Chibi A/N: Uh do you intend that as a joke or...?

*Chibi August sighing*

Chibi August: Let's just get the chapter started...

August hung up the phone after calling his wife as Lilly drives them to the docks and he let's out a sigh " Welp were boned if we encounter the Foot Clan or something worse. " he thought as he placed his phone in his pocket and it bumped into something as it slid in and he pulled out a second phone out of his pocket and the it realise who's phone it is.

August: Ah Goddarn it!

He said and mentally calling himself stupid while Lilly gave him a quick side glance of mild confusion before training her eyes back to the empty road.

Lilly: Did you forget something?

August let out a groan of annoyance as she essentially hit the nail on head with the accuracy of a master carpenter.

August: Yeah, I had my sister's phone in my jacket and I was supposed to give it back to her yesterday.

He let's out another sigh and looked around his partners car which was a Really big car " Must be her normal car she uses when she's off duty. " he thought as he noticed an odd detail about here car.

August: Is your car armor plated?

He asked curious as to why she had what most people would call a mini tank and she spoke without taking her eyes of the road.

Lilly: Yeah, I just like to drive something durable.

She stated with a slight shrug and August figured she had some bad experiences with cars, but that didn't explain why she had a semi-auto shotgun(Beneili M4) attached to the roof of the car and a auto rife(AR-15) with a lot of attachment's such as a double stack mag and a scope under the seat making him wonder why she had them as she has a pretty good pistol which was a P30 if he remembers correctly.

Chibi A/N: Wait she has a phone as a sidearm?

Chibi August: What? No! It's a gun!

Chibi A/N: It's a gun too?! That sounds awesome!

*Chibi August groaning in annoyance*

August: Well no one can't say your not prepared for anything, considering it looks like you prepared for world war three...

He said not want to ask why she had them as it could have been as simple as her just being a gun activist, but he noticed Lilly completely ignored him as she was deep in thought and he wonders if she was having the same gut feeling he was having as if both of them left the precinct " The Chief almost seemed desperate to send us out here, but for what and why did he only send only the two of us to investigate some warehouse? " She thought as she turned a corner seeing the warehouse distract in the distance and right of the bat the both of them noticed something off.

Lilly: I don't see any Patrol cars, do you?

She asked wondering if August could see anything she missed, however he shook his head.

August: No, something is definitely wrong.

Lilly noted that He was also on edge and she quickly glanced up at her shotgun then back at the notably empty road which was strange as it was late, however it wasn't that late for people not to be on the road as they should be going home from work by now and as they get closer August sees something in the shadows dart into one of the warehouses, but he couldn't see exactly what it was as it moved to quickly to identify it properly.

August: I think I saw something move into the warehouse on the far left.

After he said that Lilly asked a bit of an odd question as they turned into the gates leading into the warehouse distract.

Lilly: Have you fired a shotgun before?

August tilted his he a bit in confusion, but he deiced to answer her question anyway.

August: Only at paper targets, but I-

Before he could finish what he was saying they came to an abrupt stop at the front entrance to the warehouse that the strange figure went into.

Lilly: Then take the shotgun, I'll take the rifle.

As she said that she detached the shotgun from the roof of the car and handed it to August who reluctantly took it and they both got out of the mini tank car and August shut the door as Lilly retrieved the rifle underneath the seat and proceeded to do the same.

Lilly: Don't loose that gun or I'm going to have you buy me a new one and trust me, they don't come cheap.

She said seeming getting ready to fight a cartel or something and August noticed that she was way more on edge then a normal person sould be, but he can't deny that he wasn't as worried as Lilly was.

August: O-ok I'll-

Suddenly gunshots could be heard within the warehouse and Lilly didn't hesitate to run in causing August to lag behind.

August: Hey wait! Don't-

However his plea was in vain as Lilly was already out of sight and he let out a groan of annoyance " She's going to get herself killed! " he thought as he made his why into the warehouse not noticing the Red
motorcycle within the shadows.

Meanwhile...

Chibi A/N: Oh it looks like we get to see what's up with Sarah!

Chibi August: Wait, we're checking up on-

*Chibi A/N covering Chibi August's mouth*

Chibi A/N: Shhh! Not yet!

