybody know anyone who might be up for it?"

"I say we let PD-Nim decide unless he asks us."

At JYP's Office

"Thank you for coming on such quick notice, (Y/N). And in the past, it says here that you have managed another girl group?"

"A-ah... Yes."

"Hm. I see. Well, let's get started as soon as possible. Can you work today?"

"Y-yes. I don't have plans as of today..."

"That's great! Then, should we head to the dorm?"

"R-right now? A-ah... Sorry..."

"It's perfectly fine, they are very kind girls although they be a bit crazy."

"O-okay..."

Arrive at the Dorm

"Tzuyu! Open the door! Someone's here!"

"You do it! I'm doing something!"

"What are you doing?"

"Breathing."

"... Fair point," Nayeon said, heading to the door.

"Ah! PD-Nim! Hello! And who is this?"

"H-hi... I'm (L/N) (Y/N)..."

"Get the rest of the members. We're going to discuss something."

Every Twice member gathered in the living room, nervous yet curious.

"This is your new manager, (L/N) (Y/N)."

"H-hello..."

"They have had a past experience of managing another girl group so I thought they would be a great choice for you new manager! And if you don't mind, is there an extra room here? I'd like (Y/N) to live here."

"H-huh? JYP-Nim! Y-you never said anything about l-living here..."

"Oh? I thought I did? I must have forgotten... My bad!"

All of Twice looked in shock. Another person in the dorm? And a manager too?

Now they won't be able to eat junk food!

Momo especially panicked. Her precious jokbal would be taken away.

JYP soon left the dorm and left Twice and (Y/N) in the living room.

"U-uh... Umm... I look forward to working with you... I-I'm sorry about the sudden changes..."

The members just looked at (Y/N), making their new manager nervous.

From what the members had seen, the new manager was shy and quiet... How had (Y/N) managed another girl group before?

"Ah! (Y/N)! How about we all get to know each other," Jihyo asked.

(Y/N) just nodded their head.

"There isn't much to know about me... You get to know me over time..."

"Maybe we start off with how old you are? And maybe how many languages you speak?"

"A-ah... Okay... I'm a '94 liner... So I'm 23... I speak... Korean and English..."

"Maybe when we do V-Lives, (Y/N) can translate for the English speaking viewers!"

"Can you try that, (Y/N)?"

"A-anything I can do to help..."

Tzuyu, who had stayed quiet the whole time finally spoke up.

"Dogs or cats?"

"Uhh... Dogs..."

Tzuyu hummed in satisfaction. This manager liked dogs and that's all that mattered.

Night soon came and the members were about to do a V-Live.

"(Y/N)! We're about to do a V-Live!"

(Y/N) walked into the room and asked,

"O-one question... H-how should I translate it?"

"On the camera! How else would we do it?"

"O-o-on... C-camera?"

"Yeah! Now come here!"

"B-but-"

"One in a million! Hello, we are Twice!"

"Today, we have a guest with us today and every other V-Live!"

The camera turned to Tzuyu with (Y/N) behind her.

"It's our new manager! (Y/N)! From now on, they will be joining our V-Lives to translate for English-speaking viewers!"

"This means that we will be able to understand your comments and you will be able to understand us!"

"Sorry if we woke you up and that this is a short V-Live. This was just to introduce (Y/N) as you may see them in videos later."

Their manager seems familiar... Am I the only one that thinks that?

After the put the phone down, they saw their manager, looking defeated.

"..."

"Are you okay?"

"... I'll be in my room... Have a nice night everyone..."

After (Y/N) left, Twice was curious. Why in the world was their manager so defeated?

So they did what most people would have done... Search it up. (Lol)

"(L/N) (Y/N)... Former solo artist... Huh..."

"I never knew our manager would have been a solo artist..."

The next day...

(Y/N) POV

I woke up and heard footsteps...

Who is it? And what time is it?

I looked at my phone. 4:00 AM.

Might as well wake up now...

I made breakfast for the girls and left a sticky note saying to text me if they needed me... It's free day... I swear.

I left the dorm and went to the entertainment building.

What do they have here? Dance studio... Vocal room... Rap room... A piano room? Haven't played this in a while... And I shouldn't. Ever again.

I heard someone approach when I was in the piano room.

Tzuyu?

I got flustered and blushed, hiding my cheeks with my hands.

"W-what are you doing so early?"

Tzuyu shrugged and proceeded to sit next to me on the piano bench.

"Can you play," she asked.

"T-the piano?"

She nodded.

"S-sort of... But I don't really like to..."

Unless it's for you.

"Oh... I see. Why not?"

"Something happened and I just... Gave up..."

There was a silence. But a nice peaceful silence.

"I'm sorry," Tzuyu mumbled.

