[19] Betrayal

I glanced at Akio who was injured because of that thing outside the corridor. I secretly smirked as I saw his face contorted in pain, still trying to convince Jun that he was fine.

Oh that poor innocent girl. She doesn't even know what's going to happen next.

I then glanced around as my stare met Minho's. He gave me a really cold glare as he saw me looking at Jun. I couldn't really blame him though. He took quite a liking to her already. I could see it in his eyes. He already moved on from my sister.

He even had the guts to kill my sister. He didn't even thought of sacrificing himself rather than her. Instead, he just choked and killed her. He even tied her neck on the rope, dangling it on the ceiling to make it look like a suicide.

Even though that was the dare, why shouldn't it be him who was dangling there?

I then saw Jun opening the first aid kit, treating Akio's hand properly. I smirked, hearing someone speaking once again.

"Miss Kirisaki, please pick a paper from the hat." She then stood up, not even smiling nor frowning. She just had this cold glare and cold expression that made some of the students shiver. I'm not going to lie though, she's really cold.

As she opened the paper, she looked at me with a cold expression. Not even hearing her saying it yet, I stood up.

"Xhion Umi," she called out as I already grinned at the speaker, knowing that they could see me.

"I choose dare." Picking out one paper, I looked at what was written and grinned widely than before. I could feel Jun and Akio's eyes boring into me as I read the statement on my head.

D A R E

Let two students accompany you. They should be alternate, a boy and a girl. After you ask them to accompany you, it will be final and they cannot disagree. You only have to choose the one who'll live and the one who will die in your grasp. You only have 20 minutes to do this and five minutes to go back.

I then approached Jun, who was reading some kind of documents with Akio. I don't know what it was but I was pretty sure that it was important. I could feel Minho's glare boring into me as I kneeled in front of Jun, asking her.

"Jun, can you accompany — " I asked her but Akio quickly answered me.

"She doesn't want to." He glared at me as I returned it back to him. Jun looked up at the both of us, giving a worried glance. Oh, if only you know Akio.

Then, the same guy appeared on our classroom as some students looked at him with a confused glance. He then smirked at Akio before speaking up.

"You can't do anything, Mr. Daichi. Miss Jun cannot disagree on this dare," he said as Akio looked down, his fists closed tightly and his teeth gritted in anger.

Jun, on the other hand, seems scared of what he said. She looked up at me, scooting next to Akio in fear. Grabbing her hand, I pulled her up and assist her to walk next to Minho. Though, he shook his head.

"I want you to — " he also interrupted me.

"I don't want to. Leave me alone," he said as I gave him a sly smirk. Looking at Jun and back to him, he already knew what I mean. He then stood up, giving me another glare before opening the door.

We then went outside, hearing Akio screaming out curses. Oh, you poor bastard. Jun gave one last glance to him before walking next to me.

Hearing Akio screaming out curses, I tried to bit back a sob. God, don't let me end up this way. I hope Shin finds me here. I could see Xhion smirking and Minho walking infront of me. I gulped, knowing that this could end really bad. I then turned around and tried to run back to the room.

Though, someone stopped me by tugging me on my injured arm.

"No, you can't leave yet. We have to do the dare." Xhion exclaimed as I sobbed, feeling the stinging pain on my arm as he gripped on it tightly.

Minho probably noticed since he looked back at us before pushing Xhion, finally letting go of my arm. He glared at Xhion before looking sadly at me.

"Are you okay?" he asked me as I nodded, holding my arm softly. Xhion then gained his composure before grabbing the knife he had on his pocket.

"You do know that I have to choose between you, right?" he said as Minho and I widened our eyes at his remark. Oh no. I then saw him smirk widely as he approached me, tightly grabbing his knife.

"You know Minho, since you killed my sister, why not do the same?" he said as he then grabbed my hair, pulling me towards him. I yelped as he slides the knife a bit on my neck, feeling the coldness of the tip.

Before he could even slice my neck, I saw Minho pushing him back as he pinned him to the ground. He then pointed the knife on Xhion's neck as he looked back at me, giving me a worried glance.

"Go! Run back to the classroom!" Minho yelled as I ran, not looking back. I then heard something that made me turn around. I widened my eyes as I saw Xhion on top of Minho, stabbing him repeatedly. Minho sputtered out some blood but he still yelled for me to run.

I then glanced back just to see Shin running past me as he took out his knife and told me not to look back. I just nodded before going back to the classroom. Akio saw my trembling figure and quickly approached me, his injured hand on his chest.

"Are you alright?" I then shook my head as I fell down on my knees, not listening to Akio's questions. I can't believe it. Minho wasn't really the traitor. All this time, I didn't know that it would be Xhion.

After a few minutes, I heard a loud thud.
