"now we have sir Teiki for our last event of this mid night show"! The host announced. "Please welcome him with a huge round of applause"! The host added. Teiki entered the stage. "Thank you"! He said and bowed to the audience. He shook hands with the host. The host waved at him and signalled the drummer and the guitarist for the beats. Teiki started playing. Did you know flute was given this much importance? I don't think people acknowledged flute as much as they do today. This was made possible because of some of our very former flute payers.

Teiki was like a heaven's star that shone pretty much in the light of the hearts of the people. His playing reached every soul. Usually flutes bore people since their going is too soft but Teiki's tune was full of life. Even with the guitar and the drums his flute was heard the best out of the three. It was loud but you you won't term it noisy. It had it's own speciality. Loud but heard like crystal itself. That was that.

Coming to Taya. She was too busy with all the tours. Currently in Greece she was playing her second time for the big event. International violin competition held in Greece and proudly representing Japan she got us the twenty third amongst all the other countries that were there. "Now for what you've been waiting! My tune of light"! Taya announced. The crowd cheered till their larynx came off. Taya was the boss of her tune. She did well too.

Coming to Rachel. She sung the third song of the day. Times Square was covered with cheering and roaring. There were men and women who sometimes sang in Chorus with Rachel. She sung the songs that were released already but for the sake of live performance and being a singer she needed something. She couldn't manage three whole new songs within a day so she went with her hits and fortunately it worked. Never ashamed of those lyrics. Her voice was also too suitable. She would fit with any tune and that being said any genre too.

Teiki played the colour green. Unwanted spring but calm and soothing. Taya played the colour red, anger to let people about the song. Rachel played the colour yellow,loneliness that was around since none of her friends were there. Annanse played the colour violet, eternal darkness and Katari played the colour orange, the colour of togetherness. Melange played the colour indigo. The colour of confusion. Everyone had their parts to play with these feelings.

(12th June. 1997)
As for Annanse and Katari, they played amazing too. "Now all we have to do is gather powers. Start please". Melange said. Sweat rolled down her checks. "Yes"! Katari said and he raised his hands in mid air. "Sky magic: rolling wind"! The air around them grew dense. A huge tornado of wind formed and thick mist covered the room. "Alright. Light magic: star light formation"! He said. Around the tornado of wind light got accumulated.

Gathering so much magic in one go is tough but... I and Melange were selected to save the princess so I'll do this no matter what. He thought. "Alright! Next up. Water magic: ocean sparkle"! He added. A huge roar of water floated in mid air along with the light and the wind that was accumulated. Katari! Please. Just hold on a little more. Please! Melange crossed her fingers. Her hair flew on all different directions.

"Earth magic: stone circles"! Stones gathered all around but careful enough to not stop the flow of wind, water or hide the light. Katari looked very exhausted. It looked like his arms couldn't bare the weight of something anymore. His mouth dropped. He was looking weak. "And....finally....fire....magic: CRIMSOM LION FLAME"! He added. Fire spread all around the room. He swiftly got his palms close to each other. Magic around the room collided and there was a huge explosion.

Sally and Maria got back together. Sally was now back to herself (Maria's shadow that is ) and Maria's look cleared. Her hair colour was visible and so was her dress colour. She wasn't a mist girl anymore.

"Now my turn, Katari. I am glad you made it though or we could have done nothing". She said. Tears rolled down her checks. "I..." He could not understand what was she saying. Her tears wouldn't stop. "The only way to get things back to normal is take magic back to it's world and for that someone has to cross earth land borders. I - am the - chosen one". She said and whipped her tears but they just wouldn't stop. "Crossing the earth land borders...so ... You'll.... Never.... Return"? He asked her.

"Yes. That's how it is"! She nodded. Why? Why her? What about her dreams? Her future? "No! You are not going anywhere"! Katari yelled. "I know. I'll be your friend forever right"? She said crying. "No. You will be our friend for forever because you'll stay here forever"! He yelled. "It's pointless"! She screamed. "I. I had no Idea.... This would happen. I would love to be here myself. Off course! I want to spend more time with all of you but.... I have no choice. Her instincts chose me. I want to save everyone. So.... So I'll do it"! She said in her highest tone.

"All my fault. I should have told you about my secret from the start. We could have done this together and none of would have to be seen suffering". Katari said. Tears rolled down his checks.

She took his hand and handed him a weird looking flower. "I'll fight till I win. If this falls, it would mean I am no more but victorious". She said. The portal to the magic world opened. "We could have been really good friends"! Katari screamed. His eyes drowned in water. "Yes. We are". She said smiling.

"I am sorry katari. I should have made up with you. But I don't understand the meaning of being a good idol". She said. "No. You will always be a special one. The one everyone admires". He said. His grip on her hand grew tighter. Maria flew in the portal. "Come on Melange"! She said crying.

( Two hours later)
"She left"? Annanse asked. "Yes. She said she did not want to play anymore". Katari replied.

(Midnight. 15th June 1997 )
"Big brother Katari"! A girl burst in his room. "Huh"? He turned around. The little girl was breathing heavily. "Who are you"? He asked. "But please come in". He added. "Where's my older sister? Where's Melange"? She said panting. "What"? Katari looked shocked.
"Melange big sister. I am Sume. Melange's younger sister. Daddy told me everything"! She said. Panting.

(Evening show. 12th June 1998)
"And the winner of this competition is Sume"! The host announced. "Sume! Sume!" The crowd cheered. "Big brother Annanse! I mean Sensei. Look. Look. I got it again"! Sume went running to Annanse at the back stage. "Yes. You are amazing"! Annanse said. She hugged him. "But look. Who's here to cheer you on". He added. Katari showed up. "Katari-san! Big brother Katari"! Sume lit up. She went running to him and hugged. Carl and Zen showed up. There were seven of then. Sume and her friends that is.

Rachel is now an international singer. Annanse is a three year champion pianist and an amazing child's coach. Taya is a professional violinist in Greece. I am a professional pianist too. Teiki is best flute player representing Japan in every other country. Sume is now a part of us. Her colour. Blue. Only indigo is missing. Our only colour is missing. But now it's all fine. We all will play enough for you too. These seven kids. Your prayers. Our prayers. Are not going to go in vain. Sume will with her friends achieve what we couldn't. I hope they stay friends forever!

"Alright guys! Let's be competitors eternally and forever together in our hearts and eternally too"! Sume raised her hand. All the six boys did too. "Let's do this"! They all cheered. katari looked at them happily. Melange! They will form the new tune of the rainbow!
