Also out of confusion because someone was confused Caitlyn is the same as Caitlin just a different spelling and Caity is the same as Katie or Katy just a different spelling. It is also a nickname to Caitlyn.

Carmen's POV

"Carmen, your getting another roommate again," Elektra said standing in my doorway.

"What?" I asked.

"She's downstairs, Mike's bringing her up, she's asleep, I think they brought her straight from her last foster home," She stated.

"I'm sorry Carmen, she needs to stay here for now I'll explain in a moment," Mike said. He came into the room. I pulled the quilt back from the bed as he placed the girl into the bed and I put the quilt over her. She had long blond hair and she seemed quite short.

"Let's speak outside," He whispered.

I nodded following him.

"That's Caitlyn, I won't tell you her story seen as it's not my place but it was a rush to get her here, She might move in with Saph or Elektra, seen as she is 15, it is a perminant thing we think, but due to Lily, we will try to get her into someone elses room but for now she is going to share with you," He said.

"Okay, as long as Lily can share my room still, when she comes," I stated.

"Yes, Carmen, just don't wake her, she's had a hard day, if she wakes up get one of us, she may be a bit confused," He said.

"Okay, " I nodded.

Caitlyn's POV

My eye's fluttered opened to see lots of people staring at me. I sat up slowly and shifted back.

"Hello Caitlyn, I'm Michael Milligan the head careworker here at Elm Tree House," The man smiled.

"Hi, I'm Carmen your sharing my room," A brown haired girl smiled basically throwing herself at me trying to give me a hug.

I flinched away and quivered.

"She's just like Kitty," One of the boys said.

"Yeah, she's weird," Another said.

"Leave her alone," Another said slowly stepping forward, "We're not going to hurt you, Caitlyn, I'm Rick," He smiled, "Can you give us a moment?" He asked the others. They nodded and left.

I was curled up in the corner as a tear came to my eye.

"Hey, shh don't cry, why are you here?" He asked.

I stayed silent.

"Okay, I'm here because my parents are in prison," He said softly, he reached his hand out to lightly touch my hand and I burst out crying thinking about my family.

"Sh... " He cooed, he came closer slightly and hugged me. I actually let him and hugged him back.

Suddenly everyone else came in.

"A break through," Someone said.

"Okay we should go and have lunch," Mike said.

"Come on Caitlyn, do you want to come down stairs for lunch, I'm Tee by the way and that's Johnny my brother," A younger girl asked.

I shock my head lightly.

"That's okay Caitlyn, someone will stay upstairs with you, how about Rick and Lily?" The woman said, "Oh and I'm Gina by the way."

"Okay, will you bring us lunch though," A girl asked.

"Of course," Another woman smiled, "I'm Tracy." She said.

I just sat there trying to keep my distance from everyone.

Everyone but the girl and boy who I guessed were Rick and Lily left.

"How are you Caitlyn?" Lily asked.

All through the day people came in and spoke to me until they all gave up except that one boy Rick and the adults.

They had all left me to have a house meeting in the kitchen.

I plucked up every once of my courage and stood up from the bed. I ended up walking downstairs and I got to the kitchen door. I walked in.

Everyone just turned and stared.

"Hello, Caitlyn," Mike smiled.

I smiled softly and walked towards them all. Everyone turned away.

I stood behind Gus and Harry and looked into Gus's notebook. He had spelt my name Caitlin instead of Caitlyn.

"You know you spelt my name wrong right?" I stated.

Everyone snapped back to me and stared.

"How do you spell it then?" He asked.

I took the pen from his hand and changed the I to a Y.

"Caitlyn, tomorrow we're going on a camping trip, you don't have to come but you'll be partnered up and will have to go on a 5K hike then we'll have some other activities and then we're going to stay the night, would you like to come?" Gina asked.

I nodded lightly.

"Okay, well, your social worker brought a bag of your stuff, it's in your and Carmen's room," Mike said.

I nodded again.

"How about we go into the living room and watch TV or something," Carmen smiled.

Carmen, Lily, Liam, Rick, Sapphire and Elektra stood and began to walk to the living room I presume before Rick turned back.

"Caitlyn, do you want to come?" Rick asked.

I nodded lightly and followed behind them.

"Who want's to play pool?" Liam asked.

Carmen, Lily and Sapphire went and sat down on the sofa's whilst Elektra, Rick and Liam went to the pool table. I went over to the girls.

"Caitlyn we just want to help you," Sapphire said softly.

"Yeah, Caitlyn, we're here for you," Lily smiled, putting her hand out to touch my arm. I flinched away standing up.

"Just leave me alone," I hissed stomping out of the room.

Rick's POV

"It's Kitty all other again," Sapphire sighed.

"She's psycotic and she'll just hurt people like Kitty," Liam stated.

"You guys are just cruel, we've all lost someone, and so has Caitlyn, this is her way of greiving do we know what she's been through? No, so we have no right to judge her," I frowned.

