Remus- the duke, super villain, has huge tentacles that he can retract, they're strong enough for one tentacle to carry someone, he has eight like an octopus
Janus- Deceit, super villain, has scales up the entire left half of his body, can speak to snakes (yes, parceltounge(I cant spell)) And is a shapeshifter, owns a cobra called Ellie and no one but Remus knows his identity
Roman- the prince, superhero, idk about his powers yet
Virgil- anxiety, superhero, shadow manipulation (he can control and materialise shadows)
Patton- Pathos, superhero, idk about powers yet (he's an empath tho)
Logan- Logos, superhero, telekinesis (his weight limit is like two cars)

Maybe lamp? That or a familial relationship between the heroes (Lolo and Pat as parents and V and Ro as chirren)

Remus and Roman are the cities biggest super villain and super hero respectfully, but they're still twins and they still go to family reunions (everyone knows both their identities) and at the family reunions their nan doesn't know they have powers at all, let alone being villains and heroes so she thinks they're just harmlessly bickering (very strict no powers rules set by their mom) so one time she made them hold hands the entire time and somehow the media caught onto this, and they let go of each other's hands, resulting in them being chased out of the house with a flip flop

That probably didn't make sense so ask and I'll try to elaborate
