In preeran's room..
Preeta enters the room followed by karan.
K: preetaa.... Preeta kya hua.. tum aise achanak se waha se kyu chali aayi...
P:(looks down and doesn't speak anything)
K: preeta kuch toh bolo pls.. kya tum jaanti thi ki Mahira ne yeh sab kiya hai?
P: haa. Muzhe pata tha... Jab tum kamre se chale gaye the tab Mahira na muzhe jabardasti khaana khilane ki koshish ki thi... Tab usne muzhe dhamki di ki mein vrat tod du varna jaise usne muzhe zeher khilakar maa ko lockup bhijvaya tha vaise hi voh hum dono ko alag kar degi.....( She starts crying)
K: tumne muzhe pehle kyu nahi bataya.. uski itni himmat kaise hui tumhe chot pohochane ki... Preeta tum rona band karo.. shaant ho jao.. tum jaanti ho ki muzhe bilkul nahi pasand tumhe rote hue dekh kar..
P: (she is still crying... Her tears are not stopping)
Karan comes closer and hugs her... And calms her down...

P: meine tumhe pehle hi kaha tha na ki Mahira sahi ladki nahi hai.. tumne meri baat pe vishwaas kyu nahi kiya karan😭😭
K: shaant ho jao.. mein jaanta hu galti ho gayi muzhse.. lekin ab aage aisa kuch nahi hoga...( He breaks the hug and wipes her tears).. nd ab mein humesha tumhare saath rahunga.... Aur Mahira ko uske kiye ki sazah jaroor milegi....
Preeta faintly smiles.... Karan kisses her forehead... Both share an eyelock

At dining table....
All are having their breakfast... Karan and preeta are coming down where karan is holding preeta's hand. Mahira sees this and fumes... Karan sees Mahira and gets angry but preeta presses his hand to calm him down....

M: karan aao na... Betho na mere paas.. dekho meine tumhare liye khaas custard banaya hai...
K: Mahira meine tumhe pehle bhi kaha hai ki yeh sab matt karo... Accept karlo ki preeta meri biwi hai aur humesha vahi rahegi...
All smile listening to this except kareena, sherlyn and Mahira....
Karan makes preeta sit and sits beside her.....
K: mein kuch kehna chahta hu... Aur poochna bhi...
M: bolo na karan.... Mein jaanti hu tum yahi kehna chahte ho na ki tumhe accha laga yeh jaankar ki meine tumhare liye kal vrat rakha tha....
K: stop it Mahira... Yeh pagalpan band karo... Mein yeh kehna chahta hu ki sherlyn ne toh kal subhe sargi ke waqt bataya tha ki voh pregnant hai aur sarla maa ne laddo parso raat ko laaye the... Fir voh kaise tumhare bacche ko maarna chahegi bolo....
Rakhi: bilkul theek keh raha hai karan tu....
K: aur doosra ki voh laddoo toh parso raat ko meine, rishab aur kritika ne khaaye the... Hume toh kuch nahi hua.... Kyu Rishab kritika?
Both nod
Kri: haa bhai.. muzhe toh kuch bhi nahi hua..
Rishab also says the same....
K: iska matlab yahi hua ke kisi ne baad mein usme zeher milaya tha.... Kyu Mahira aur sherlyn??
Both look at him with tensed face...
Kareena: karan tum in dono se kyu pooch rahe ho... Jaroor iss preeta ne milaya hoga taaki sherlyn ka baccha marr jaaye...
K: bua ab aap kuch bhi bol rahe hai... Preeta aisa kyu karegi.... Aur pehli baat toh usne khudh voh laddoo khaaye the.. voh apne aap ko zeher kyu khilayegi.... Aur dusri yeh ki voh Mahira aur sherlyn hi the jinhone complaint ki thi sarla maa ke khilaf...

M: karan muzhe kuch nahi pata... Mein toh sherlyn ki health ko dekh ke tension mein aa gayi thi isiliye complaint ki...
K: enough now... Sarla maa ne kuch nahi kiya aur aaj ke baad preeta ya uske parivaar walo ko kisi ne bhi nuksaan pohochane ki koshish ki toh muzhse bura koi nahi hoga...

Preeta is touched by Karan's words and has tears in her eyes... Karan looks at her but she quickly wipes the tears....

After breakfast everybody are in their respective rooms....
P: thank you karan... Thank you so much... Aaj tumne jo kaha voh sachme muzhe bohot accha laga...
K: Preeta Luthra... Tum meri biwi ho aur tumhara parivaar mera bhi parivaar hai... Aur apne parivaar ko mein nahi bachaunga toh kon bachayega...
Preeta smiles.... Karan moves closer... Preeta looks down in nervousness....
Karan pecks on her cheeks and winks at her and hugs her tightly...

Preeta hugs him back and closes her eyes... Karan too is lost in the moment....

In Mahira's room
Mahira and sherlyn are tensed thinking that karan has a doubt on both of them.... They both decide not to do anything until karan calms down.....

Here preeran break their hug and have an eyelock and smile looking at each other.... At that time Rakhi enters and says
Rakhi: puttar muzhe lagta hai ki tum dono ko ab kuch samay akele bitana chahiye... Kal itna sab kuch ho gaya...
K: mom mein kuch samjha nahi
P: haa maa
Rakhi: mein yeh keh rahi thi ki tum dono kuch dino ke liye kahi ghum ke aa jao... Matlab ab tum dono ki nayi nayi shaadi hui hai... Tum dono honeymoon pe chale jao... Isse tum dono ek saath kuch waqt bita sako....

Hearing this both blush and looks here and there.... Rakhi gives them tickets for their honeymoon saying that this is a gift from her and Mahesh.... Both agree...

Rakhi informs everyone... Kareena opposes but then karan says that he himself wants to go for the trip with preeta... Hearing this she keeps quiet... Mahira is shocked listening to this.... She too tries to object but then remembers not to do anything for few days so that karan doesn't doubt her....

Rakhi: puttar tum dono jaa hi rahe ho to preeta ko shopping pe leja ....
Karan nods and asks preeta to get ready.... Preeta nods.... Both leave for shopping...