*Chibi August groaning in annoyance yet again*

Sarah had just got done with her phone call and she was about to leave the bedroom " I swear he needs a take vacation at some point or he'll end up working himself to death. " she thought as she put her phone in her pocket and she reaches for the door handle when suddenly the power went out which she didn't think it anything about it, until she looks out the window to see if the hole block was experiencing a power outage and sees that only their house was experiencing a power outage and was starting to get worried as something doesn't feel right at all or more accurately it felt familiar and not in good why either, as if her instincts told her someone or something was watching her and her suspicion were founded as she heard glass shattered in a nearby room causing her to bolt over to her side of the bed to get her gun out of the night stand and she pulled the drawer out to revel her 50 cal Dessert Eagle.

Chibi A/N: Holy crap! She's got a freaking magnum for home defence?!

Chibi August: Yeah, she likes big guns...

*Chibi A/N looking at him with a death stare causing August to shrug*

Chibi August: What? I'm not allowed to say what's obvious?

Louis(Muffled): Hide!

She heard two gunshots followed by June screaming and something let out an inhuman hiss of pain just outside the door and without hesitation Sarah burst open the door hitting the unknown monster in the face stunning it long enough for her to run over to the kitchen and pick up her daughter who looked very terrified.

June: Mommy what's happening?!

She asked scared and confused and Sarah looked at the thing the she just stunned to see a cloaked figure with something moving behind it.

Sarah: I don't know honey, but we're getting out of here away from that thing.

Louis shot two more rounds into the creature causing it to stagger back a bit and his in pain yet again.

Louis: Get out of here! I'll stall it!

After he said that the monster responded with a roar and it smashed the door it was hit with into pieces and the object moving behind it shot out at Louis who barely managed to dodge out of the way without a scratch and Sarah got a good look at the thing that shot towards her brother, it looked like a massive grotesque scorpion tail which appeared to be stretched out as the glossy white carapace had huge segment's of black muscle the started to contradict as it pulled it's tail out of the wall after it missed ripping out a chunk of the wall and Louis shouted.

Louis: What are you still doing here?! RUN!

Sarah looked toward the front door which was on the other side of the house and behind the Monster, so she would have to go out through the backdoor however when she looked over to the door she saw a man wearing nothing but black clothing outside with a sadistic grin through the small window within the door and she looked toward her brother.

Sarah: There's a-

Her words were cut short by the backdoor being violently kicked open and as the man from the backyard came in with a maniacal cackle Sarah got a better look at the seemingly insane man as he had unusually pail skin which looked almost white were it not for his dark veins outlining his face and he looked over to Sarah with his twisted grin.

???: Where do you think your going?! The fun's ju-

However before he could finish what he was saying Sarah managed to pull out her gun with one hand and fired it directly at the new intruder's head making a massive hole were his right eye used to be, however he didn't fall over or die as he stands there like nothing happened " What the hell?! " she thought as he chuckled all the while Louis was trying to fend off the creature.

???: Like I saying before you interrupted me...

The hole in his head started to repair itself with the dark tarry ooze that seemingly comprise his innards as he continued his sentence.

???: The fun's just getting started!

Meanwhile...

Chibi August: Wait you're cutting it there?

Chibi A/N: Well yes.

Chibi August: But why right there were it was starting to ramp up?

Chibi A/N: Because this chapter might get chaotic with the jumps.

Chibi August: Oh you and A/N are going to make it a long one aren't you?

*Chibi A/N looking to the side with a guilty look*

Chibi A/N: Maybe...

*Chibi August face palming.*

Mitchell looked out of the window of the car seeing another row of buildings and he looked at Roy as he drives the van looking lost.

Mitchell: We're lost aren't we?

Roy let out a groan as he was trying to figure out were they are so they could get out of here and the only reason Mitchell isn't driving is that he drives like a mad man most of the time, however he at least knew were they were going at least when he had his phone or a map of the city, but as luck would have it both of those didn't happen as his phone was back at base and Roy's phone was dead after the call he had with his family, And they don't have a map.

Roy: Well if you'd bought your phone we wouldn't be in this situation.

Mitchell started to laugh as Roy is being a grouch again which only made Roy even more grouchy.

Roy: What's so funny?!

Before Mitchell could come up with a witty remark a woman's blood curdling scream caught both of their attention to a nearby alleyway next to them and as Roy stopped the car Mitchell knows what's Roy's gonna do.

Mitchell: We should let the police handle-

However when he turned to look at Roy the door was open and out of the corner of his eye he saw Roy run into the alley and he sighs as he gets out of the car grabbing the small twelve gage pump action shotgun(Mossberg Shockwave) he brought with him just in case someone attacked the van " Welp here's hoping Roy doesn't get us both attested. " he thought as he closes both door's as quickly as he can before causing after Roy.

Meanwhile In the alley way...

