I am SO SORRY!

I have been making you wait for so long I was racking my brain everyday trying to find some ideas.

I went to a Green Day concert hehe~

BUT MY MUM FINALLY BROUGHT ME A LAPTOP!!

And then my dad broke both his arms so I have to help him with EVERYTHING

But still, i swear that I will be updating more frequently.

They finally all arrived in Konoha, Zabuza exchanged glances with Naruto and Haku and they nodded.

"Hey! You guys are back!" Kotetsu yelled and waved as they entered the gates.

"Yeah, that C-Rank wasn't a normal C-Rank." Kakashi said.

"Really? You gotta tell me about it later, and hey-! Isn't that-!?" Izumo stuttered.

Zabuza sighed, "Yes, I am Zabuza, rouge ninja of the bloody mist, please stop with the hysterics."

They blinked and just sat down, "Just make sure to sort everything out with the Hokage, I feel a headache coming on." They muttered.

Naruto chuckled, "We will."

They walked towards the Hokage tower and Zabuza and Haku exchanged looks, this would either go two ways.

They would be put into jail for the rest of their lives.

Or they would be allowed to live a normal life in Konoha.

Either.

Naruto saw their nervousness and smiled, "Don't be nervous guys, Jiji is a good Hokage."

Zabuza scoffed, "Who's nervous? I'm not nervous! Try fixing your eyes blondie, I think you’re going blind." And he stepped into the building and went upstairs.

Haku and Naruto sweatdropped, "Typical."

Haku and Naruto started walking upstairs and eventually arrived.

"Why isn't anyone going inside?" Naruto asked.

Kakashi sighed, "We were waiting for you, because I sure as hell am NOT going to explain all of this."

Sasuke and Sakura shrugged, "Neither are we."

Zabuza shook his head, "If I go in there first he will get his ANBU on me."

Naruto rolled his eyes, "Fine, then." He knocked on the door.

"Come in."

He breathed in and opened the door with a big fake smile plastered on his face.

"HI JIJI!!!!!" He exaggerated.

The Hokage sighed, “Did you all get back from your mission safely?”

Kakashi, Sakura and Sasuke entered the room, “It seemed like that C-Rank was an A-Rank Hokage-sama.” Kakashi explained.

Hiruzen blinked, “Excuse me?”

Sasuke nodded, “Yeah, Tazuna was wanted by Gato, so we got attacked by ninja, and then... Well... Sakura your turn.” He faced Sakura.

Sakura sweatdropped, “Well... You know what? It’s Naruto’s turn again.”

Naruto facepalmed, “Okay fine, we were against some powerful ninja, like A-Rank, and I asked them to come to Konoha-“

“WHAT?!?!”

“-Please let me finish, so, I asked them to come to Konoha, and during the final battle when Gato turned up we blew up him and his goons.” Naruto finished.

Sasuke, Kakashi, Sakura, Haku and Zabuza sweatdropped, ‘You mean YOU blew up him and his goons.

Hiruzen rubbed his temples, “Okay... Who are these ninja? And where are they?” He asked, (although he could sense two chakra’s outside his door.)

Naruto smiled, “Where? Right outside your doorway. Who? See for yourself.”

They took their cue to come inside, Zabuza nodded to the Hokage and Haku waved awkwardly.

The Hokage facepalmed, “Naruto, you really have your way with people.”

Naruto grimaced, “What does that mean?”

“It means, HOW THE HELL DID YOU GET ZABUZA AND HIS APPRENTICE TO COME TO KONOHA?!” He yelled.

Naruto put his hands up in surrender, “Come good old fashioned debating...”

The Hokage sighed, “What is your name?” He asked Haku.

“Haku sir.” Haku bowed.

Hiruzen wearily eyed Haku, “Male. Definitely male.”

Haku blinked, “Not many people realise that sir...”

The Hokage shrugged, “I’m the Hokage. I can. ANBU!”

Three ANBU puffed up and looked at Zabuza and Haku, raising their weapons.

“Stand down ANBU. Check for anything.” They patted down Zabuza and Haku.

One of the ANBU who patted down Haku got a nosebleed, blood coming out of his mask, Haku’s eye twitched and he punched the ANBU right in the face.

“I’M MALE YOU IDIOT!!!!!”

The ANBU was now on the floor, unconscious.

The other two ANBU sweatdropped, ‘S-Rank mission... Activate mission... Stay clear of the girl/boy...’

They backed up, “Nothing which a normal Shinobi shouldn’t have, Hokage-sama.”

