"Welcome back to..."

"SMASH SUMMER GAMES!"

"That's right, the Strikers are in the lead, but since this is only three events, this could determine the winner!" Daisy said. "Today, we're gonna do some pool action! Two players from the opposite team will be put in the pool, both will be blind folded. One player will be Marco, and the other Polo, simple!

If Marco finds Polo before two minutes is up, their team gains a point, and if they don't find Polo, then what ever team Polo's on will get the point! However, if you're Polo and you are found, the punishment will be that the opposite team gets to throw ice cream at you, hence why this is called I Scream Marco Polo. If Marco fails to find Polo, then ice cream will be thrown at them! Sounds simple right?

Now, we have two Hylians here, so, to make it fair, you both are gonna go against each other since you have improved hearing. If Marco fails to find Polo, then it will count as a draw, so you both will get ice cream thrown at you."

"Wait that isn't fair at all!" Link yelled.

"Too bad because that's the rule!" Daisy shrugged. "Both Marco and Polo can move around as much as you'd like! You can't trick your opponent though, just to make the game a little simpler. And you can only go under water for five seconds! It can be all at once, or at a time, so be wise on how you use them! Now are you all ready for I Scream Marco Polo?!"

"YEAH!"

"Good! Now go get changed in your swimsuits!" Daisy ordered. They saluted and ran to the changing rooms. The Strikers changed into swimsuits that matched their team color, which was blue, while the Brawlers changed into green swimsuits. They came out and quickly lined up next to Daisy.

"Alright! We're all here, so tell us who's going first!" Roy said eagerly.

"Okay, calm down, Fireboy! First up, Ike as Polo vs Lucina as Marco!" Daisy announced. "Now get in the pool, you two." Ike and Lucina nodded and dove in. Lucina was thankful she had been taking swimming lessons with Robin, other wise she'd probably drown.

Ike stayed in the deep end while Lucina swum to the higher end. Daisy handed them black goggles then sat back in her lifeguard chair. Lucina made sure her hair wasn't in the way and put on the goggles, blocking out all of her vision. It actually creeped her out a little. What if she hit a corner? Or swum way into the deep end? She hadn't practiced in the really deep end yet! What if she-

"Alright! Ike, I was just informed Lucina can't swim in the really deep end, so just for this round, please stay closer to the higher end, you get thirty extra seconds," she heard Daisy say. She slightly took of her goggles and noticed Robin standing next to Daisy's chair. He waved at her then gave her a thumbs-up. She blushed a little and gave a smile and thumbs-up back. Even though he was on the opposite team, he was still helping her. How sweet of him!

"Nah it's okay, I don't mind! Don't wanna risk a death now! I got you, Luc, don't worry!" Ike winked. Lucina smirked and nodded. She put her goggles back on and prepared herself. Wait that's Ike's catchphrase. She heard him swim around, probably trying to trick her.

"Alright, begin the search in the three, two, one! GO!" Daisy yelled.

Immediately, Lucina began walking around, screaming Marco at the top of her lungs. Ike answered back and she heard him swim away. She called Marco again, and Ike called back, then swam away again. She felt the floor starting to get lower, so she quickly moved back to the higher end. Then she heard something behind her. She launched herself at it, but ended up hitting water. Must've been him moving away, probably heard me, she thought. It went on like this for a while, and she was sure she almost had him.

"Thirty seconds left!" Daisy announced. Her team cheered louder for her, while the other team cheered for Ike. Lucina felt a sudden boost of energy and began to move around and call out faster. She heard him near her, so she went under water to try and get him. She counted to three, then popped back up, and felt for ground. But she didn't feel any.

Oh no, I'm in the deeper end. Alright, don't panic, and remain calm! Just... doggie-paddle back too- OH SHIT AM I IN THE REALLY DEEP END?! WHAT DO I DO?!

"And that's time! Sorry Lucina, looks like you get ice scream thrown at you!" Daisy announced. Lucina quickly took off her goggles and looked down. Her predictions were right. She began to panic and flopped her arms around, trying to get back to floor. She didn't notice it was only making her sink. Once her head was fully underwater, she stopped moving, but tightly held to her breath. She closed her eyes tightly, hoping someone would come, when she heard a splash beside her. She felt arms wrap around her waist and they began moving. Soon, she found herself laying on the hard edge of the pool. She coughed slightly then felt many arms wrap around her.

"Luci! Are you okay?" Palutena asked.

"You scared us for a good second there!" Ike sighed.

"I'm... sorry," Lucina pouted.

"Don't worry! It's not your fault, we're just glad you're okay," Samus said. Lucina smiled slightly and looked past all of them. Robin was standing in the pool, panting heavily. Did he...? she trailed off her thoughts and gently pushed her friends off her. She crawled to the pool and quietly got in, quietly enough for him not to notice. Then she wrapped her arms around his neck tightly. She felt him tense up a little, then relax and his arms wrapped around her waist. She could just feel her friends staring at them with smiles on their faces. Especially the Shipping Club.

"Thanks, Robbie," Lucina smiled. His arms tightened around her.

"Any day, Luci, any day," Robin said.

"Ahem," Daisy coughed. They quickly moved away, blushing deeply. Daisy smirked. "Sorry to ruin the moment, but Lucina here has to get punished."

"Do I have to? I mean, I almost drowned," Lucina whined.

"Sorry, princess, but those were the rules," Daisy said. "Not the drowning part, so sorry about that."

