Raven waited for the backup Oracle mentioned. She waited next to the unconscious Tsukuyomi. She took a glance at him and couldn't help but notice the handsome figure before her. But as she did, out from the door came Batman, Nightwing and Robin. 

Robin: Looks like we missed the fun!

Nightwing: I was just thinking the same thing!

Batman: Cut the chatter you two. 

Batman sees Raven next to the unconscious Tsukuyomi and walks up to her.

Batman: What happened here?

Raven: I was kidnapped by Scarecrow some time ago. He was experimenting his Fear Toxin on everyone he's kidnapped. Before he could test it on me, I tried to get out. That's when Tsukuyomi came in. He cleared the guys out and went after Scarecrow.

Batman: What happened next?

Raven: Before going after him, Tsukuyomi told me to find a place to hide. Next thing I know, I'm seeing that shadow thing trying to take over. 

Hearing that got Batman's attention. He saw that Tsukuyomi was fine, yet unconscious. He wondered how this girl managed to take control of Dark Shadow.

Batman: How did you stop Dark Shadow?

Raven: I used my powers to help tame it. 

After hearing that, Batman then picks up Tsukuyomi and turns to Raven.

Batman: Follow me. We have more to discuss about this.

Raven: Okay. 

As Batman and Raven walk, the Dark Knight turns to Robin and Nightwing.

Batman: I want you to round up Scarecrow and his thugs and take them to the GCPD.

Nightwing: Always leave the clean up detail to us eh Batman?

Batman: Round them up and take them to Gordon. I have this to deal with. 

Robin: Got it! 

Batman soon led Raven to the Batmobile. Raven got in as Batman placed the unconscious Tsukuyomi inside. After that, Batman gets in and begins to drive the Batmobile, Raven is in disbelief that she was in the Batmobile right next to Batman. The ride was filled with silence as the got to the Batcave. Sometime later, Tsukuyomi woke up.

Tsukuyomi: Wh....what happened?

Batman: You lost control of Dark Shadow while fighting Scarecrow.

Hearing that filled Tsukuyomi with dread and despair. The last time he lost control of Dark Shadow resulted in the death of a villain. 

Tsukuyomi: Did....did I.....did I.....

Batman: No. The girl you saved managed to help reign in Dark Shadow through some sort of magic. 

Hearing that greatly relieved Tsukuyomi as Batman continues to tell him about what had happened.

Batman: Your blood report shows small traces of Scarecrow's Fear Toxin in your system.

Hearing that reminded Tsukuyomi of his encounter with Scarecrow.

Tsukuyomi: Scarecrow gassed me when I confronted him. I could feel Dark Shadow trying to take control. But I was able to hold him off for as long as I could. But the fight weakened my ability to control him. After that, everything went black.

Batman: We'll have to work on helping you control Dark Shadow. But besides that, you did well in taking out Scarecrow's secret lab. Even when under the influence of Scarecrow's Fear Toxin you managed to take him on. 

Tsukuyomi: I just wish I didn't lose control. I got lucky this time, but what if I lose control again?

Batman: As I said, we'll work on that. In time, you should be able to keep control even in total darkness. It seems Aizawa was right about you.

Tsukuyomi: I'm glad I have your approval. What now?

Batman: You will go on patrol. 

Tsukuyomi: What about Raven?

Batman: I've sent her to Robin. He'll deal with her. For now, you'll go on patrol to Gotham. 

Tsukuyomi: Are you sure about me going on patrol?

Batman: You won't be going alone. I'll be going with you. Will that be fine?

Hearing that brought comfort to Tsukuyomi. Despite his training, Tsukuyomi was still new to Gotham. But in those few months in Gotham, he already took down a Gotham villain in the form of Scarecrow. Soon, Batman and Tsukuyomi were scouting Gotham from the rooftops. While on patrolling, Tsukuyomi notices something. 

Tsukuyomi: Batman! There's something going on? 

Batman pulls off a pair of binoculars and looks to where Tsukuyomi pointed out. He sees group of armed mercenaries entering an office building. Batman and Tsukuyomi go to investigate. Once they reach a vantage point overlooking the office building where they devise a plan.

Batman: That's the campaign office of Lincoln March. He's running for Mayor against Hamilton Hill. But why are armed mercenaries raiding his office?

Tsukuyomi: Could they have been hired by Hill?

Batman: Unlikely. Corrupted as he is, even he wouldn't resource to something like this.

Batman then obverses the area to look for any openings.

Batman: We have two openings. There's the entrance which will most likely be heavily guarded. As for the top floor window, there's a nearby building which overlooks it. Both approaches are viable. We'll split. I'll take the entrance and you'll take the other route. We'll meet back inside. 

Tsukuyomi: Agreed. 

Batman and Tsukuyomi soon split up. In the office building, some of the armed mercenaries pillage the office looking for something. A man wearing a Silver Monkey mask leads these men. 

Mercenary: We're not seeing anything Silver Monkey!

Silver Monkey: Keep looking! March is going to regret crossing us! Look everywhere! We're not leaving empty handed! 

Mercenary: Yes sir!

As the mercenaries scour through March's office, Tsukuyomi gets to the roof of the building and plans his approach. As he does so, Dark Shadow pops out. 

Dark Shadow: So what's the plan buddy?

Tsukuyomi: We're going to get inside and clear them out. We'll interrogate the leader and find out what's going on. 

Dark Shadow: Sounds like a plan to me! Now let's make an entrance!

Tsukuyomi pulls out a grappling gun and shoots the area above the window. He then swings onto the room and crashes through the window.

Mercenary: How the fuck did the Bat find us?!

