Many years after the prologue chapter and the friends are all thirteen years old and are beginning eighth grade.

Mei's POV
It's time to walk to school with my friends snd we're all in eighth grade now as I knock on their front doors and they all come out and we walk to school and we go to class and study and after the bell rings at the end of the day I see a yellow haired student bullying the green haired student for not having a quirk but I step in while Miriam and Abby and Priya watched me in case I need help why did you throw his notebook out the window? I ask the yellow haired student in an passive aggressive manner while the green haired kid rushes past us to grab his notebook and the yellow haired one shouts at me hey how dare you?! He's the one who's trying to apply to UA without a quirk!!!!! The yellow haired kid yelled angrily while I replied calmly well not everything is about quirks you know? Sometimes intelligence can be highly valued so maybe he could use his smarts to get in? Because you surely don't know what anyone is capable of or am I wrong? I say casually while the yellow haired kid tried to punch me but I turned into a red panda and grabbed his wrists so he couldn't punch me and he just scowled at me and looked at my friends as if evaluating if he should pick a fight or not before he simply scoffed and walked away while me and my friends went to play at the park and talk about things and just to hang out.
