3rd POV

I'm late! What a bad impression I'm gonna give them!

(Y/N) thought while rushing out the door. Sprinting his way across the sidewalk, more and more people started crowding up.

In a rush, (Y/N) bumped into someone... Someone and her group of buddies.

"Ow!"

"Are you okay Sana?"

"My bad! I'm really sorry! I'm in a rush," (Y/N) panicked while offering his hand to the fallen female.

"Wait... (Y/N)?"

"Eh," (Y/N) obviously confused.

"It is! We haven't seen each other in so long!"

"Um... Uh... Happy reunion but I happen to be running late... If one of you could put your numbers on my phone then we can talk later. That is... If you want to," (Y/N) reasoned, trying to remember the girls with all his might.

One of the girls approached (Y/N) and he handed his phone to her.

"T-thank you! I'll be on my way now," (Y/N) said, rushing to his job interview.

He made it onto the train and sat down. (Y/N) then took his phone out to see who's number he received.

Park... Jihyo... Sounds so familiar, I swear. O wale. Guess I gotta figure that out after the interview.

"So why do you need this job? And why do you think you'll do a good job?"

"Well... Um... You see... I've received police training for the past four years so I think I would be able to guard this museum pretty well..."

"Hm. I see then. I will contact you in the next forty-eight hours if I am interested."

(Y/N) left the room, still feeling nervous. Once he got home, he was reminded to check his phone and looked through his year books.

"Huh... No Park Jihyo but Park Jisoo... And they look similar I guess?"

(Y/N) sighed.

"I might as well text her then."

Hey... This is Jihyo right?

Yeah. Is this (Y/N)?

(Y/N) put his phone down in shock and thought.

I used to hang out with nine girls? And I don't remember?

We used to all go to that one playground

(Y/N) ran to find the year book again and flipped through the pages.

"Momo... Hirai?"

So then the next day, they all met up... And it awkward. At least for (Y/N).

(Y/N) POV

"It's been a while, (Y/N)," one of the girls exclaimed to me... Sana was it?

"Y-yeah," I spit out, not knowing what else to say.

"You got a lot taller. You used to be shorter than me," the tall, pretty one stated. Which tall one you ask? The one with long hair.

"A-ah... I haven't noticed."

"I like your clothes," the other pretty one complimented. Which pretty one you ask? The one with cute teeth.

"T-this? Thanks," I mumbled, slightly embarrassed. Compliments aren't a thing I get often.

"They'd look better on the floor in my bedroom," the pretty one interrupted.

Oh! She's the Momo girl!

"Oh... Okay then. Well, umm, let's keep it PG. There are children here."

"You mean me and Tzuyu? We're adults though," the pretty tiger cub looking one said.

"No... There are actual children in this cafe right now."

3rd POV

After saying this, the whole group was being looked at by children and their parents. The day ended off with (Y/N) learning more about TWICE and their past together.

The next day, (Y/N) wait anxiously for a phone call back... But got none at all.

Was I really rejected? Guess it just means that there was someone better... I need to take my mind off of this. Hopefully the girls can help.

(Y/N) thought while wondering what the girls did for a living.

"What are your jobs," (Y/N) asked, as questioning their profession wasn't considered rude in Korea.

The girls looked at each other anxiously.

"I... I teach piano lessons," Dahyun answered, nervous.

"Most of us are teachers," she spoke once more.

"Jeongyeon, Jihyo and I are all vocal teachers," Nayeon spoke.

"We teach dance and Japanese. Mina specializes in ballet though," Sana said.

"I teach art and rap. Tzuyu models," Chaeyoung explained for Tzuyu.

"Here I was, thinking that all of you modeled at one point in your lives. Tzuyu is the only one though," (Y/N) questioned.

"Yeah. What do you do, (Y/N)?"

Said male nervously laughed.

"I'm in the process of finding one. I signed up for one at the museum as a guard but that flopped," (Y/N) explained, laughing at his own misery afterwards.

"Please excuse Nayeon and I for a bit," Jihyo apologized.

"Huh? Okay then."

Nayeon and Jihyo headed to the bathroom and proceeded to check the stalls.

"What did you need to talk about," Nayeon asked.