"About what? There should be nothing to be sorry about."

"Well... The members and I searched up your name yesterday..."

I felt my face turn red as she talked. I covered my whole face with my sleeves.

"We found out that you were a solo artist... Can you sing for me? And play the piano? Please?"

I smiled a little.

"Maybe one day I will... Maybe one day I'll have to confidence to sing again... Maybe one day, I'll be able to dance again... Maybe one day... I'll promise that you'll be the first."

After that last sentence, I realized what I just said.

"A-ah! I'm sorry... That was embarrassing... Haha..."

3rd POV

Tzuyu was curious. Tzuyu had lots of questions. However, she only narrowed it down to one.

As (Y/N) was about to leave, Tzuyu grabbed her manager's wrist.

"Hm? Is there something wrong?"

"What happened?"

"Huh? I don't understand."

"What happened that made you quit as a solo artist?"

"*sigh* I don't want to scare you..."

"I can handle it."

"The fans... I attracted the wrong types of fans... The ones that were never patient... The ones that harassed me and other artists I collabed with..."

"Ah... I'm sorry... I shouldn't have asked anything..."

"No it's fine... It's me that has to get over it..."

"Then... Will you get over it by singing and playing piano for me? The only audience is me..."

(Y/N) got flustered. Tzuyu was young but very bright. And there was nothing (Y/N) could say back to her but do what Tzuyu asked.

In the Dorm

"Where did Tzuyu and (Y/N) go," Nayeon yelled in the dorm.

"(Y/N) put a sticky note here! I'm gonna call them!"

Back to the Piano Room

Before (Y/N) could say anything, their phone rang.

"Huh? I'm in the piano room at JYP Entertainment. Yeah... Tzuyu's with me... You're coming? O-okay..."

"Was that Jihyo?"

(Y/N) nodded.

"We should get going soon-"

"Don't change the subject."

"... Sorry..."

"If you are sorry and you want to change, play me something... Please..."

"Just this once then..."

As (Y/N) finished, (Y/N) covered their face immediately... Then heard claps from the door.

(Y/N) looked up to see and put their head down.

"W-when where you guys h-here?"

"Since you started playing... I never knew our manager was a singer," Sana teased, causing (Y/N)'s face to turn more red than it already was.

"W-what about our schedule!"

"It's a free day today... No promotions..."

"A-ah... I see... I forgot..."

"Can you play for us more, (Y/N)?"

"H-huh?"

"Come onnnn! Play more," Nayeon whined.

"W-what about Dahyun? She knows how to play piano, doesn't she?"

"Then can you sing for us?"

(Y/N)'s mouth dropped realizing how persistent these girls were.

"Noooooooo... I can't..."

"Really? But when we heard you singing Melting, you did it really well."

"T-that was Tzuyu!"

"No that wasn't... Tzuyu's singing voice doesn't sound like that... And I don't think she can sing Nayeon's high note," Jeongyeon stated in a matter-of-fact voice.

"B-but all of you guys are singers... You can sing yourselves... I'll do anything else... I can't sing right now..."

"Alright then... Before we go to bed, sing for us!"

(Y/N) knew that there was no escaping.

How should I get out? The doors are blocked... I'm just gonna bolt it.

Before (Y/N) could move, Sana and Dahyun hugged (Y/N)'s arms and whispered, "Don't think about it." Which terrified the living soul out of (Y/N).

"H-how about instead of singing, I buy you food! Please!"

Twice noticed how desperate the manager was... But not enough.

"No," Momo said sternly. (Y/N) knew how much of a foodie Momo was and knew that they wouldn't give up.

My last plan... Has it really come to this? No!

Twice saw (Y/N) breath in and puff their cheeks out.

"So mean! So mean," (Y/N) said with their head down, blushing, doing the TT dance.

"Let's leave (Y/N) alone for today..." Tzuyu said.

"That's right! It's been a long day," (Y/N) exclaimed, hugging Tzuyu's arm.

Twice stared at their manager, surprised by the sudden outburst that their once shy manager did.

The rest of the Twice members left one by one, leaving Tzuyu and (Y/N), who was still hugging the younger's arm.

Tzuyu felt a shift on her arm and looked over. (Y/N) had somehow fallen asleep.

I don't blame (Y/N)... Anyone would have been tired by now...

Tzuyu quietly took her phone out and took a few pictures and selcas.

I like it like this...

Epilogue type thing

After that day, Twice had still been nagging (Y/N) about singing, to which to latter said no... Unless Tzuyu would ask.

They soon realized this and would use Tzuyu as a weapon.

When this wasn't enough sometimes, they would threaten you saying that they would release you singing and you doing the TT dance, whining.

And those pictures and selcas Tzuyu took...
