Suspicions rise as Craig and Derek witness strange behavior at the Royal Cinema, and they work together to solve the mysteries. Meanwhile, Luke gets a little too competitive at the arcade.

Overwhelmed by an overflow of complaints, the Cinemen put out a Complaint Box to help them fix the Royal Cinema's problems. But when an anonymous complainer suggests that Daisy is fired for her rude behavior, the brothers do whatever it takes to keep Daisy's customers happy.
