After failing to capture Silver Monkey, Batman and Tokoyami return to the Batcave where they rest for the night. The next day, Batman and Tokoyami attempt to piece together what had happened that night.

Tokoyami: Any thing?

Batman: I've searched the GCPD criminal database for anyone matching the description of the attacker from last night, but no one matches his description. 

Tokoyami: What about the men we captured?

Batman: Gordon's interrogating them as we speak. It'll be some time before he gets anything. But for now, this case is running cold. 

Tokoyami is still exhausted from the other night. The fact that Silver Monkey knew that he was from UA still disturbed him. Batman took off his Batsuit and back as Bruce Wayne.

Wayne: Lincoln March is having a campaign event in Gotham for his campaign for Mayor. I'm going to see what he has to say.

Tokoyami: Is there any thing I can do? 

Wayne: Tim wanted to see you. It involves the girl from the Scarecrow mission. I'll let you know what comes up.

Tokoyami exited the Batcave to meet up with Tim Drake also known as Robin, who was waiting for him inside Wayne Manor.

Tokoyami: You wanted to speak with me about the girl?

Drake: That and an offer.

Tokoyami: What kind of offer?

Drake: Besides being Batman's partner, I'm also the leader of the Teen Titans. I think you'd be perfect for the team!

Tokoyami was taken a back by Drake's offer. But he was also cautious after losing control of Dark Shadow back at the incident with Scarecrow. Drake could see the concern on his face.

Drake: I understand you're the loner type like Bruce, but if you're concerned about Dark Shadow, that's when Raven comes in. 

Tokoyami: I'm listening. 

Drake: If we recruit Raven, she can easily help you keep control whenever Dark Shadow tries to takeover. 

Tokoyami takes a moment to think about Drake's offer. Having Raven around would be able to help him keep control of Dark Shadow in the case of losing control. 

Tokoyami: I'm in. 

Drake: Great! You can go over to Raven's place. She lives in the Narrows in an abandoned house. You want Alfred to give you a lift?

Tokoyami: Sure.

After a moment, Alfred drives Tokoyami to the location that Drake was talking about. 

Alfred: Will that be all for the day Master Tokoyami?

Tokoyami: That'll be all Alfred. Thank you. 

Alfred then drives away as Tokoyami looks at the rundown house in the Narrows. He walks to the door where he knocks the door. After a moment of waiting, Raven opens the door and is surprised to see Tokoyami at the door.

Raven: Hello?

Tokoyami: Fumikage Tokoyami. We met at Scarecrow's facility.

Dark Shadow then appears.

Dark Shadow: Hey there!

Raven then invites Tokoyami into her house. Once inside, Tokoyami takes a seat on a wooden chair, but it breaks down. Raven looks at him.

Raven: Sorry about that!

Tokoyami: No need to apologize.

Raven: You want tea?

Tokoyami: Of course.

Raven then goes to the kitchen to make some tea. Tokoyami then looks at the bookshelf in the living room. He looks at her large collection of books and grabs a collection of poems by Edgar Allan Poe and reads it. Once Raven returns with the tea, she blushes at the sight of Tokoyami reading one of her books.

Raven: Tea's ready.

Tokoyami then puts the book down and grabs his cup of tea. As they drink, Raven then began a conversation with him.

Raven: So what brings you here?

Tokoyami: Robin's putting together a team. He wants you in it. 

The sheer surprise of that offer nearly made Raven spit out her tea. 

Raven: Are you serious?!

Tokoyami: He came to me with that offer. I accepted. I think you should too.

Raven: My powers are......unstable. I don't want to hurt anyone......

Hearing that reminded Tokoyami of himself. Dark Shadow was just as unstable as her power. He knew exactly how she felt. When he lost control back at the training camp, it resulted in someone's death. 

Tokoyami: I understand how you feel. More than you know. Perhaps we can help each other out. 

Raven: How so?

Tokoyami: Your power can reign in my power when I lose control. Perhaps I can help you control yours.

Raven blushed at this. After a moment, she accepted Tokoyami's offer to join the Teen Titans. Hours later in Titan's Tower,  Tokoyami and Raven arrived in their costumes to meet with the rest of the team. 

Robin: Tsukuyomi, Raven, meet Cyborg, Beast Boy, Starfire and Artemis. 

Tsukuyomi: A pleasure to meet you all. 

Raven simply nodded. 

Starfire: How wonderful to meet you all!

Beast Boy: I can't wait to start kicking some butt!

Cyborg: Talk about a team!

Artemis: This is gonna be fun!

Robin then hands the new Titans their communicators. 

Robin: Now we can keep in contact with each other. 