Roy ran as fast as he could down the alley and he started to hear what sounds like someone being choked and as he turned the corner he saw a man wearing a hoodie seemingly trying to rip the poor woman's jaw off while pinning her down on the ground and Roy pulled out his gun(Glock 19) aiming it at the man.

Roy: Stop what you're doing right now!

He shouted to no avail as the man didn't even budge an inch or even acknowledge him, but what the man did next shocked him as he started spewing steaming black tar out of his mouth and into the woman's mouth, she tried to scream but the tar poured into her throat burning it and her eyes rolled to the back of her head as she began to convulse violently and she let's out one last gargle until going limp.

Roy: What the hell?!

He said snapping out of his daze as the man quickly looked at him showing his mangled face as his lips and check's have been sheared off by the black tar like substance letting it ooze out of the sides of his mouth, his eyes looked like sunken black marbles in his skull and his skin started to form strange white splotches which made Roy wonder if he is going to shamble to him like a zombie, However the man let out an inhuman roar of pure rage and he lunged at Roy who fired two shots into his head which didn't even slow him down.

Roy: Oh fuck!

He shouted as he managed to prevent himself from being tackled to the ground by trying to push him away which only delayed the man who was now swiping at his face and he manged to hit Roy in the head twice, but before the man could hit him a third time Mitchell pointed the end of his barrel directly to his temple and fired making a rather large hole in the man's hand and knocking him to the ground, however Mitchell isn't done as he racks another shell into his shotgun and before the man could get up Mitchell pointed it barrel at his forehead and fired again turning the top half of his head into black mush and Roy looked at the man's corpse trying to regain his breath.

Roy: A bit overkill don't you think?

Mitchell looked at him with one of his eyebrows raised and a smirk on his face.

Mitchell: After watching you put two rounds into his head and that not doing a damn thing, I think overkill was needed.

He looked over to the obviously dead woman and he noticed very small white splotches started to form, however he and Roy noticed distant sirens getting closer.

Roy: We need to leave.

Mitchell chuckled as they both start to run to the van so they don't get arrested for a possible murder and an actual murder.

Mitchell: You read my mind!

He said not wanting to explain to his superiors why they were arrested during a mission and as they left the alley the woman's body began to twitch and black tar began to fill her mouth burning he lip's of and melting her cheeks as her eyes start to become pitch black.

Meanwhile...

Chibi August: So do we have zombies on our hands?

Chibi A/N: Well you could say that if zombies can spew hot tar out of their mouths and can't be killed by normal headshots...

Chibi August: So super zombies then?

Chibi A/N: Pretty much.

Chibi August: Ok then, so what's next?

Chibi A/N: Well your normal counter part is about to nearly get killed trying to look for his partner.

*Chibi August groaning announce*

Chibi August: Alright let's get this over with...

August was roaming the warehouse trying to find Lilly and it wasn't exactly easy as the warehouse was absolutely filled with crates with hazarded sighs plastered all over them and he can guess what's in them " This must be a stash of Mutagen, but why would the Foot Clan just leave it here unguarded? " his question would soon be answered when he rounded a corner to see a pair of legs around another corner laying in a pool of blood and he heard what sounded like a tired grunt.

???: Whoever this psycho is they're more twisted then I thought...

August noted that the person who said that sounded very tired and annoyed, so he took a step closer to see who it is not noticing the empty can next to his foot until it was to late as a metallic radial echoed through out the warehouse.

???: Whoever proved themselves to be absolutely shit at being stealthy come out before I decide to waste a bullet on you.

He said threateningly and August sighed as held the shotgun Lilly lent him in one hand so he could reached in his pocket for his badge, however when he looked down at his pocket as he was fishing out his wallet he felt the barrel of a gun being pressed against his head.

???: Put the gun down slowly.

August did as the man demanded and he slowly put the gun in his hand on the ground and he raised his hands, but for he could pull his badge out the man nudged he head with the gun which August had already figured out it was a warning not to try anything.

August: Relax I'm a cop...

The man watched as August slowly pulled his badge out and he scoffed.

???: Does being a cop make you think I'll trust you instantly?

August sighed as he knew in the back of his mind that he didn't care if he was a cop or not, but he did notice he wasn't dead yet as he could of easily killed him on a whim after reveling his occupation if he was a criminal so he improvised.

August: No, but I'm guessing you're not a criminal and I'd imagine you don't want to become one now, do you?

The man let out a slight groan and August felt the gun being pulled away from his head and he looked at the man who was pointing the gun at his hand to see he was in his early to mid forties and warring a red jacket and he reached a hand out to help him up.

