"Tumhari prepartions hogayi sab raat k event k liye?"Maddy started the conversation after making himself comfortable on couch beside mine.

"Hmm!"I glanced at him while watching tv.

"Wese Candyfloss can I ask you something ?"He asked getting a little serious and i just nodded without looking at him.

I don't know why but it doesn't feel good to talk to him when Manik is not around.

"You guys had a love marriage or it was arranged?"His question made me look at him and I smiled slightly.,"It was arranged.Manik rishta le kar aye the."

"Tou tum ne haan kar di?"He asked with little melancholy and i chuckled,"Kesi baat kar rahe ho Maddy."

"No!I'm serious.Just look at him how rude and arrogant he is.Harsh ne kese tumhara haath uske haath main de diya?"He spoke with anger tinted in his voice and I switched off the tv.

"He is the best  thing ever happened to me!"I stated seriously with a wide smile and he rolled his eyes.
"Yeah that's why you guys are getting divorce."

"What?"I scrutinised my eyes in confusion and he stood up from the couch and kneeled down infront of me jerking me for a moment.

"What are you doing?"I was confounded terribly as he held my palms at my laps.

Ye aagaye na tou pta nhi kia karenge iske sath!

"Candyfloss!I know you're not happy with him.His ruthless behaviour his anger issues every habit of him seems trouble.Main janta hn k tum majboori main reh rahi ho Manik k sath isilye tou Harsh ne divorce file kiya hai tumhare liye."His words made me shocked and I jerked his palms immediately.

"Aesa kuch nhi hai Maddy.We are not taking divorce.Tumhe koi ghlt fehmi hui hai.Aur Manik k baare main tum kuch na hi kaho tou behtar hai.Agar zameen par tum koii farishta-sifat insaan dekhna chahoge na tou tumhe inse behtar koi nhi dikhega."I was angry now.Maddy's stupid words took me off-guard.

"Dekho Candyfloss tumhe ye sab kehne ki zaroorat nhi hai.Main janta hn tumhare past ki wajah se tumne apne aap ko Manik k hawale kar dia but iski zaroorat nhi hai tumhe."He took a pause.His palm was caressing my cheek.

"I love you Candyfloss!Jab se hum college main the na tab se lekin bas kabhi mauqa hi nhi bna confession ka aur phir jab maine tumse milna chaha tou pta chla you're married."I was still listening his words.What is he even saying.

"MADHYAM SINGHANIA!"The roar echoed in the house and my eyes located Manik standing at the door.His knuckles hard,teeth gritted,chest wheezing.The anger in his eyes was terrifying.

"How dare you?"And in the next moment Maddy was punched into face very harshly.

"Manik!"A squeal left my mouth in horror seeing blood oozing out of Maddy's nose.

"Teri himmat kese hui meri biwi se ye sab kehne ki!Bastard!"And Manik punched him again.

"Suniye!"I tried intervening in between when he turned his ferocious orbs at me."Don't come in between!Maine kaha tha na tumse apne dost ko bolo apni had main rahe,mere bardasht ka imtehaan na le.Lekin nhi tumhe koi baat samagh kaha ati hai."Manik punched him again and Maddy stood up,pushing him with all his strength.

"Manik Malhotra stop bossing around.Biwi hai teri khareeda nhi hai tune ise k jo tu bolega ye wohi karegi cut-putli ki tarah."Maddy too roared and I looked at him in shock.

"What is wrong with you Maddy?"I shouted at him.My eyes pooling with tears.Is he gone mad?

Kabse bakwas kiye ja raha hai!

"You don't need to get scared Nandani!Main hn tumhare sath."He smiled at me and I felt banging my head on the wall.

"Main chorunga nhi tughe."I heard Manik's growl and in next moment Maddy was again down on floor as Manik has punched him very hard."Nandani meri hai!Sirf meri hai!Teri himmat hui kese meri biwi se ye sab kehne ki?"With passing time intensity of his punches increased and i felt so helpless at the moment.

Before Manik could beat him more Maddy punched him. "Manik!"I sobbed coming in between.Tears streaming from my eyes.

"Kia kar rahe hain aap donu."I yelled in frustration.Blood was leaking from his lips.

"Please!Stop!"I cried looking into my man's angry eyes and he gritted his teeth," How dare he Nandani?How dare he?"He growled with his high breaths and i wiped the corner of his mouth with my saree's pallu.

"Main sirf apki hn aur main sirf apse hi mohabbat karti hn.Ye jante haina aap."I confessed pressurising each and every word,so that both men could hear clearly.

Before I could assure him through my eyes a whisper from behind shook me,
"Tou phir uss din tum kyon chor k bhaag rahi thi Manik ko?"

My eyes met Manik's eyes and he had this question too.

"You chose me over everyone!"Maddy spoke victoriously and I felt a tear coming into my man's eyes.

Nhi aesa nhi hai Manik!

"Shut up!"Turning back I slapped Maddy on his already bruised cheek.

"Do you even know what shit you are saying?"I shouted at his face and this time he looked stunned.

"Manik ko chor kar maine tumhe nhi chuna tha,Hospital main  ittefaq se tumne mughe dekh liya tha aur tum mughe apne sath le gaye the ek dost ban kar.
Jis takleef se uss waqt main guzar rahi thi uss waqt maine khud ko us qabil nhi samjha tha k main apne shohar ka samna kar sakoo."I stopped to take a breath,my body shivering as the cruel past came infront of my eyes again.

"And I was wrong.Main ghlt thi."My voice muffled out feeling the mistake I made that time.More tears cascaded down my cheek.