"Does someone have a crush?" Liam cooed.

"Shut up Liam, no, I'm just not being cruel to someone I don't know," I stated.

"I know I was too quick to judge, but what can I do about it?" Liam asked.

"Speak to her, your the only one that hasn't tried," Carmen said.

"Fine but if I get hurt, I'll hurt you," He frowned stomping out of the room.

Liam's POV

I stalked up the stairs pushing past Johnny on my way. I got to Carmen and Caitlyn's door and knocked but I didn't expect her to answer to me.

"Caitlyn, no one is angry at you," I said softly walking into the room. I looked over at her bed to see her crying.

"What's wrong?" I asked.

"You don't really care," She frowned.

"I do Caitlyn, I just talk without thinking," I said sitting on the edge of her bed.

"Liam, how old was you when you were put into care?" She asked.

"6 years old," I stated.

"I was a week old, I don't know who my real parents are, I couldn't even tell you if my real name is Caitlyn Murphy," She frowned, "All I've ever been told about my real parents is my dad, tried killing me as soon as I was born, I was born in a living room and my mother had schizophrenia so she had no place in caring for a child."

"That's slightly harsh, so how comes you ended up here?" I asked softly.

"I had some foster parents, I don't know who until I got my ones that I had until last night. I got them when I was ten. They were the Duncan's and at first I liked them but then my social worker told them I needed counciling because I have trust issues, anger issues and many other issues but can you blame me? They have an eighteen year old son who was away for school for the first two years so I never actually met him but when he came home I learnt to trust him and then he hurt me, like really badly, then I told his parents. His mother called me a whinny brat and pushed me around," She cried.

"Don't worry Caitlyn, it isn't like that here, just say sorry to the girls and talk to people and you'll make friends," I said softly.

"Okay, I'm really sorry Liam for the whole silent treatment earlier and not going near anyone, I just don't trust easily," She whispered.

"It's okay, you've been through a lot, let's go downstairs and you can say sorry to the girls," I smiled.

Caitlyn's POV

Liam led me down to the living room and everyone stared at me.

"I'm really sorry for snapping at you earlier," I whispered.

"It's okay, your talking to us," Carmen smiled.

"Also I did, over hear the conversation between you and Mike, Carmen, I'm sorry for taking your bed Lily," I said quietly.

"It's Okay, you need somewhere to stay, Mike also said it was only temporary so that's okay," She shrugged.

"Yeah," I nodded.

"Camping will be so fun," I smiled.

"No, it will be dirty," Carmen frowned.

"The fresh air, the nature, it's all good for you," I smiled.

She had lots of pink on. I had a pink checkered shirt with a yellow zip up jumper over the top. I had jean shorts and tights on with trainers. My long blond hair was in a fish tail plait and I had a hat on as well. Both me and Carmen had plaid rucksacks.

"Come on Carmen Caitlyn," Mike shouted.

"Yeah, come on Carmen," I chuckled.

"I don't want to go, last time I was pushed into a cow pat," She frowned.

"Boo hoo, now let's go," I grabbed both our bags and her hand and dragged her down the stairs.

"Thank you, Caitlyn," Gina smiled. I nodded my head towards her.

"Come on let's get onto the Mini Bus," Tracy smiled.

Rick walked up to me.

"Hi, Caitlyn, want to sit together?" He asked.

"Sure," I smiled.

We sat together like we said. The journey was long and boring. At the moment we were at a rest stop and everyone had got of except me and Tracy who had came and sat next to me.

"Hey Caitlyn," She said.

"Hi, call me Caity," I smiled.

"Okay Caity, so I heard you told Liam, about everything, was it because you trusted him or a spur of the moment thing?" She asked.

"I honestly don't know, I think it was a spur of the moment thing, but now I feel like I can trust him, when I told him I didn't but now I do," I said.

"That's good, I think you should tell Rick, that's my opinion, there was a girl in his old care home Kitty, who you have probably heard of. She was very shy and lashed out when someone tried touching her but would only talk to Rick, he really likes you," She smiled.

"I was planning on telling him, just last night I told anyone who was there, honestly, I didn't care, but I'm glad it was Liam I told not someone who would go off and tell everyone else," I smiled softly.

"Hi, Caitlyn," Rick and Tyler smiled coming back onto the mini bus.

"Hi, you guys can call me Caity by the way," I smiled back.

"Okay, so are you excited?" Tyler asked.

"Yeah, I love the outdoors," I smiled, "How about you?"

"Same," Both the boys nodded.

Soon everyone was on the minibus and then we had driven the rest of the way to where we were going to camp. I ended up telling Rick about everything on the minibus.

"Okay everyone, we are going to be working in three's seen as we only have five tents, you have to carry your tent's, work together and get through the night. There is nothing dangerous out there so you will be fine but you have your phones, and you will have everything to survive the night. You have to travel five kilometers other all. 2.5 to your campsite where you'll set up camp and then you'll travel back first team back will win. There will be questions on the way too so make sure you answer them because they will judge your mark too," Mike smiled.

