And daadi called them for the fishing the ring .
(To find the ring)

When the couple appears as husband and wife before the family gathering for the first time, the big question is who will be the dominant person in their relationship. The game/ritual of ' Fishing the Ring' is conducted to answer this question.

One of the newlywed's rings is placed in a pot of milk (or water mixed with various spices to make the water opaque). and asking the couple to 'fish'. Whoever finds the ring first is said to have the upper hand in their relationship.

Both shivaay and annika are made to sit facing each other and with a bowl of milk in front of them. A ring is dropped inside the bowl and they were  asked to find the ring.

S: shivaay singh Oberoi kabhi bhi nai haarta .
A: bhulye mat shivaay singh Oberoi ko mene hi haaraya hai , vo bhi bhot baar .
Shivaay murmured under his breath: lekin pyaar mey toh mey jeet gaya .

Tej: shivaay hum kabhi nai haare hai . Iss baar tuje hi jeetna hai .
Shakti: ha shivaay hum ladke hi hamesha jeete hai .
S: dont worry , iss baar bhi hum hi jeetege.

All boys cheered for shivaay

Janhvi: annika iss baar toh ne logo ko baata do , hum ladkiya kisi se nai haarti .
G: ha bhabhi , aaj ki naari sab pe bhaari .
Bh: di go for it.

All girls cheered for annika.

Daadi : puttar tum donno mey se koi bhi jeete lekin yaad rakhna tum donno ab ek ho ,or aage bhi ek hi rehna hai.
Both shivaay and annika smiled and nodded in yes.

Daadi dropped the ring in the bowl .
Both shivaay and annika immediately put their hands in the bowl and started finding the ring .
Shivaay sometime got small stone , sometime he got dry fruits and what not .
Where as annika was still finding it . And within five minute annika got the ring .

A: mil gyi , mil gyi and she removed the ring and showed them all .
All girls spit out tongue , while all boys face palmed themselves .

Daadi : puttar aabhi doo baari or hai .
And she again drop the ring .
This shivaay put his hand in , while annika lazily put her hand .
But  shivaay caught annika's hand and started playing with her fingers in the bowl.
Annika gasp in shock and tired to free her hand but shivaay didn't allow . And very smartly he grap the ring and left her hand .

S: haha mil gyi muje .
He showed the ring .
A: daadi ye cheating hai .
S: kya ? Kya cheating hai batao .
A: daadi inho ne .......
She stopped in between .
Daadi : kya puttar bol .
S: kuch nai daadi . Lagata hai ring nai mili na isliye .
Annika glared shivaay in anger and shivaay winked her.

G: daadi ye toh donno baara baar hogya aab ?
Daadi : aabhi  ek or hai .
She again dropped the ring .
Now shivika were at the high time
And finally they find the ring , that to together.

Daadi : ye hui na baat , isse khete hai takkar ki jodi , jo jab takkariye toh hawa mey chingariya udti hai , or jab chingariya udti hai tab aag 🔥 lagti hai , ishqbaaz ki aag . Or billu or annika donno ki uss aag mey hai jo kabhi nai bujh (stifle ) sakti .

Hearing this shivaay and annika both smiled to her and took blessing from daadi .

S: daadi , aab or kya baaki hai?
Ru: someone is getting desperate.
Daadi : gauri bhavya , annika ko room mey leke jao . Or aab raat bhi hogyi hai toh tum log bhi aapne aapne room mey jao .

With that gauri bhavya took annika in the room of shivaay.

In the room ,
Annika was waiting for shivaay to come near window.
Outside the room omru were standing .
S: mey aandar jau.
Ru: ha bhaiya aap jaa skte hai . Jao jao .
Shivaay found it suspicious that how can rudra allowed him to go in one time only .
But shrugging to the thoughts he went in and found annika at the window looking to moon .

He just came near her and slowly made her turn around.
A: shivaay!!
S: tumhe pata hai , jab se ye saaare function start hue hai , kitne papad bele hai tumse milne ke liye . Lekin mera ek din bhi aasa nai gaya jab mene tumhe yaad nai kiya . Mera haar ek minute tumhari yaad dilata tha . Lekin aab muje koi nai rok skta , tumse milne ke liye , tumhare pass rehne ke liye , hamesha sath dene ke liye.
Shivaay poured out his feeling in front of her .
Annika with pure love spoke : jaanti hu mey shivaay, jab aap mere sath nai thee na toh muje mera ek min bhi ek hours jitna lagata tha . Har pal mene aapko yaad kiya hai . Lekin aab mey puri tarah se aapki hu , hamesha hamesha ke liye .
Giving words to their feeling they hug each other .

Breaking the hug shivaay said annika to go and change herself .
She nodded and went for the change .

Annika's Thought: today i have done full preparations for you and me to make us . Today I'll completely give myself to you shivaay. Today i will completely surrender my self to you. Today will get one . It will be us shivaay.'

Annika had done full preparations for their first night , so she bought one of those dress in which shivaay wanted to see her .

Annika came outside wearing this .

Shivaay who was standing at window , sensing her turn around .
She shyly came in front of him .
Shivaay was amazed by seeing her in this type of clothes in which she feels shy .

Lowering her gaze , she slowly tip-toed and came near him .

Getting her intentions, shivaay came forward .
He was unable to speak anything but finally getting some strength he spoke : 'annika ruko , tum jo ye soch rahi ho , vo nai ho sakta .'