Tsukuyomi then summons Dark Shadow and they swiftly take out the mercenaries until Silver Monkey remains. 

Silver Monkey: Impressive. Not bad for an amateur. 

Tsukuyomi: What are you doing in Lincoln March's campaign office?

Silver Monkey: You think I'm just gonna tell you that? 

Tsukuyomi: We can do this the easy way or the hard way. Your choice!

Silver Monkey then pulls out a sword and begins laughing.

Silver Monkey: Then I guess we're going the hard way! 

Tsukuyomi and Dark Shadow soon attack Silver Monkey, but his reflexes prove too fast for them as he tosses a flash grenade. Seeing it, Tsukuyomi covers his eyes, but the blinding flash forces Dark Shadow to retreat. Silver Monkey then presses the assault on Tsukuyomi, but then uses his bladed fins in his gauntlet to block the sword. 

Silver Monkey: For a UA reject, you're not half bad!

Hearing that stunned Tsukuyomi. No one in Gotham should know about Tsukuyomi's identity. 

Tsukuyomi: How do you know?!

Silver Monkey: That would be telling!

Tsukuyomi then uses his gauntlets to shatter the sword. But Silver Monkey immediately pulls out his wrist gauntlet claws and begins slashing at Tsukuyomi. He then throws a fireball at Tsukuyomi, damaging his suit. 

Tsukuyomi: A Fire Quirk?!

Silver Monkey: There's more to me than meets the eye. 

As he says that, Batman enters the room. 

Silver Monkey: More company? Looks like March is gonna have to wait!

Silver Monkey then throws a smoke grenade, covering the entire area in smoke. Batman activates Detective Vision in his cowl.

Batman: Tsukuyomi! Out the window!

Batman and Tsukuyomi then give chase as Silver Monkey tries to get away from them. Batman throws some Batarangs but Silver Monkey manages to dodge them. Eventually, Silver Monkey reaches a dead end as Batman and Tsukuyom begin to surround him. 

Batman: It's over! You've got no where to go!

 Silver Monkey: When no exit is visible, make your own!

Silver Monkey then throws two powerful fireballs in front of the two heroes. The impact of the blast destroys the floor beneath them, giving Silver Monkey time to escape. 

Tsukuyomi: Batman! Are you all right?

Batman: I'm fine! Go after him! 

Tsukuyomi gets back up and onto the roof, but finds that Sliver Monkey got away. He returns to Batman to help him up.

Tsukuyomi: He got away.

Batman: This is troubling.

Tsukuyomi: He knows I'm from UA.

Batman: What?!

Tsukuyomi: While I was fighting him, he called me a UA reject. But would he know I was from UA? You, Robin, Nightwing, Oracle and Alfred are the only knows that know I'm from UA. 

Batman pondered this. 

Batman: We'll have to figure this out another time. For now, we go back and gather the mercenaries back in Lincoln March's campaign office and contact Gordon. 

Some time later, Commissioner James Gordon and a detachment of GCPD officers go to the campaign office to take the mercenaries to custody.

Batman: Rough night Jim?

Gordon: It was actually a quiet night for once till I get a call from you that mercenaries broke into Lincoln March's campaign office. 

The seasoned GCPD commissioner then looks to see Tsukuyomi. 

Gordon: Another one? 

Tsukuyomi: The name's Tsukuyomi. I'm training with Batman.

Dark Shadow then appears to greet Gordon.

Dark Shadow: And I'm Dark Shadow! Nice to meet ya Commish!

Dark Shadow then throws a thumbs up. Dark Shadow's sudden appearance scared Gordon. He's seen some crazy things in his life, but this seemed to top it.

Gordon: Uh....Commissioner Jim Gordon. Anyway, was that all of them?

Batman: Their leader got away. 

Gordon: You'll find him! You always do. 

Gordon then turns to see the mercenaries being place into the SWAT vans. 

Gordon: Even though you didn't get the leader, you still did a good.......

But when Gordon turned around, Batman and Tsukuyomi were gone.

Gordon: Every damn time!

Moments later, Batman and Tsukuyomi gathered on the roof overlooking the crime scene to discuss what had happened. 

Tsukuyomi: So what now Batman? 

Batman: For now we turn in for the night. I doubt we'll be able to find Silver Monkey or anyone else at this point. We go back to the Batcave and reconvene. 

Tsukuyomi: If that's you think is best, then I will follow.

Batman and Tsukuyomi then end their patrol and return to the Batcave. Meanwhile in an unknown location, Silver Monkey meets with a shadowy figure and bows to him.

???: How was your mission?

Silver Monkey: We weren't able to find anything on Lincoln March. We encountered Batman on someone from UA.

???: UA? Interesting.

Silver Monkey: But as you can see, I managed to get away. 

???: Lincoln March thinks his allies will be able to protect him. He is wrong. Let him think he's safe. He'll be exposed soon enough. 

Silver Monkey: What about UA? When will we strike there?

???: Patience Silver Monkey. You will have your vengeance soon enough. But for now, we must focus on our endeavors here in Gotham. Once we deal with these threats, we shall advance with our plans.

Silver Monkey: And UA will burn?

The mysterious figure then walks to Silver Monkey and puts his hand on his shoulder. 

???: UA and everything it stands for will be destroyed. And everyone who has wronged you will be punished. You have my word. 

Silver Monkey then gets up. 

???: Your patience will be rewarded in due time, Silver Monkey. But until then, we must attend to our plans here in Gotham. Once we are done here, UA will be next. 

The mysterious figure then lets out a laugh as a new threat prepares his plans for both Gotham City and UA.
