Btw I'm really sorry there are going to be a lot of different readers and I don't know all your pronouns, so I'll be using "they/them" instead. For the chapters that have "(Male)" and "(Female)", I'll be using he/him and she/her pronouns. 

Just so you know here are what these mean

Y/N - Your name

L/N - Last name

N/N - Nickname

H/C - Hair colour

E/C - Eye colour

When the POV is switched to a different character, their name will be underlined.

When the text is no longer bold, that means the flashback has ended. I don't think you'll have to worry about that since I'll state when the flashback will commence, and when it will come to a finish.

Yes, it is true, this book may contain spoilers for SDR2.

Notice that in certain chapters, there will be (Male) or (Female) in the chapter's name. Read the one with (Female) if you are a female reader, and read the one with (Male) if you are a male reader.
