Ame's POV

 The real world is cruel. Well that's what I've believed since the day our father left us. 

Leaving your family out of the blue isn't something a father should be doing without receiving the hatred of his four daughters.

 Of course he didn't thought about that. He's too stupid to realize what his responsibility in this world is. 

Enough of my father, who's one of the reason I hate this world. It's because of people that the world is impure. Their selfishness is what pollutes the beauty of it and managed to transform this supposed to be perfect creation of kami-sama into a pool of selfishness and cruelty of reality. 

That's why I stick to anime and otome games. It's passion for showing great stories is what keeps these companies going. They were able to illustrate and deliver stories that show the beauty of it. 

Unlike the real world, I can't see anything good in it. Why? Because there's nothing you can see. The world is cruel and ugly and everyone in it. 

That's why I refuse to gain contact with the things polluting it. People.

"Ame-ne, wait for me!" Kyo, my younger sister chased after me as I walked to school, focused on the game I was playing on my PSP.

"Shut up Kyo, you're so noisy," I told her and let her walk after me.

"Well at least watch where you're going! You might end up getting hit by a car or worse, bump into someone!"

Wtf... why would you say that bumping into someone is worse than getting hit by a car?

"Ame-ne!" she called me again. I got so irritated so I was about to yell at her—"What is your problem you--"

Oof!

"See what I told you!" I heard Kyo's scold as my butt fell flat on the floor but I still—"Would you stop playing on your PSP just for a second?!"

I looked up at her then back at my PSP.

"Ame-ne!"

"What? You said just for a second," I respond with a sarcastic remark.

"Oh, are you okay? I'm sorry" a deep voice said but I didn't mind him. I was busy playing guy dating sims on my PSP~

Yes, I am a dating sim gamer and otaku, just like Keima-kun~ if you don't know him then I suggest you watch 'The World God Only Knows'. You'll see his sexiness~

"As long as she has her PSP she's okay," was Kyo's reply to the guy and heard her gasp.

The guy laughed. "Is that so?" I noticed a huge hand in front of me. I didn't look at the owner but accepted his offer anyway and continued walking.

"O-Oi, c-chotto matte, Ame-ne!" Kyo called behind me stomping her foot but I didn't even take a glance and left her with the guy I bump into.

Kyo's POV

Man that girl! She didn't even say sorry to Kiyoshi-senpai! Wait, Kiyoshi Teppei?! My head shot at the brunette guy standing beside me and gaped. "K-Kiyoshi-senpai!"

As soon as I said his name he smiled at me. "Ah, you know me?" he wondered with that very gorgeous smile. He's so handsome~

I just happen to know him because I'm a complete stalker of the Seirin's basketball team~  Well Kiyoshi-senpai was in the hospital throughout the summer so he wasn't around before but now---"Kiyoshi-senpai you're alright now!"

"Huh? Do I know you from somewhere? You seem familiar..." he rubbed his chin, examining my face.

"E-Eto, we went to the same middle school together and my sister happens to be your classmate too," I replied.

Kyaaaaa~~Kiyoshi-senpai is talking to me right now!!!

I'm actually a fan of him... but I don't like him okay? I prefer a guy my age, like, like, like... Kagami-kun! He he ~

I'm just a first year but I happen to know Kiyoshi-senpai because we went to the same middle school together he happens to be Ame-ne's classmate since attending her second year in Shoei!

I can't believe she never acknowledge his presence even until now! Ghhh that girl!

"Your sister? You mean her?" Kiyoshi-senpai glanced at Ame-ne who was walking ahead of us completely focused on her PSP while playing sim games!

"Sorry about her, you can't take her attention away from her PSP," I explained with a sweat dropped.

Seriously Ame-ne...

"I see," he nodded.

"By the way, I'm Kyo Araki," I introduced myself and bowed. "Nice to meet you, Kiyoshi-senpai!"

"Oh, nice to meet you, Kyo-chan."

Kiyoshi-senpai called me by my first name!!!  

"Do you want to walk to school together?" he asked and my attention drifted back to my sister who was about to cross the pedestrian road with the stop light turned red.

"A-Ame-ne!!!!"