"Okay, we have a list of your teams, they are mixed gender by the way, Lily, Carmen and Tyler. Jody, Gus and Harry. Sapphire, Elektra and Johnny. Frank, Tee and Toby. Caity, Rick and Liam. I am going to go with Harry, Gus and Jody seen as they are the youngest," Tracy said.

"Okay, here are your tents, maps and instructions," Gina said handing each group there stuff. I stood with the boys.

"You can go now," Tracy smiled.

"Have fun Caity, Rick and Liam will be the death of you," Lily smiled.

"You've got Carmen, who hates dirt and bugs, have fun," I chuckled.

"Come on Caity we need to get going," Liam smiled.

"Bye, Lily," I sighed following Liam and Rick throwinging my rucksack onto my shoulder.

"Your not a girly girl are you? You won't squeal and screech at dirt and bugs?" Liam asked.

"No, I love the outdoors," I smiled.

"Awesome," Rick nodded.

We made it to our camp site in one peice and I was very proud. We got there in an hour but we were now trying to put our tent up. It had been three hours and we still hadn't got anywhere.

"Look it's getting dark, we need to think how this is going to work," I sighed.

"Well it says peice A is inserted into peice B," Rick said.

"Okay," I said putting the metal poles together but they were too long and Liam was too close so he got hit in the face. He stumbled slightly and groaned.

"Are you okay? I am so sorry Liam," I stiffled a laugh.

"It's okay, Caity, It was an accident," he said.

"Let's look at it," Rick said.

Liam moved his hand from his nose and it had a cut on the top of it.

"I have a first aid kit in my bag," I smiled grabbing my bag and pulling out a small plaster from the set. I put it onto his nose.

"Kiss it better," He pouted.

I kissed my finger and tapped his nose.

"We should, get back to building the tent," Rick spoke up.

"Yeah, okay so what's next?" I asked.

Rick instructed me and in total it took us 6 hours to build our tent.

"You two, are going to get murdered when I have energy," I frowned.

"Love to see that, we have some food, but it's only pasta," Liam sighed.

"Well cook, I'm hungry," I frowned.

They both sighed and did as they were told but Liam ended up spilling hot water over Rick's arm so that's now wrapped up thanks to me.

We ate our food and went to bed. We had a two man tent so it was a squeeze. I was inbetween the boys and squashed there.

When we woke up we went on our way walking.

"I just need to do my shoe lace up," I stated.

I stopped to do it up but by the time I looked up both the boys had gone.

"Rick, Liam where are you?" I shouted.

I ran the way they had went but I couldn't find them.

"Rick, Liam, Anyone?" I shouted.

I ran through the trees and couldn't find them, I was lost.

Suddenly my face made contact with the hard ground and my ankle and my nose throbbed in pain.

I rolled onto my back taking my rucksack off. I pulled my phone out and tried Liam's number and Rick's but neither answered. I couldn't get through to Mike or Gina either.

"Help Someone," I screamed at the top of my lungs hoping someone heard me.

I looked at my refection in my phone and saw I had some dirt on my face and my nose was scraped. My hair was fluffy and there was dirt in it.

I pulled a plaster out of my bag and put it to my nose covering the scrape.

My ankle throbbed.

"Rick, Liam, Lily, Carmen, Mike Anyone?" I cried out to the emptiness around me.

"Caity is that you?" I heard a familiar voice.

"Yes, help please," I pretty much cried.

Out of no where Rick and Liam appeared.

"Caity," They said coming over to me.

"I've hurt my ankle and I don't think I can walk on it," I stated.

"Come on we're almost at the campsite thing," Liam smiled. They helped me up and I wrapped my arms around their necks hopping along.

When we finally got to the campsite everyone was already there.

"What happened to you?" Tracy asked.

"Honestly don't ask," I sighed.

"She attacked me with a metal pole," Liam chuckled.

"And he attacked me with a pot of hot water," Rick laughed.

"And the floor attacked me," I smiled.

"Caitlyn sit down and explain," Mike stated.

"Okay, we got to our campsite in an hour so it was really quick, but we spent three hours arguing over building the tent we couldn't figure it out. Finally I got the first two peices together but he-" i said motioning to Liam.

"Was standing in my way so I accindently hit him with it, I luckily had a first aid kit and put a plaster on it. Then it took us three more hourse before we actually got a tent. The guys made our pasta but Liam dropped the hot water on Rick's arm, so I saved the day again. Then today we were walking back and I was tying my shoelace and they walked off. I ran the way they went but couldn't find them, I think I tripped over something and hit my nose on the floor and hurt my ankle," I stated.

"You've only twisted your ankle, you'l be okay," Mike said, "But your three are a walking disaster."

"But you love us," We said together.

The thing is I think I was beginning to like Liam and Rick way too much for what I am supposed to and what I am supposed to do I don't know but I will find out one day with these two great guys.
