While lee tries to free himself you start stabbing the walkers all around him.

Y/N: "Lee! Are you almost done?!" You say in between huffed breathes hitting walkers left and right some not dying immediately.

Lee: "Yeah, just give me a minute." He pulls finally getting his leg out raising the shotgun he shoots a walker that sneaks up on you, the shotgun blast temporarily deafing you.

You and lee move forward each of you moving forward. One walker sneaks up on lee. There's almost no hope of you making it to him when a two shot go off one shooting the one coming for him. And one right behind that one.

Lee pulls out his hatchet and you both move forward hitting the walkers from behind still moving up at a quick pace.

You hit one of the walkers near the top trying to knock it off the railing. Your hatchet gets stuck inside of the head. Lee's fighting his own battle behind you while you push the walker off.

You grab your hatchet while it's falling assuming it'll rip out of its skull. You hold on while but the hatchet sticks inside the walkers head.

You try pulling it out but it doesn't work. Lee leans over the railing fire one shotgun blast inside the walkers head letting your hatchet go.

You keep moving forward. Finally lee and you make it to the top.

Clementine runs to you hugging you, "that was unexpected" you think. You hug her back.

Lee: "It's alright Clem, were fine." You get out of the hug.

Lee walks over to Vernon who's leaning out of the window looking down a ladder.

Lee: "Any way out of here." Lee asks.

Christa: "This leads to the roof. We might be able to find a way down from there." Christa looks back at lee.

Vernon: "You didn't come into town from the railroad did you?" Vernon says still looking down.

Kenny: "Yeah why?"

Vernon: "Nevermind. I can see the sewer we came in from. I think we can make it."

Kenny looks back at the group. "Well then what are we waiting for? Go! Go!"

Everyone starts climbing down the ladder leaving you, lee, and Ben standing there.

Lee: "Ben What are you waiting for let's go."

You hear an ear ripping sound coming from the bell. A walker you didn't see before is trying to get Ben. You grab your ears while steadily trying to move towards Ben.

But the walker grabs Ben barely holding on to him but enough.

You can't do anything so you tell for lee to shoot the walker which he does but makes the walker let go of Ben over the edge.

You leap over grabbing his arm, forgetting about all the stuff he did to the group for this moment.

Lee grabs you trying to pull Ben up with your help.

Y/N: "Hold on Ben, we've got you."

The walkers lean over the railing trying to get to Ben.

Lee: "Ben, climb up you can do it!"

Ben: "There's no time! You have to go! Now!"

Y/N: "Quit fucking around! Ben, Come on!"

Ben: "Stop! Get Y/N and Clem out of here."

Kenny climbs over the ladder "Lee." Kenny debates over wether or not to help before deciding to leave after seeing the impending walkers.

Ben: "Lee, we both know."

Lee and you shake your head.

Ben: "Let go."

Lee and you groan pulling him up with all your strength. Ben grabs on to the platform with his left arm pulling himself up.

Ben shakes his head. "Why?"

You just point to the ladder.

Lee: "Go! Go!" You all climb down the ladder, narrowly avoiding the impending walkers.
