Hola, hola, I will be going over how to do two very basic font styles as shown in the example above. 

I used photoshop cs6. 

1. Starting with a 800x300 canvas, I used the font Georgia and typed "Midnight Moonlight" in an awkward, off center fashion. 

2. For "Midnight", I used the following settings: 

Bevel/Emboss

Contour

Inner Shadow

Inner Glow

Gradient

(I used colour codes #e10019 and #f95a14)

Drop Shadow

Tip: If you duplicate the finished text layer, and change the layer styles of the duplicate, you can get some interesting results e.g

Linear dodge: 

3. For "Moonlight" I did the following: 

Bevel/Emboss

Inner Shadow

Inner Glow 

Satin

Colour Overlay

Drop Shadow
