Ragini woke up in the morning, it's been three month since they got married and something had happened two months back, it was difficult for Ragini to move on with him.

Laksh has been illoyal to her, just after the first month of their marriage he cheated on her in a drunken state.

Laksh was sleeping on the bed, Ragini has come out of the washroom, she dried her wet hairs and was looking at him, her gaze shifted to the clock on the wall, it was 8:30 am, he was getting late for his work.

Ragini talked less to him, she did her duty as a wife and daughter-in-law. It was her mother and in-law's, who had requested her to stay.

Ragini put the towel away, she walks to the bed and shakes him, "Laksh get up, you are getting late." She continues to wake him, but he refuses to get up from the bed, "No Ragini, I have a day off." He said in his sleepy tone.

Ragini immediately stopped, "oh okay. Sorry. I will sent someone to wake you after two hours or Do you want stay here and eat in the room?"

Laksh murmurs something holding the pillow tightly in his hands, "I will stay in my room." He yawns into the pillow, she rolls her eyes.

He is so lazy sometimes I wonder, how he can handle a business on his own. Uncle is at home all the time, there is no chance he is doing it alone.

"By the way, your students won't be waiting for you today." He cuddles again with the pillow.

Ragini frowns, she was standing at the door and turns to him, "what you mean?"

"I meant to say, every servant isn't working today then why would your kids come to school if there is a national holiday?" Laksh opens an eyelid to see her face expression, which had changed into confusion.

"Is it? A national holiday today?" She asked him in disbelief.

Laksh nods, "yes, it is. Just check the calendar you will get to know, I'm not lying to you."

Ragini removes her hand from the doorknob, she moves to the wall calendar and checked the date, there was a small text on it, 'Bank holiday' she read it in her inner mind. Fine he is right today I have a day off too.

Ragini went back to the bed, she lays down next to him, they don't talk much or spent much time together, but he tries it as he knows he had committed a sin.

"Ragini?!" He was awake and found it good to talk to her, but she avoids it most of the time, "I want to sleep." She said and he pouts, "wah, when I wanted to sleep you woke me up, now I can't because of you. Come on let's go out. Look at the weather."

Suddenly Ragini felt a shadow, she opens an eyelid and found him over her, "please Ragini forgive me. I know I have done a big, really big, mistake, but I'm trying to change myself for you and I want it to work."

Ragini looked at him, she had forgiven him for his mistake, but she was scared to move on with him, she wasn't in a relationship with anyone before, where else he is much experienced in this matter.

"Ragini..." he whispers into her ear, "how about a picnic with parents?" He looked at her with a cute smiles, "please." He begged more than 5 minutes, then she gave up and agreed to his request.

"Yes!" He stood up and moved to the other side the quilt was over her face and he went to the washroom, but she saw him with stolen gazes, she admires his carefree lifestyle.

Laksh was happy. I have to prove her, that I love her. This is very difficult after what I have done to her, she is trusting me, but only slowly and on her terms. I can't force her, but I can show her that I have changed.

Ragini was checking her mobile phone, she had dialled the number of her mother to inform her about the picnic idea.

Laksh comes out changed in his casual wear, but there it was, "Ragini look." He was holding a button in his hand and Ragini frowns at him.

"How this happen?" She asked and he pouts, "I'm getting fat?! I don't know Yaar, just wore it, I felt it loose and pull a bit on it." He shrugs and she stood up with a shaking head.

Ragini sat on her dresser chair, she has collected all the buttons she found in his room from the first day on, she had a feeling that he was doing it initially to keep her close, she wasn't wrong, at first it happened the buttons were loose, but then he liked it and found a way to keep her stitching it on his shirt, mostly when he is coming out after a shower.

Ragini was searching for a matching thread. She took the needle and started with the sewing on his shirt, she was liking it too, the moment of their closeness is rare and it's a a way to tease him as she wasn't giving him any heed, what he didn't liked at all.

