Step By Step Tutorial:

1. Open Texture on PicMonkey

2. Apply Orton Effect. Adjust to your liking.

3. Add Cross Proccess (Red) Effect. Adjust to your liking

4. Soften Texture. Adjust to your liking

5. Open white rose Png on Pixlr and add glowing effect.

*see bottom to learn how to give png a glowing effect.

6. Add White Rose png to texture as overlay, and apply lighten effect

7. Add Text to graphic

*fonts: Evantescent and Assasins

8. Open Polarr and add filter

9. Add anything else, watermark, subtitle, etc.

2. Click the 'Layer Styles' Button

3. Click "Outer Glow"

4. Adjust colour, opacity, hardness and size to your liking.

5. Save png