As Tsukuyomi looked at his new Titans Communicator, he looked at his new teammates. He saw in them, some of his friends back in UA. Beast Boy's easy going personality reminded him of Kaminari. Cyborg's outgoing personality reminded him of Kirishima. Starfire's cheerful personality reminded him of Mina. Artemis and her passionate and straight forward attitude was very reminiscent of Tsuyu. 

Beast Boy: So Tsukuyomi, what's your power dude?

Just as he asked that, Dark Shadow appeared and introduced himself to introduce himself to the Titans.

Dark Shadow: That would be me! Dark Shadow reporting for duty! 

Dark Shadow's sudden appearance scared Beast Boy half to death. The others were simply caught off guard. Cyborg recognized him.

Cyborg: I knew I recognized you from somewhere! You're that Tokoyami dude from the UA Sports Festival!

Artemis: You mean that High School for super heroes in Japan?

Cyborg: Bingo! 

Beast Boy: But what's a UA student doing here in Gotham?

Tsukuyomi: That is my own business. 

Tsukuyomi's cold answer annoyed Beast Boy. Nobody in the room knows what happened at the Quirk Training Camp, not even Robin. He would keep that information to himself as long as he could until he was ready. 

Tsukuyomi: I apologize for my rudeness. It's a private matter.

Starfire: No need to apologize friend Tokoyami! We respect your privacy! 

Tsukuyomi: If I may ask, what're your Quirks?

Artemis: Quirks?

The others were confused at the term Tsukuyomi used. Robin knew exactly what he was talking about.

Robin: He means powers. They call them Quirks in Japan. 

Beast Boy: Oh! In that case, my power is that I can transform into any animal!

Beast Boy demonstrates his power by transfroming into a dog, then a bird and finally a pterodactyl. That demonstration amazed Tsukuyomi. 

Tsukuyomi: Amazing!

Starfire: My power is what you humans would call ultraviolet energy.

Tsukuyomi: You're not human?

Robin: She's a Tamaraean. 

Starfire then shows off her Starbolts on her hand. The bright green ball of energy emitting from her hand amazed him. He thought about how Midoriya would mumble to himself by all these new Quirks he's witnessing. No one in Japan had powers like that. 

Cyborg: I don't know if you would call my cybernetic body a power, but I got superhuman strength, big time resilience, and this bad boy.

Cyborg then turns his arm into a cannon. 

Tsukuyomi: Fascinating!

Tsukuyomi then turns to Artemis.

Artemis: I don't have a power. I'm pretty good with a bow an arrow.

Tsukuyomi: Just like Green Arrow?

Artemis: Just like Green Arrow. 

Artemis then picks up a small ball and throws it in the air. As the ball falls, she quickly shoots and arrow at it, pinning it to the ball to the wall. 

Tsukuyomi: Nice shot. 

Artemis: Thanks.

Starfire: Friend Raven! What is your power? 

Raven: Magic. Azarath Metrion Zinthos!

After saying that, she covered the walls in the room with her black magic. She then released it, while wearing a serious face. 

Raven: My powers are driven by emotion. The more I feel, the more power I unleash. 

Tsukuyomi took notice of her serious tone. That's because he understood what she meant. Besides lighting, Dark Shadow was powered by emotion. The more intense the emotion, the more unstable and unruly Dark Shadow becomes. 

Artemis: Pretty bleak.

Beast Boy: You're telling me! 

Tsukuyomi: It is a pleasure to meet all of you. 

After meeting the Titans, Tsukuyomi and Raven returned to Raven's home and reverted back to their civilian uniforms.

Tokoyami: I think the Titans will be good for us.

Raven: Us?

Tokoyami: We're teammates now are we not? 

Raven: R....right. Our teammates seem to be good people. 

Tokoyami: I agree.

But as Tokoyami said that, he got a call from his communicator. He answered it to hear Oracle.

Tokoyami: Oracle. What's wrong?

Oracle(Communicator): It's Bruce. He wants to speak with you immediately.

Tokoyami: What's going on? Is it about Lincoln March?

Oracle(Communicator): No time to explain! You need to get back to the Batcave now!

Tokoyami: On my way!

Tokoyami ends the call as he turns to Raven. 

Tokoyami: I have to go. We'll talk later okay?

Raven: Sure. See you later I guess.

After saying goodbye, Tokoyami exits Raven's house to see Nightwing on his motorcycle waiting for Tokoyami. 

Nightwing: Hop in! 

Tokoyami gets in and Nightwing begins to drive towards Wayne Manor.

Tokoyami: What's going on?

Nightwing: Don't know. But Bruce seemed real concerned. Sent me here to pick you up immediately. 

Hearing that greatly concerned Tokoyami. But all he could do was wait till he got back to the Batcave to discuss what had happened with Batman.