Ragini was looking for a scissor, but Laksh has become smarter, he hide it well and Ragini has to cut it with her teeth, she was very close to his body giving both a sizzling feeling.

"Done." She said and he pouted.

"Thank you." He said and went down, where they were already awaited by his parents.

They had their breakfast together as Ragini wasn't used to cook AP did it, somewhere she felt bad. Uff my mother-in-law has to cook because I'm busy in work and not use to it, I should prepare the snacks for the picnic or else I will feel guiltier.

Laksh had informed them and they all had agreed for the picnic, Ragini had prepared the food and needed stuff, they drove to Janki and picked her up, then Laksh drove to a nearby park.

"There we are, come on." Laksh parked the car and they went to the beautiful park, the green gras were reflecting the summer light.

Ragini was happy, she was wearing a simple shalwar khameez in white, "Mama I will rest on your lap." She said showing the teeth's and Laksh pouts, "and where will I sleep?"

Ragini looked at him, "what?" She asked a bit confused, "your mama's lap."

Laksh rolls his eyes, "useless woman." He murmurs and laid on the blanket, which he just spread on the ground.

Janki pushes her, "silly girl, he wanted to sleep on your lap not his mother's." She got a playful hit from her mother and huffs in anger, "idiot!" She stamps to him as her mother gave him more importance.

"Laksh, I wanna talk to you!" She was angry, her hands were on her hips and he moves his head, "Aww angry baacha. Come." He pulls her down and she falls over him. Laksh smirks, "now you are mine." He enclosed her into a back hug and made her head rest on his arm, while he was resting his head over hers.

"Sleep well..." he whispers placing his free hand on her waist, "because I'm not gonna let you go..."

Ragini shies, he always does this to make her weak and he always succeeded in it, she was sleeping close to him and he was holding her protectively.

They elder were talking about the ongoing stuff, when they felt something coming down, they saw how they clouds turned dark, "oh someone wake them."

Janki wakes Laksh first, who looked at her, "Haan Janki Maa, what happened?"

"It's raining come get up." She said and Laksh rubs his eyes, he covers Ragini not waking her and lifts her in his arms, "I'm taking the most important, you all take the rest."

Laksh has covered her completely, he carries her to the car and the other's followed them, Janki sat at the backseats with AP both at the edges and Ragini in the middle, resting her head on her mother's lap.

Laksh drove them home, "Janki Maa you will stay with us, she will be happy." They reached MM.

Laksh placed her on the bed, she was smiling all the way, "Maa come."

Janki shook her head, "no Laksh, you look after her, I will sleep at the guest room."

Laksh pouts, "fine, but you will explain her not me." He said and she nodded leaving the room.

Laksh looked at her, she was in dry clothes still he wanted to change them, "Ragini wake up, please change your clothes." He asked her and she refused it, "no, I don't want to."

Laksh lowers his head, "I don't want you to fall ill please." He begged again and she shook her head, "no, I don't want to wear new clothes." She pulls him down on the bed, he was scared of her, when she kisses him his fear was gone.....🙈🙈🙈🙈🙈🙈🙈🙈🙈🙈🙈

It was the next morning they were getting ready for their work, "Ragini all okay?" He asked her and she nodded, "Laksh you are asking me for the 100th time, I'm okay really." She places her hands around his neck, "okay." He said half heartily as he know it's not easy for her.

"I have a thought...." Laksh looked at her playing with his buttons, she twists his ear, "don't you dare to do something again with buttons."

Laksh shook his head, "no yaar, after shower only. I was talking about..." he coughs, "baby planning."

"What?" Ragini asked and he said it, "I'm not ready. So do you use baby control pills or something?"

Ragini shook her head, "so we aren't ready this is good to know, I can go to my gynaecologist and ask for a pill afterwards." She comforts him and he nods, "you can?"

Ragini nodded and they went on their ways.