Jihyo was on her phone, typing.

"(Y/N)," Mina finally spoke out.

"Yeah?" (Y/N)'s eyes focused on Mina.

"What previous jobs have you had?"

"Weird question. But I worked at the gym as a fitness trainer. I left though."

"Ohhhh," the girls sounded, impressed.

"Did you major in anything," Mina asked.

"I did. In health and physical education."

"So you're a health boi then," Chaeyoung memed around.

"Ayyyyy. That's my bro. Good one," Jeongyeon complimented, using finger guns along the way.

Everyone covered for Mina who was on her phone.

"Look," Jihyo said, while showing Nayeon her phone.

"You think we can trust him," Jihyo asked, after Nayeon had finished reading the texts.

"I'm not sure. It's a hit or miss. If you think it's a good idea then do it. I mean, (Y/N) seems chill with a lot of things," Nayeon answered.

The two decided and went back to where everyone was.

"Good timing. We were just about to go to you guys. We're leaving, by the way," Momo told the duo.

Jihyo sent a look to everyone in the group, as if saying thank you. Luckily, (Y/N) didn't catch on.

While walking, (Y/N) started to take notice of the area and the brightness.

"Hey guys. I don't think it's safe now."

The girls remained silent. Tzuyu grabbed (Y/N)'s hand and started leading him towards an isolated area with the rest following along.

Without a chance to take action, he was now surrounded.

"Umm... What are you guys-"

"We can tell you a secret... Right (Y/N)," Sana asked quietly, scaring the taller person.

"Y-yeah... I guess so."

"If you're looking for a job, you would trust us, right," she continued to ask.

"Not sure what you mean but sure," (Y/N) answered reluctantly.

Without notice, (Y/N) was blindfolded. Someone's soft hand leading him the way to a place.

"Wow... This is some kinky stuff right here," he said suddenly.

A few girls stiffled their laughs while the others looked at him judgingly.

"The last job I want is to be a stripper of some sort... You guys aren't doing that, right?"

"..."

"Why are you like this," a voice finally spoke out.

Timeskip

The blindfold was finally taken off and (Y/N) could see again.

"Where are we?"

Nayeon spoke up.

"So... What we wanted to tell you was that... We're actually part of a mafia. You're a health person so we'd assume that you're strong."

"So that's how it is," (Y/N) spoke quietly, a sigh following afterwards.

"Would you join us," Jihyo asked.

"Considering that you all lied to me about your jobs hurts... But I have a feeling that if I deny this offer, I'd never see you girls again... That hurts more for some reason." (Y/N) took a deep breath and sighed once more.

"I have nothing to lose right now and you're the only ones I can trust in this world. I might as well?"

"Follow me then," all girls said, simultaneously.

They then proceeded to look at each other. Then looking at (Y/N).

"It's your choice. No hard feelings," Chaeyoung spoke up, naturally being a smooth person.

"What would happen depending on choosing different people?"

"Well... We all have our own strong points. Jihyo and Jeongyeon reunited and then Nayeon joined," Dahyun said.

"Momo and I met with them together," Sana stated.

"Then Chaeyoung, Dahyun, Tzuyu and I," Mina spoke up.

"Mina is still really talented even though she joined the latest," Jihyo complimented.

"You won't really know who's good at what until you learn from them," Sana pointed out.

"It really is a blind pick then, huh?"

Author notes/thoughts! Appreciated if you could read them!

While writing all the endings, I realized that the word counts were all different. (Ex. Sana's 700 and Jihyo's 400.) I felt really disappointed while writing this and had a lot of thoughts on just going on a mini-hiatus. I was able to pull through but am still unsatisfied about how long this took.

Another thing I realized is that I feel like I didn't have the creativity to bring my readers nine (9) separate and unique endings that would make you guys think "This ending is completely different from that one" or "All endings are original and none of them have ideas that overlap." (Excluding the characters and concept)

I worked on these slowly everyday and had a lot of negative thoughts. "This part is confusing but I can't fix it." "Where should I go next with that part?" "Why can't I write more quickly?" "Why can't I think?" "These aren't good enough." "The time waiting won't be worth it." "I wasn't able to cover this part that the reader requested."