"Jis se main chup k bhaag rahi thi wo khud mera raazdaar hi tou tha.Usne tou kabhi mughe ye mehsoos hi nhi karaya k main ek istemaal ki hui aurat hn."I cried more.

Turning back i looked at my husband and he was crying too. "Agar koi mughse puche na k abhi tak tum zinda kese ho tou main yhi kahungi k ye mere Manik ne zindagi di hai mughe.Inse ziada koi mughe pyaar nhi kar sakta."Our eyes were connected.The pain we felt in four years was dripping from our eyes through tears.

"Manik meri jaan hain aur yhi mera jahan bhi."I turned towards Maddy declaring and defining everything.Maddy too had tears but this had to happen.I had to stop him from enhancing his feelings for me more.

"I'm Sorry Candyfloss!"He mumbled with a broken heart and went upstairs.

"Dard ho raha haina?" Turning towards my husband I cried looking at his bruised lip and he nodded with tears.

"Bohot!Marham laga do."He cried and i fused my lips with him without any argument,standing on his toes,I cupped his cheeks.Kissing him like never before.
His palms clutching my waist firmly.

"I can't let you go again.Nhi jee paunga iss baar."He cried amidst the kiss and i deepened the kiss more,grabbing his thick hair furiously.

"Main bhi nhi reh sakti apke bagair.I love you!I love you so much meri jaan!"I cried breaking the kiss and he smiled beautifully amidst his tears.

"That day in hospital when I saw my pictures circulating on social sites in your phone I was shocked.If I were not pregnant i would've taken my life there only.Main khud ko sambhaal hi nhi payi.Mughe kuch samagh hi nhi aya."Finally I thought to speak out.The burden on my heart and soul meant to be lifted now.

"Sssshhh!"He hushed me while wiping my tears when I shook my head at him.

I continued to hiccup as I loathed my cruel past.

"Uss raat maine socha k main kahin dur ja kar iss bache ko janam dene k baad khud ki jaan le lungi but destiny had it's own plans.Maddy found me in the hospital and took me with him.I lived with him for one year and then Harsh bhaiya found me and I moved with him.Is sab main maine apko kho diya Manik.Bohot mushkil the meri zindagi k wo chaar saal jo maine apke baghair bitaye."I looked up at him and he wiped my tears. "Mere liye bhi!You know I always knew about you lekin bas tumhari hi izzat ki khatir main nhi aya.Tumhe kia lagta hai roz garden main tum akeli ati thi?"He chuckled amidst his tears and I smiled too,"Nhi there was an old man too who used to look at me behind his glasses."

He widened his eyes in amusement when I chuckled, "Aap undercover agent hain tou kiya hua main bhi ek undercover agent ki biwi hn."

"Impressive Mrs.Malhotra!"He gave me an impressive look and i smiled keeping my head on his chest again.

"I went to Mumbai to delete all those picture from Hassan's cell phone which we buried along with him in that building only.Aur phir cyber cell se contact kar k wo pictures maine har jagah se delete karwayi bas ate hue tumhare liye tohfa liya lekin pohoncha tou tum nhi thi."He spoke glumly and I planted a kiss at his chest as a token of love.

Yes!Sheikh Hassan had uploaded my nude pictures on social sites with a prostitute caption.Bas marne se pehle bhi usne koi kasar na chori mughe barbaad karne ki. 

We heard Maddy's voice"Nandani!"as he was  coming downstairs and I tried to climb down from my husband's  laps but he held me tighter.

"Sunein!"I looked at him and he rolled eyes,"Kiya?No i'm not leaving you.Apni biwi ko baahon main liye betha hun kisi aur larki ko thori."

"I'm Sorry Manik!"Maddy came towards us asking for an apology and my hubby sighed before giving him a small smile. "It's fine." He muttered plainly.

Maddy had his carryall along with him which made me ask him," Maddy you are leaving?"

"Yes!I can't live here anymore.It hurts to see your love with someone else."He smiled softly yet sadly while glancing Manik and Manik gave him a fake smile.

"Goodbye Candyfloss!Take care!"He forwarded his palm and I accepted it,smilingly.

He is my friend after all and he is a nice man too.Its love who makes a person rebellious.

"Take care!"I left his palm and he went towards the main door with his carryall.

"Thank God!"Manik sighed happily and I glared at him.

"Wese Candyfloss be ready agle janam main tumhe meri hi hona hai."Maddy yelled while turning back before leaving and I chuckled with wide eyes.

"Iski tou!"Manik tried standing up but i didn't let him and he pursed his lips.

"He was joking!"I defended my friend and my husband gave me a fierce look.

"Tum agle saaton janam main meri hi rahogi.Mrs.Nandani Manik Malhotra bas that's final!"He declared and I nodded my head obediently.

"Chlo ab mughe chummi do!"He demanded making my eyes wide.

Phir chummi!Ek insaan itni chummian kese kar sakta hai Aiyappa!

"Bilkul bhi nhi bohot maze kar liye apne."I too declared while trying to jump from his laps but he had held me so tightly.

"We are doing it again.I want it."He spoke seriously and i felt my eyes would fall out from their sockets.

Kitne besharam hogaye hain ye.

Before I could object he stood up and started ascending stairs with me in his arms.

"Sunein kia hogaya hai apko.Abhi sab aa jayenge.Minno aa jayegi phir wo kia soche...My words left in mouth as he captured my lips and entered into the room.
And I know there was no escape now.

Wese na mughe bhi kuch kuch karne main bara maza ata hai! Wo tou main inhe btati nhi.Abhi inka ye haal hai agar maine bta diya tou phir tou ye iske ilawa aur koi kaam karenge hi nhi.
