The Mehra family shifted to Mumbai a month ago. Ruhana's father got transferred to Mumbai. It took them the whole time to settle into their new home. The next big task for them is to get Ruhana admitted to a nice school. They know that it's around the end of the school year, but since it's the same school that Ruhana was studying at in Delhi, it became easy for them to get her admitted to GSK Public School.

It's a fine day, Ronit comes home and little Ruhana runs to her father, hugging his legs. He keeps his bag on the sofa and lifts his daughter in his arms.

"Hmm, toh hamari gudiya hamara intezar kar rahi thi?" He asks lovingly.

"Yesh, Dadda. Aaj aap, ten minutes late hai." She says this, counting on her fingers, causing her dad to laugh.

"Achcha, par dadda aapke liye ek achchi khabar laaye hai." Ronit says this as he sits on another couch.

"Achcha, kya hua? Ronit, aapne us waqt jaldi se phone rakh diya tha, kya hua?" Sandhya asks as she serves water to him.

"Sab achcha hai, Sandhya. Ruhana ka admission ho gaya hai. Vo Monday se school jaana shuru kar sakti hai. Bas kal ek baar school jana hoga, to let them know ki Ruhana ne kitna course khatam kar liya hai, uske baad vo log bhi help kar denge." Ronit informs.

"Yay! Matlab, new friends, milenge mujhe?" Ruhana asks; she's fond of meeting new people.

"Haan, mera bachcha, lekin apne friends, soch samajh ke chunna. Aise hi kisi ko bhi trust nahi karte hai." Sandhya says.

"I know, Mumma. Chalo, hum, new dress laayenge." Ruhana chuckles, causing her parents to smile.

A week has passed since the new year. It's Saturday the other day, so Ronit and Sandhya plan to buy a new dress and school bag for their daughter. It's going to be a good start for the little girl.

It's a usual day at the GSK Public School. Ruhana's parents take her to the school. They meet the principal, who then takes Ruhana to her class. The teachers and the students are starting to settle after the morning assembly.

The Principal takes her into the first standard class, Class I A. As they watch, the teacher has entered the class and is asking the students to take out their Science Books. The Principal seeks Ruhana's attention and takes her into the class.

"Mrs. Bakshi, she's the new girl; she has migrated here from our Delhi branch." The principal introduces Ruhana to the teacher, who also happens to be the class teacher at class 1A.

"My name is Ruhana Mehra." Ruhana introduces herself when the teacher asks for her name.

Hearing her name, a boy looks up, and he immediately recognises her from his outing to the beach. His name is Vineet. He chuckles seeing her there, calls out her name loudly and waves at her. Little Ruhana looks at him; she's a little embarrassed at the moment, but then she remembers him from the other day. He's her new friend. The class teacher also scolds him, at which Vineet stops his antics and stands quietly. The teacher peers at the little boy.

"Tum isey kaise jaante ho, Vineet? Ye toh aaj pehli baar yahan aayi hai." Mrs. Bakshi asks.

"Ma'am, vo...ye meri dost hai, Ruhana. Hum-hum beach pe mile they." He replies with a boyish grin while Ruhana bows her head.

Mrs Bakshi introduces Ruhana to the class and also asks a few students to help her with the class work. For the rest of the session, Ruhana has to follow the rules of this branch of the school. Mrs Bakshi makes Ruhana sit on the first bench, near Kritika, the class topper.

Soon, the class begins as Mrs Bakshi starts to teach a new chapter. On the other hand, Vineet is grinning looking at Ruhana. It seems like he's been searching for her and her arrival has granted her wish.

Now, this is truth, Ruhana and Vineet promised to meet again, and here, they have come across in the same school, and same clas. If the god want to unite two souls.. then the whole universe would help them in this divine process.

Several days pass by. Ruhana has started mingling with the students. Kritika became her best friend who helped her with the homework and classwork.She's a shy, polite and well-mannered girl in the school. The teachers are quite impressed with the little girl.

Kritika tells her about the pranks that Vineet and his group play in the class. She also tells Ruhana that she should stay away from Vineet, but Ruhana feels amused. He had been so kind to her on the other day when they met at the beach. When no one wanted to play with her, he came forward and befriended her.

Ruhana learnt that the good girls of the class hated him, but she can;t find any reason to hate him.

Well, Vineet, too, has not played any prank on Ruhana as he does on other girls. Where other girls didn;t talk to Vineet, Ruhana initiated friendship with the naughty boy of the class. She's been his silent supporter, but they hardly talk in the class, All the exchange of words is done when necessary.

The ongoing session finishes in four months, and it's four months of the sweet friendship that has bloomed between Ruhana and Vineet.