"It's alright, and... ugh, fine, let's get this over with," Lucina shrugged. "Plus, I can just wash it off after-"

"Nope! You have to deal with it until the event is over," Daisy smiled innocently. Lucina rolled her eyes and jumped out of the pool. She walked over to a wall that was covered in white paper. The Strikers stood in front of her, a bucket of ice cream for each person. "Alright! You get to throw as much ice cream as you want for ten seconds! Ready, go!"

Lucina tried to guard herself as lots of cold ice cream flew at her. She shivered every time some of it hit her, and was really thankful for the ones that missed her, on purpose or not. They looked slightly guilty, but they were laughing jokingly, as was she. As cold as she was getting, she felt really happy.

Daisy finally called time, and they gave their buckets to some toads to refill them. Lucina slowly walked to a chair and sat down. She shivered, wiping some ice cream from her face. She held on tightly to her arms, rubbing them slightly.

"You alright?" Robin asked, sitting down next to her. Lucina nodded and gave him a smile. Robin smiled back and they watched as the next two people got picked.

"MARCO!" Shulk yelled.

"POLO!" Roy yelled back. Shulk dove to his side, touching Roy's arm in the process. Roy screamed a little, and jerked away. Shulk stood up and started running after him.

"MARCO!"

"SCREW YOU!"

Shulk finally caught him by the arm and pulled him close. He held his arm above his head while wrapping his other arm around Roy's neck, pulling into a headlock.

"GOT'CHA!" Shulk smirked. Roy struggled against his grip, but gave up after a bit.

"That's a point for the Brawlers!" Daisy announced. "Now, Roy, if you would please go to the wall."

Roy scoffed and walked out of the pool. He walked past Robin and Peach, who were both covered in ice cream. They gave him a high five before moving away quickly. Roy stood straight and closed his eyes. He nearly slipped on some ice cream when they started throwing it at him, but was thankfully able to regain his balance. Daisy yelled at them to stop, and he wiped off ice cream from his eyes, while licking some near his mouth.

Link listened for movement around him. He called out again, and Zelda answered back. Deep end, to the right, he thought. He swam there as quietly as possible and reached for something, but only touched the edge of the pool. Darn, she heard me.

"Marco!" He yelled.

"Polo!" Zelda yelled back. High end, middle, he thought. He swam there, and there was still nothing. He groaned slightly. How was this fair? It's two Hylians against each other, there's no he's gonna find her!

"Thirty seconds left!" Daisy announced. That's when Link heard a slight movement. He smirked.

"Marco!"

"Polo." She was near. Link turned around and dove in. He counted up all of his five seconds and swam right up. He put his hands up in the air, ready to hug her in surprise, but then there was a sudden movement to his right. Shoot! I had her! Link cursed himself. He swam around trying to catch her. Who knew she would be a fast swimmer? Finally, he rounded her up into a corner, and was about to hug her.

"Time! It's a tie! Neither team gets a point!" Daisy yelled. Link groaned. He took off his goggles and saw Zelda do the same. She was panting a little, but so was he. She looked up at him and gave him a small smile. She put her hand out for him to shake.

"Good game," she said. Link stared at her hand, then at her, then he smirked. Her wrapped his arms around her waist in a tight embrace.

"Looks like I've caught my pray," he said slyly. Then immediately regretted it. His face turned completely red, even the tip of his ears. Zelda scoffed a little then wrapped her arms around his neck. After a bit she moved away and wrapped her fingers on his chin and raised it a bit, with him still looking down at her.

"Alright, hero, but there's always other fish stronger than you," Zelda smirked. With that, she turned around and climbed up the steps to the edge, swaying her hips ever so slightly. Link covered his mouth and slowly sunk into the pool, hoping it would cool down his massive blush. He heard his name being called, though it was muffled by water, so he floated back up and climbed out of the pool.

He walked next to Zelda as everyone from her team had ice cream pointed at him, while people from his team had ice cream pointed at her. Three people from her team were covered in ice cream, with only two from his. Daisy gave the signal, and they started firing at them. Link ended up slipping and falling into more ice cream. Jokingly, he pulled Zelda down with him, laughing as their friends hit them with ice cream. Daisy didn't stop them this time. After they were done, they ran to the giant pile of ice cream, and started throwing it at each other, having one giant ice cream fight.

"And that's it for I Scream Marco Polo! Now, both teams are tied, next time will decide the winner team! See you next time on..."

What made you want to become a Wattpad fanfic writer?

Would you believe me if I told I never knew fanfics existed before I saw a link to one on Pinterest? Lol, no but really, when I read my first fanfic, I was like, wait, people make these and post them online? I wanna do that! Because see, I had written fanfics before, but I didn't know what they were called. And I always like to act out scenarios, both in my head and physically, about random stories I come up with, so... I discovered Wattpad and started writing my first public story, which some of you may know as Super Smash Bros University. However, I felt like I didn't know where to go with it, because I strated that story just to write, and I didn't actually think of a story line for it. I tried to come up with one, but it just didn't work. And so, unfortunately, around March of this year, in it got discontinued. But doing that pushed me into becoming more creative and write more of an actual story, and so, Sins of Darkness, the "sequel" to my first story came out, and I am really proud of that! story So yeah, that's basically the story of me becoming a fanfic writer.

Little lore for you all, I guess, hope that explained it. Sorry for it being so long too, sheesh I need to make them shorter.