Ame's POV

TIMESKIP~

"I told you, you could've been hit by a car! And look what happened!!!" gahh... Kyo's scolding me again. Just leave me and my Kiro alone~

"And stop playing dating sims on your PSP while walking!"

"Shut up Kyo! Leave with my Kiro alone!" I retort facing my back at her.

"You're really weird!" she shouted.

"Ne, Kyo-chan, who's Kiro?" I heard this brunette with Kyo—probably her boyfriend—whisper. But it wasn't really a whisper 'cause I heard it.

"Probably one of her dating sims guys," Kyo answered and followed by a sigh.

"Oi Kyo, who is this new guy you're dating? Is this the Kagami you were talking about?" I questioned, raising an eyebrow at her.

"You raising your eyebrow is useless when you're looking at your PSP," she commented as I rolled my eyes.

"Whatever," my eyes returned to the screen displaying my Kiro~

"Stop playing already!" Kyo took my PSP away.

"O-Oi!" I tried to get it back but she put it in her bag already and looked like she planned to keep it there for the whole day. "Give it back Kyo!" I demanded.

M-My Kiro's waiting for me~~~

"No!" she stated and gestured over to the brunette guy beside her. "Anyway, he's not my boyfriend and he's definitely not Kagami-kun! He has red hair remember?"

I stared at her dumbfounded. "He is?"

Kyo face palmed at me. "I showed you his picture a long time ago! Were you even paying attention?"

"I forgot about it," I replied nonchalantly.

I couldn't care less about him... or anything outside the world...

"You're so careless about the outside world!" she screamed. "And you didn't even say sorry to Kiyoshi-senpai when you bumped into him!"

Kiyoshi? I raised an eyebrow. "Who's Kiyoshi?"

I saw a vein pop on Kyo's head before she hit me hard on the head. "Ow!" I rubbed my head, frowning at her. "What was that for?!"

I looked at the guy who was stifling laughs just beside Kyo as I glared at him. "What are you laughing at, huh, big guy?" I growled, leaning my face closer to his. "Want to fight?"

"Ame-ne, stop!" Kyo pulled me away from the big guy. "He's Kiyoshi! The guy you bumped into earlier! And your classmate for 4 years!"

"He was my classmate?" I have no idea or memory about this guy...

Like I said, I couldn't care less...

"You baka! Say sorry to him now!" then again, Kyo hit me on the head. What did I do to deserve this?

"I-It's okay Kyo-chan, she didn't saw me earlier anyway," this Kiyori guy calmed Kyo down. Wait, was it Kiyone... Kiyosane... Kiyo...

"But, Kiyoshi-senpai!" Oh, right, Kiyoshi.

I rubbed my head and continued walking to school leaving them again. Seriously though, I really don't care about anything. I just want my Kiro back.

"Ame-ne, come back here!"

Kyo's POV

Ame-ne's so rude and careless! And she's cold... She didn't even say sorry when I told her to! That girl! "I'm sorry for my sister's behaviour," I apologized to Kiyoshi-senpai, embarrassed for my sister.

"Oh, it's okay," he assured.

Man, the rumours are right! Kiyoshi-senpai is a pure iron heart! kyaaa!!

"But..."

"Besides," he said. "Ame-chan seems to be a nice girl." he gave me smile.

I sighed. "I wish she could just pay more attention to the real world," and when I tell her to she would always say: "I couldn't care less."

"What do you mean, Kyo-chan?" he asked me. 

"Well, Ame-ne's just really... nonchalant," yeah, that's the right word. "She doesn't care about other people anymore and doesn't even bother to make friends. Her attention is so hard to get!!" 

Kiyoshi-senpai laughed and patted my head. "I see. Don't worry Kyo-chan. We'll find a way to get her full attention." 

"Eh, Kiyoshi-senpai you'll help me?" my eyes sparkled while staring at him admiration. He chuckled. "Why not?" 

I fist pumped. This day is starting out great! First I met my long time basketball idol, and now he's helping me with my sister! This is going to be great!

"Eto, Kyo-chan..." Kiyoshi called me and pointed at my sister's direction. And she... "Ame-ne watch where you're going!!!!" I chased after her. She was probably daydreaming about anime again!