???: Bold move to do a dangerous gamble like that kid, what's your name?

August pocketed his badge while grabbing the shotgun on the ground with his free hand and taking offer for help by grabbing his hand.

August: August O'Neill, what's yours?

He was suddenly hoisted you to his feet and the man looked at him with squinted eyes.

Thomas: Thomas Maiden, why are you here anyway kid?

August sighed as he regains his since of balance from being hoisted up to quickly.

August: Looking for my partner, she ran off into the warehouse after we heard gunshots coming from the building.

Thomas chuckled as he recalls a similar thing happing five years ago when he was stuck in a blocked off city once.

Thomas: She sounds like a loose cannon, what's her-

Before he could ask his question they heard gunshots in the distance behind them and they both turned toward the sound and notice a office that sat above the shipping crates and the both see moment with the office.

August: I'll have to tell you about her later, but right know I think we need to go check out what that was.

Thomas looked back to August with a bit of a puzzle expression, but it when back to a serious one just as quickly as he turned.

Thomas: Alright follow me and stay close.

August nodded and as they both started to go towards the office August look to the side notice that the pair of legs he see that was missing it's top half " Wow, what did that?! " he thought, but he didn't have time to stop investigate what happened so he takes a mental note of the carnage and continued to follow Thomas.

Meanwhile...

Chibi A/N: Hey! Me and A/N had a lot to cover so we made a really long chapter!

*Chibi August groaning*

Chibi August: Let's just get this chapter over with...

Louis fired two more rounds from his pistol(HK USP) and he groaned as he already put two mags of ammo into the creature and all it seemed to do is make it anger, however the creature didn't concern him very much as there was a seemingly immortal psycho blocking the back door and not even and with the monster blocking the front door Him, Sarah, and her daughter have no what out as there wasn't any windows in the kitchen or the room Louis was in.

Louis: Son of a bitch!

He shouted as the creature nearly hit him as his movements were getting slower from exhaustion and Sarah was trying to fight off the Psycho with a knife from the kitchen as she had ran out of ammo out of her magnum and June was crying behind the counter while her mother and the Psycho fought.

Psycho: Are you getting tired? I could slow down if you like!

Sarah let out a groan of annoyance at his constant taunting as she slits his throat for the thirtieth time and Louis thinks to himself about how bad the situation is as there's no why out and their running out of energy and options, however Louis noticed something at the side window of the front which he thought was strange and it was a black cat staring through the glass of the side windows to the front door and he noticed it start to squint it's eyes and he doesn't know if it was his imagination or not, but it look like the cats eyes started to glow a faint blue color and the creature stopped attacking him and it stood there for a second frantically looking around before it started to swipe at the air and his Psycho friend looked over to the monster confused as to what it's doing.

Psycho: What the hell has gotten into you?!

Just after he said that a knife was driven into his hand with enough force to pin it to the counter.

Sarah: Nows our chance!

She shouted and Louis bolt over to her as fast as he could while they had the chance to escape and as the Psycho tried to unpin himself from the counter he let out a groan of anger.

Psycho: We will find you and we will kill you and everyone you-

Before he could continue his threat Sarah picked up another knife and plunged it into the Psychos neck effectively silencing him.

Sarah: I had enough of your voice for one day!

She shouted before bolting to he daughter and picking her up which scared June until see saw it was here mother and as the three of them went out the back door Louis saw something out of the corner of his eye and as he looked to see what it is it was gone, however he didn't have time to ask what that was as they heard a roar of animalistic rage coming from the house and stuff being destroyed, so they decided to leave while the monster was distracted and as they went through the back gate they she Sarah's car completely smashed.

Sarah: Oh come on! I just got that fixed last week!

She said clearly annoyed with their pursuers action, however she looked past her car to see a pest control van that looked a bit suspicious as she saw what looks like rivets on the van.

Louis: Get to the van!

He shouted as he ran to the driver side of the car and Sarah let out a sigh as she reached the passenger side.

Sarah: So your not in the city just for some information aren't you?

She said as she closed the car door with her daughter in her lap crying into her shoulder and Louis looked slightly annoyed as he start's the car.

Louis: I'll tell you about it later when we're not about to get killed by a monster and a psychopath.

After he said that he drove as fast as he could to get out of there as fast as possible, however they felt something crash outside the window as they left and Sarah looked in the rearview mirror to the creature to to catch up to them, but they were just quick enough to escape without a hassle and she watch at the creature let out a roar in defeat.