The Hokage nodded, “You two will be put under watchful eye of the ANBU for 3 months, you are allowed to go anywhere in Konoha but don’t be surprised if you find ANBU watching you.”

They nodded, “Hai, Hokage-sama.”

Zabuza turned and exhaled, ‘Damn that feels weird... Trying to be respectful again...’

“I can get an apartment for you two.” Hiruzen reached into a drawer and took out a key with a paper. “Here is your new address and key, here.” He threw the key and attached paper and Zabuza nodded. “ANBU will escort you.”

An ANBU took Zabuza and Haku out of the building and Team 7 looked at the Hokage.

Hiruzen sighed, “You will be paid accordingly because of the mission, and since this has happened I suggest you all have a good rest." He said.

They all nodded, "Hai, Hokage-sama."

Naruto walked around the village, he had nothing to do, at all. Glares were sent his way from the villagers for the usual thing. Girls glared at him and he could feel them plotting his demise behind his back, because he and Sasuke were 'going out'.

He didn't mind anymore, he actually liked being in Sasuke's presence, being around him, feeling his skin touch his own.

A pink blush covered his cheeks when he remembered how he leaned on Sasuke after he blew up so many men to nothingness.

'Why the hell did I do that? And the way he stroked my hair... God damn it Naruto! Get a hold of yourself! Where did your awesome self go?!' He thought.

Somewhere close by, Sasuke was in the same situation, sort of.

‘So its true? I L-L-… Huh. Okay, let’s try again. I L-L-L…Love him… Yeah, I do, I really do…’ He blushed slightly, against his pale skin, anyone would see the famous Uchiha Sasuke blushing.

So basically, many girls saw him blushing.

And fell in love with him all over again.

“Awaahhh! Sasuke-sama must have such a kind heart!” A random, fangirl, (who is not important enough to have a name) gushed.

“I know right! He is so hot!” Another nameless fangirl squealed.

Sakura was passing by and grimaced, and to think, she had to pretend to be one of those girls for nearly all her life…*Shiver*

“Hey Billboard brow!” Ino was amongst the fangirls, Sakura looked to her and tensed slightly.

“Hey Ino.” Sakura waved.

Ino frowned, the Sakura she knew would instantly reply with a shout of ‘Ino-pig!’, but she didn’t.

“Are you okay Sakura?” Ino asked.

Sakura nodded, “Yeah, fine.”

Ino blinked, “Wanna join us in spying on Sasuke-kun?”

Sakura grimaced again, “Eww, no thanks.” And she walked away.

Ino was stunned, Sakura never, and I mean NEVER, missed out on a chance to spy on Sasuke-kun! How could this be possible!?

“KYAAAAAAAA!!!!!!!!!!! KONOHA HAS GONE CRAZY!!!!!!!!!!”

And the blonde fangirl proceeded to faint and fall on the floor.

Naruto and Sasuke were so deep in thought when they were walking, that the crashed against people.

“Itai!”

“Ow…”

They looked up from the ground to the person who they crashed into and blinked.

“Sasuke…”

“Naruto…”

Yeah, the two love-birds crashed into each other.

How cliché right?

Yeah but this is a romance fanfiction, obviously its cliché-ish.

Sasuke smiled slightly and got up, holding his hand out for Naruto to take it.

Naruto blinked and took Sasuke’s hand, pulling himself up and wiping the dust off of himself.

“Sorry ‘bout that Sasuke.” He apologised with a pink embarrassed blush across his face. “I wasn’t looking were I was going.”

Sasuke shrugged, “It’s okay, I was too deep in thought too.”

They stood awkwardly for a couple of minutes in that exact same place.

“Hey…” Naruto looked up at Sasuke, relieved that he broke the silence. “Wanna go somewhere?”

Naruto grinned and nodded, “Yeah sure!”

They started walking down the street, Naruto quietly humming a happy song to himself.

Sasuke went over what he would say in his head, ‘I will tell him. I will TELL him. I will TELL HIM. I will freaking tell him! ‘I. Love. You. Naruto.’ Okay… Maybe not necessarily like that… But like, ‘Hey Naruto, you know I love you?’ Okay no, that was horrible. How about, ‘Naruto, you mean the world to me, I love you.’ Okay that the hell is up with that? Am I in some cheesy romance? Fine fine, how about this, ‘Hey Naruto, I-‘

“Sasuke! Snap out of it!” Naruto clicked his fingers in front of the Uchiha’s face.

Sasuke blinked, “Huh? Oh… Sorry…”

Naruto laughed, “Haha… Well, you looked like you were thinking really hard, what was it?”

