Hi! It was the summer of 2014. I was just becoming more popular. As I frequently did, I had to go to a party. I brought my then-boyfriend, Jai Brooks. He said such horrible things about me the year prior, but I thought I loved him. I thought my love for him could weather any storm. I didn't realize what a was doing to my self, until that one night. As I said before, I had to go to a party. I called up Jai and let him know he had to come with me.
"Hey Jai, we have to go to some party tonight."
"Will the press be there?"
"It's a celebrity party, of course they will!"
"Alright, then I'll go."
I didn't understand why he had to know if the press would be there. Since it was a celebrity party, I thought it was obvious. My stylist, Briggite, picked out the perfect floor-length violet chiffon gown for me. It was a rather fancy party. Jai arrived at my home in L.A. and we called a limo. The party was in a huge mansion, I actually think it was Rihanna's. My songs were actually playing and and I freaked out!
"Jai! Jai! My songs are playing!"
"Ugh, great. But they won't play MY songs."
"Oh, um, Hun aren't you happy?"
"HAHA no, they should love ME."
I bumped into my good friend, Jessie J. She gave me a huge hug. I saw my other friend as well, Big Sean. As I was talking to him, Jai let me know he had to go to the bathroom.
I talked to Big Sean for at least ten minutes. I realized the Jai had been in the bathroom for ten minutes. I went to go find him and he was kissing another girl, namely Kylie Jenner.
"ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!"
"Heh heh, oh, hi Ari!"
"Don't you 'Oh hi Ari!' me! First you say I cheated on you and spread all these vicious lies about me, and now you cheat on ME? I should've known! You are an egotistical person who cares about nothing except his own fame!"
That was when my life turned upside down. My entire relationship with Jai flashed before my eyes. Everything made sense. I just stared at him. Then the unexpected became expected. He shouted out:
"DON'T DIRTY MY REPUTATION!"
Jai lunged forward and punched me in the face. I passed out.
