Seto's POV

Brice and I manage to catch up to the guys really easily, and when they see us smiling they're all pretty confused, "Okay what happened to you two?" Lachlan asks I just shrug at him, "Nothing Savannah just now knows not to mess with my man" I kiss Brice on the cheek and he just rolls his eyes at me. We head into the movie theater when Rob stops right out of the door, "Rob you okay man?" Preston asks walking over to him, "Umm yeah, sorry just felt really cold all of a sudden" he says smiling at him. "Uh oh Rob you know what that means" Jerome said walking over to him, "What?" "Ghost attack!" Mitch yelled jumping onto his back knocking him to the ground. Everyone laughed whilst I felt like someone was watching me, I turned around to see "my mother" I pulled on Brice's sleeve getting his attention and pointing towards her. He sighs, "Guys we gotta go deal with something see yah" everyone waves bye before heading into the theater. 

We walk over to her, "What?" I ask slightly annoyed, "Listen Seto I know you're mad at me, but you must understand that this is just a faze of yours, and you can't just run away from your mother" Brice steps in front of me, "He asked what do you want?" she frowns slightly before straightening herself up , "Well Seto no matter how much you dislike me, you're only 16 and are gonna be living with me in Paris" I look at her shock completely overtaking the anger I felt before, "What? No they can't just make me go live with someone I hate!" she looks a bit hurt, "Seto you don't hate me, and yes they can since I'm your only living kin" "We can arrange for you not to be" Brice says staring at her full of hatred and anger. "Is that a threat?" she asks stepping up to him, she then looks at him up and down before smirking slightly, "you're bluffing I can tell" "It's only a bluff if I don't plan on doing it" 

"Fine," Brice looks back at me, I can't look at him so I just stare at the ground and continue talking, "i'll go live with you in Paris, there's no point in fighting her she'll just win legally" Brice turns back around, "No, that's not true" I look at him with pity, it was like telling a kid his parents died. "Brice it is" I say placing my hand on his shoulder, "No it's not, it's only true unless another family fights for you in court," he turns around and smiles at me, "and my family has been thinking about doing that" I stare at him full of shock, "You're kidding with me right?" he smiles bigger while shaking his head, "Nope, Seto we won't allow you to just go with her without a fight" I stare at him not fully understanding  what he was saying, "Really?" he just nods his head, and I can't help but throw my hands over him and kiss him fully on the lips. "And what about you two?" my "mom" asks, I look at her confused, "What're you talking about?" she smirks slightly, "You kids do realize that it's illegal for foster brothers and sisters to date right?" Brice swears under his breathe, "She's right, I guess this will just be the end of us" I look at him confused and hurt, "Was he really breaking up with me right now?" "You wouldn't, if you really care about him then you wouldn't just end your relationship like this" he stands up to her, "How much you wanna bet? I'd rather not date him then not have him in my life anymore" 

I couldn't take this, I run away from them both with tears in my eyes. I head to the park and climb up the tree, I sit down and just cry. "Seto?" I look down and see Brice standing underneath me, "Go away!" "Seto what's wrong?" he's looking around for me, "Just leave!" "God dammit Seto, we're not doing this again! What's wrong?!" I drop down in front of him. He looks at me surprised and before he can even say anything I press my lips to his, "I don't care if I have to move to Paris, I don't wanna break up with you," he stares at me confused, "I can't take the heartbreak, knowing that i'll be with you, but not physically able to be with you" he smiles at me, "Seto we can make it work we'll-" "No Brice," his smile disappears immediately, "if we break up, we break up" 

He just stares at me confused, hurt, angry, "Seto I love you, we can make this work if we try" I shake my  head, "I couldn't live like that Brice, I love you too, but I can't" he frowns at me and moves away from me. I walk towards him, "So what do you want to do?" he looks over at me, "We'll fight with for you to stay here, but I know that in the end it will be your choice," I look at him confused, "if you say a key word that says that you'd like to stay with us or with your mom then the jury will take that into consideration, and you will more than likely go to that family" I look at him, "So what you're saying is that, it's my choice whether I wanna be with you long distance, or break up?" he just nods his head. I go home with Brice that night and his mom and dad talk to me more about the trial. 

As we go to bed I kiss Brice again, "Brice?" "What?" I look up at him and smile, "I love you" he smiles back at me, "I love you too" we lay down in bed and I just lay down thinking about my options. I hear Brice's steady breathing and think about what his life might have been like without me in it, then I think about what my life would be like without him. Then I make my decision, and I don't know if it's the right one, but in hind-sight he shouldn't have let me choose......