Sasuke gulped, “Uhh…”

Naruto’s eyes held a curious but innocent look. “Yeah?”

Sasuke inhaled and exhaled, “Naruto…”

Naruto tilted his head adorably, “Yes?”

Sasuke looked up into his eyes, he was ready. “Naruto, I want to tell you that I lov-“

“Oh what’s this? Konoha ninjas? They look pretty weak to me.” A voice laughed.

Sasuke’s eye twitched and he turned slowly to the person who interrupted him while he was going to finally tell Naruto how he felt.

“Excuse me?” Sasuke’s lips twitched upwards into an annoyed smile.

“Oi! How are we weak?!” Naruto yelled.

The mysterious ninja laughed, he had a black outfit with cat ears on top, he had purple war paint on his face and a mummy thing on his back, and he was grinning widely. Behind him was a girl with blonde hair in 4 sections, she had a folded up fan on her back.

“You look like an idiot, blondie.” The cat-guy told Naruto.

Naruto frowned, “At least I don’t look like an overgrown feline.” His eyes reduced into slits and turned red.

Sasuke’s eyes widened as he looked at Naruto.

Cat-man growled and reached for his mummy on his back, obviously he didn’t notice Naruto’s eyes.

“Kankuro! Don’t tell you you’re going to use Crow for this!” The girl hissed.

Sasuke secretly picked up a stone from the fence and threw it directly at Kankuro’s face. The stone flew quickly at his cheek and it hit with incredible accuracy.

Kankuro’s cheek got hit to the side, he froze for a couple of seconds, then glared hard at Sasuke.

“You son of a-“

“Temari, Kankuro.”

Kankuro and Temari’s Panic Button got mentally pushed.

“G-G-Gaara… I was just…” Kankuro started to panic.

Naruto and Sasuke looked at the 12 year old redheaded boy.

‘He looks strong… I didn’t even sense him!’ Sasuke thought.

Gaara looked at Sasuke, ‘He hit Kankuro square in the cheek, I’ll have to keep my eye on him. But more importantly…’ He glanced at Naruto and his slitted red eyes. ‘Mother is scared of him. I want to know why…’

Naruto was staring at Gaara, ‘He feels familiar… His presence, I can compare it to… Me. Don’t tell me… I have to find out.’

Temari, Kankuro and Sasuke looked between the two boys, Naruto and Gaara.

‘If he feels interested in the blondie, then Gaara will kill him!’ Temari thought fearfully.

“Kankuro.” Gaara said.

Kankuro laughed awkwardly, “Well Gaara… It’s a funny story… You see it was an accident and-“

“Shut up.” Gaara glared through his sea foam eyes. “Or I’ll kill you.”

Kankuro instantly backed down and went silent, Temari looked at her brothers worriedly.

Gaara morphed into the tree and appeared on the ground right in front of Sasuke and Naruto.

“I apologise for my teammates actions.” Gaara said bluntly with no emotion in his voice.

Sasuke stepped forward. “Apology accepted.”

Gaara looked at them both, “What’s your name?”

Sasuke smirked, “Uchiha Sasuke. Yours?”

Gaara said monotone, “Gaara of the Sand.” His eyes rested on Naruto, “I am especially interested in you.” The stepped towards Naruto and the said blonde stayed where he was, facing Gaara.

“So am I, Gaara.” Naruto said.

Gaara studied his appearance. “Name?”

“Uzumaki Naruto. How many do you hold?” He asked bluntly.

Temari, Kankuro and Sasuke’s eyes widened, you couldn’t just ask Gaara that! It would get you killed!

‘Is Gaara a Jinchuuriki like Naruto too?!’ Sasuke thought.

Gaara understood, “Mother says she has One. And you?”

Naruto smiled, “I have Nine, pleased to meet you.”

Temari and Kankuro were shocked, this blondie had the power to beat Gaara to a bloody pulp! I mean he contained the most powerful bijuu of all time! NINE TAILS! NINE!

Gaara nodded, “Pleased to meet you too.” But he was a bit surprised, the container of the most powerful bijuu wasn’t in a state like him, not sleeping at night, whispers in his ear every day and everything.

Naruto stepped past Gaara, but in a quiet voice (which only Gaara could hear) he said, “Hokage Mountain, 7 o’clock tomorrow evening. Don’t be late Gaara.”

Gaara stood there, “Fine.”

They walked away from each other and Sasuke and Naruto walked down the street, Kankuro, Temari and Gaara shunshined back to the place they were staying.

But the thing that Gaara and Naruto both thought?
