consumed in sleep

I rest my head against the pillow, feel the rise and fall of its surface.
My headache disappears, my mind is separated into  tiny little chunks.
Half of my brain sleeps,  and the other makes worlds incomprehensible.
I wonder through them, rather finding my existence indivisible,
Because there's a part of me which knows I sleep and wake, on the bottom bunk,
While another part soars through skies galore, knowing that this place is perfect.
