The next day I was reading a book in the courtyard, it was an off period. Suddenly out of nowhere a shadow fell on me. Stephanie looked up, but I didn't, there were two reasons, first it was Tom and I didn't wanted to think that I am one of his crazy fang girls who just wants his attention, and second if he has came for knowing more about the Horcruxes then it's him who needs me not I who need him.

He cleared his throat, I kept reading. He cleared his throat again. And again.

He is doing it a bit too many times, and also making the situation awkward for himself, to prevent him from getting more embarrassed I finally looked up at him and spoke

"Ahh not you again." I repeated his line.

"Don't be so ungrateful Miss Grey." He sneered. "You can call me Y/n if you want to." 

"Does it look like I care about your name ?!" 

"Why are you here ?" He knelt down. HE KNELT DOWN TO BE MY EQUAL !! He started 

"Your plant is-" "Our plant" I interrupted. 

"DO NOT talk when I am TALKING!" He wasn't really angry tho. 

"Do not tell me what to DO!"

Noticing the chaos I was about to create Stephanie interrupted "Riddle why don't you tell her what you actually want to tell her." 

"I was trying to tell that but she's not letting me!" He looked at Stephanie and then back at me. "Fine! I'm listening. I won't interrupt." 

"Finally!" He sighed in relief "The Molly is dying. I need you to take care of it... but it will still stay in my dorm." 

"I won't protest if it stays in your dorm because the head boy's dorm is much more safer but-"

"Yes I will let you come in. Instead of spending time in your dorm, spend time in my dorm."

"Okay" I might seem calm from the outside but I was screaming internally "And thanks." He stood up and left.

I shifted my gaze back to my book but Stephanie snatched it from me. "Don't act like you don't care."

"Steph I was reading!" 

"You weren't."

"Fine I wasn't." I made a fake sad face and then we both started laughing. "He had never allowed a girl in his dorm, not even Elizabeth."

She paused and smirked "Don't waste this offer by just studying with him"

"Hmm...he's a challenge I'm willing to take." I replied.
